झारखंड कर्मचारी चयन आयोग (JSSC) द्वारा झारखंड तकनीकी / विशिष्ट योग्यताधारी स्नातक स्तरीय संयुक्त प्रतियोगिता परीक्षा 2026 (JTGLCCE-2026) के लिए नियमित रिक्ति का आधिकारिक नोटिफिकेशन जारी किया गया है। यह भर्ती विज्ञापन संख्या 01/2026 के अंतर्गत निकाली गई Regular Vacancy है, इसलिए उम्मीदवार इसे पुरानी भर्ती या केवल बैकलॉग वैकेंसी न समझें। इस भर्ती के माध्यम से झारखंड सरकार के विभिन्न विभागों में तकनीकी और स्नातक स्तर के अलग-अलग पदों पर नियुक्ति की जाएगी।

JTGLCCE-2026 Regular Vacancy के तहत कुल 611 पदों पर आवेदन लिए जा रहे हैं। इसमें सहायक कीट विज्ञानवेत्ता, सहायक वेक्टर जनित रोग नियंत्रण पदाधिकारी, निरीक्षक, प्रखंड सांख्यिकी पर्यवेक्षक / कनीय सांख्यिकी सहायक / अन्वेषक, गव्य तकनीकी पदाधिकारी, मत्स्य प्रसार पर्यवेक्षक, अंकेक्षक, कनीय वैज्ञानिक सहायक और प्रयोगशाला सहायक जैसे पद शामिल हैं। उम्मीदवारों को अपने विषय और शैक्षणिक योग्यता के अनुसार ही पद का चयन करना चाहिए, क्योंकि हर पद के लिए योग्यता अलग-अलग दी गई है।

इस भर्ती के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन प्रक्रिया 15 जून 2026 से शुरू हो चुकी है और आवेदन करने की अंतिम तिथि 14 जुलाई 2026 निर्धारित है। आवेदन में गलती सुधारने के लिए Edit Window 20 जुलाई 2026 से 24 जुलाई 2026 तक उपलब्ध रहेगी। परीक्षा तिथि अभी घोषित नहीं की गई है। उम्मीदवार आवेदन करने से पहले official notification में दी गई age limit, category-wise fee, post-wise vacancy, educational qualification, reservation rules और अन्य सभी निर्देश ध्यान से पढ़ लें।

नोटिफिकेशन में बैकलॉग रिक्ति के लिए विज्ञापन संख्या 02/2026 का भी उल्लेख है, जिसमें कुल 04 पद हैं। यदि कोई उम्मीदवार Regular Vacancy और Backlog Vacancy दोनों के लिए पात्र है, तो वह ऑनलाइन आवेदन के दौरान उपलब्ध option के अनुसार आवेदन कर सकता है। इस पोस्ट में मुख्य जानकारी JTGLCCE-2026 Regular Vacancy, Advertisement No. 01/2026 के आधार पर दी जा रही है।

Age Rule: JSSC JTGLCCE 2026 official notification के अनुसार अधिकतम आयु सीमा कार्मिक, प्रशासनिक सुधार तथा राजभाषा विभाग, झारखंड सरकार के संकल्प संख्या-29, दिनांक 04 January 2021 के आधार पर निर्धारित है। नीचे दी गई category-wise age limit इसी rule के अनुसार है।

Simple Explanation: General / EWS candidates के लिए maximum age 35 years है। EBC-I / BC-II male candidates के लिए 37 years, UR / EWS / EBC-I / BC-II female candidates के लिए 38 years और SC / ST male-female candidates के लिए maximum age 40 years है।

PwD Relaxation: सभी category के PwD candidates को maximum age limit में 10 years की अतिरिक्त छूट मिलेगी। इसके लिए disability कम से कम 40% या उससे अधिक होनी चाहिए और certificate सक्षम चिकित्सा बोर्ड / सक्षम प्राधिकारी द्वारा जारी होना चाहिए।

Ex-Servicemen Relaxation: Ex-Servicemen candidates को maximum age limit में 5 years की अतिरिक्त छूट मिलेगी। जरूरी certificate JSSC द्वारा मांगे जाने पर प्रस्तुत करना होगा।

Important Note: PwD और Ex-Servicemen age relaxation में से एक ही लाभ मान्य होगा। Candidate को अपने category / relaxation claim के अनुसार valid certificate रखना जरूरी है।

Special Note: Junior Scientific Assistant, State Drug Testing Laboratory, Namkum, Ranchi पद के लिए contract पर कार्यरत कर्मियों की maximum age limit उनके contract पर first appointment date के आधार पर निर्धारित की जाएगी।

Qualification Date Note: Candidates को online application की अंतिम तिथि तक required minimum educational qualification pass होना जरूरी है। Last date तक qualification complete नहीं होने पर candidate eligible नहीं माना जाएगा।

Simple Tip: Candidate पहले bracket में अपनी degree देखें, फिर full qualification column और official notification से मिलाकर post select करें। सभी posts के लिए qualification same नहीं है।

Selection Process & Exam Pattern

Selection Process: JSSC JTGLCCE 2026 में परीक्षा OMR / CBT mode में ली जा सकती है। अगर परीक्षा अलग-अलग shifts / groups में होती है, तो marks का normalisation किया जा सकता है।

Prelims Clear Note: अगर कुल applicants 50,000 या उससे कम रहते हैं, तो सामान्यतः Preliminary Exam नहीं लिया जाएगा। ऐसी स्थिति में आयोग सीधे Main Exam करा सकता है। Applicants अधिक होने पर Preliminary Exam लिया जा सकता है।

Marking Scheme: सभी प्रश्न objective / multiple choice होंगे। हर सही उत्तर पर 3 marks मिलेंगे और हर गलत उत्तर पर 1 mark negative marking होगी।

Paper-2 Language Options: Hindi, English, Urdu, Santhali, Bangla, Mundari, Ho, Kharia, Kudukh, Kurmali, Khortha, Nagpuri, Panchpargania, Odia and Sanskrit में से किसी एक language का चयन किया जा सकता है।

Important Qualifying Rule: Paper-1 में Hindi + English combined 30% marks से कम होने पर candidate को selection के लिए योग्य नहीं माना जाएगा और Paper-2 / Paper-3 का evaluation नहीं किया जाएगा। इसी तरह Paper-2 में 30% से कम marks होने पर Paper-3 का evaluation नहीं किया जाएगा।

Final Merit: Final merit list Main Examination के Paper-2 और Paper-3 में प्राप्त marks / normalised marks को जोड़कर तैयार की जाएगी। Paper-1 केवल qualifying nature का है।

Most Important: प्रारंभिक परीक्षा में झारखंड राज्य से संबंधित ज्ञान से सबसे ज्यादा 60 प्रश्न रहेंगे, इसलिए Jharkhand GK, History, Geography, Culture, Schemes, Mines, Industries और Current Affairs पर ज्यादा ध्यान दें।

Prelims Note: The Preliminary Examination will contain objective and multiple-choice questions related to General Knowledge. The exam duration will be 2 hours and the paper will have a total of 120 questions.

Most Important: Jharkhand State Related Knowledge carries the highest weightage with 60 questions. Candidates should focus more on Jharkhand GK, history, geography, culture, schemes, mines, industries and current affairs.

General Science	10	Questions will be based on general understanding of science from daily observation and experience. The level will be suitable for a generally educated person who has not made any special study of science.
Total	150	Duration: 2 Hours 30 Minutes

Important Rule: Candidates must score at least 30% marks in the Technical / Special Subject. Paper-3 marks will be counted in the final merit list.

Simple Meaning: In Paper-3, the biggest part is the Technical / Special Subject with 100 questions. General Studies, Mathematics and Science will also be asked, but the technical subject will play the main role in scoring.

Documents Required for Online Form

Important: Online form भरने से पहले candidate को अपने सभी जरूरी documents और certificate ready रखना चाहिए, ताकि form भरते समय spelling, date of birth, category और qualification में गलती न हो।

Name & DOB Note: Candidate अपना नाम और Date of Birth वही भरें जो Matric / 10th certificate में लिखा है। Name spelling में अंतर होने पर बाद में problem हो सकती है।

Do Not Add Prefix: Name के आगे Shri / Mr. / Shree / Smt. जैसे extra words न लगाएं। Form में name certificate के अनुसार ही भरें।

How to Fill JSSC JTGLCCE 2026 Online Form

Form Fill Up Note: Candidate form भरने से पहले सभी certificate अपने सामने रखें और पूरी तरह संतुष्ट होने के बाद ही application submit करें।

Step 1: Important Links section में दिए गए Apply Online link को open करें।

Step 2: New candidate पहले Registration करें। Registration के लिए active mobile number और email ID का use करें।

Step 3: Registration complete होने के बाद mobile और email पर Registration Number और Password प्राप्त होगा। इसे सुरक्षित रखें।

Step 4: Registration Number और Password से login करें और personal details, address details, category details और qualification details भरें।

Step 5: Required certificates / documents की scanned copy upload करें। हर detail certificate से मिलाकर भरें।

Step 6: Post selection / preference ध्यान से भरें। जिस post के लिए qualification match हो, उसी post को select करें।

Step 7: Application details preview करें। Name, Date of Birth, category, qualification और uploaded documents carefully check करें।

Step 8: Application fee payment के लिए Submit To Proceed Payment पर click करें।

Step 9: Terms & Conditions को tick करें और Proceed button पर click करें।

Step 10: Select Payment Category में JTGLCCE-2026 select करें, Registration Number डालें और fee payment पूरा करें।

Step 11: Payment complete होने के बाद scanned photograph और full signature upload करें, अगर portal पर यह step अलग से दिखे।

Step 12: Final submit करने के बाद application form / confirmation page का printout या PDF अपने पास सुरक्षित रखें।

Very Important: Form submit करने से पहले सभी details carefully check करें। Edit window खत्म होने के बाद किसी भी entry में correction claim मान्य नहीं होगा।

Common Mistake Avoid: Name spelling, Date of Birth, category, fee category और qualification details में गलती न करें। गलत जानकारी या गलत certificate के कारण candidature reject हो सकती है।

Q1. JSSC JTGLCCE 2026 किस भर्ती के लिए है?

यह Jharkhand Technical / Special Qualified Graduate Level Combined Competitive Examination 2026 है। इसके माध्यम से झारखंड सरकार के अलग-अलग विभागों में technical और graduate level posts पर भर्ती की जाएगी।

Q2. यह Regular Vacancy है या Backlog Vacancy?

यह post मुख्य रूप से JTGLCCE-2026 Regular Vacancy, Advertisement No. 01/2026 के लिए है। Regular Vacancy में कुल 611 posts हैं। Backlog Vacancy के लिए अलग advertisement 02/2026 का उल्लेख है, इसलिए students इसे सिर्फ backlog vacancy न समझें।

Q3. JSSC JTGLCCE 2026 में कुल कितने पद हैं?

JTGLCCE-2026 Regular Vacancy के अंतर्गत कुल 611 posts हैं। इसमें Block Statistical Supervisor / Junior Statistical Assistant / Investigator, Auditor, Matsya Prasar Paryavekshak, Dairy Technical Officer, Inspector, Laboratory Assistant और अन्य posts शामिल हैं।

Online registration 15 June 2026 से शुरू है और form भरने की last date 14 July 2026 है। Correction / Edit Window 20 July 2026 से 24 July 2026 तक उपलब्ध रहेगी।

Q5. Application Fee कितना है?

General / OBC / EWS और अन्य candidates के लिए application fee ₹100 है। Jharkhand State के SC / ST candidates के लिए fee ₹50 है। 40% या उससे अधिक disability वाले Jharkhand PwD candidates को नियम के अनुसार fee exemption मिल सकती है।

Q6. Age Limit कैसे calculate होगी?

Age calculation 01 August 2025 के आधार पर होगी। Minimum age 21 years है। UR / EWS के लिए maximum age 35 years, EBC-I / BC-II male के लिए 37 years, UR / EWS / EBC-I / BC-II female के लिए 38 years और SC / ST male-female candidates के लिए 40 years है।

Q7. कौन-कौन candidates apply कर सकते हैं?

इस भर्ती में post-wise qualification अलग-अलग है। कुछ posts के लिए Science Graduation / B.Sc, कुछ के लिए Mathematics / Economics / Statistics, कुछ के लिए Commerce, Fisheries / Zoology, Dairy Science, Physics Honours, Chemistry Honours और कुछ posts के लिए specific technical qualification जरूरी है। Candidate को अपनी degree के अनुसार post select करना चाहिए।

Q8. Selection Process क्या है?

Selection process में Preliminary Examination, Main Examination और Document Verification / Eligibility Check शामिल हो सकते हैं। अगर applicants 50,000 या उससे कम रहते हैं, तो सामान्यतः Preliminary Exam नहीं लिया जा सकता और आयोग सीधे Main Exam करा सकता है।

Q9. Negative Marking होगी या नहीं?

हाँ, questions objective / multiple choice होंगे। हर सही उत्तर पर 3 marks मिलेंगे और हर गलत उत्तर पर 1 mark की negative marking होगी। इसलिए students को guessing से बचना चाहिए।

Q10. Final Merit किस आधार पर बनेगी?

Final merit list Main Exam के Paper-2 और Paper-3 में प्राप्त marks / normalised marks को जोड़कर तैयार की जाएगी। Paper-1 केवल qualifying nature का होगा और इसके marks final merit में नहीं जोड़े जाएंगे।
