DRDO की High Energy Materials Research Laboratory (HEMRL), Pune ने 2026-27 के लिए 50 Graduate Apprentice पदों पर एक वर्ष की Apprenticeship Training के लिए आवेदन मांगे हैं।
B.E./B.Tech, B.Sc, B.A., B.Com, BLIS और BBA की निर्धारित discipline-wise qualification वाले eligible Indian Nationals आवेदन कर सकते हैं।
केवल 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025 या 2026 में qualifying examination पास करने वाले regular candidates eligible हैं।
आवेदन Offline करना है और HEMRL तक application पहुंचने की अंतिम तिथि 28 August 2026 है।

महत्वपूर्ण: Notification में exact category-wise maximum age/relaxation अवधि नहीं दी गई है, इसलिए कोई अनुमानित maximum age नहीं जोड़ी गई है।
Eligibility Criteria
Nationality: केवल Indian Nationals eligible हैं।
Passing Year: Qualifying examination केवल 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025 या 2026 में पास होना चाहिए।
Regular Candidate: Qualifying examination regular candidate के रूप में complete किया होना जरूरी है।
Result Condition: Last date तक qualifying examination का result declared/available होना जरूरी है। Result awaiting candidates eligible नहीं हैं।
Higher Qualification: Higher qualification वाले candidates eligible नहीं हैं।
Previous Apprenticeship / Experience: Essential qualification प्राप्त करने के बाद apprenticeship पूरी कर चुके, वर्तमान में apprenticeship कर रहे या एक वर्ष अथवा उससे अधिक job experience रखने वाले candidates eligible नहीं हैं।
PwBD: केवल Apprenticeship Rules 1992 के अनुसार designated trades के लिए eligible होंगे।

Selection Process
Vacancies और discipline/category के अनुसार candidates की shortlisting/selection निम्न में से applicable method या इनके combination से की जा सकती है:

- Interview
- Walk-in Interview
- उपरोक्त methods का combination
Selection satisfactory document verification के अधीन होगा। HEMRL अपने shortlisting criteria तय कर सकता है और minimum eligibility पूरी करने वाले प्रत्येक candidate को shortlist करना आवश्यक नहीं है।
Written Test/Interview का fixed exam pattern, syllabus, questions, marks, duration या negative marking notification में घोषित नहीं है।
How to Apply
- Degree candidates पहले NATS 2.0 portal पर registration करें और NATS Enrolment Number प्राप्त करें।
- DRDO Vacancies section से HEMRL का prescribed application form प्राप्त करके पूरा भरें।
- Application को ink-sign करें और prescribed details सही भरें; qualifying marks percentage में दें।
- Application को इस पते पर भेजें: Kind Attention: HRD, HEMRL, The Director, HEMRL, Ministry of Defence, DRDO, Sutarwadi, Pashan, Pune – 411021.
Application Mode: OFFLINE ONLY. Application 28 August 2026 तक HEMRL को प्राप्त हो जाना चाहिए। Incomplete, erroneous या last date के बाद received application reject किया जाएगा।

Application Mode: आवेदन Online Submit नहीं होगा। NATS 2.0 registration के बाद prescribed application form भरकर HEMRL, Pune को Offline भेजना है। अंतिम तिथि 28 August 2026 है।
भविष्य के चरणों में काम आने वाली जानकारी
Document Verification में जरूरी दस्तावेज
Original documents के साथ ONE set self-attested photocopies प्रस्तुत करनी होंगी:
- Ink-signed application printout
- NATS 2.0 profile की signed copy
- 10th से applicable minimum educational qualification तक marksheets और Original/Provisional certificates
- Aadhaar Card / Photo ID Proof और Address Proof
- दो recent passport-size colour photographs (6×7)
- Applicable SC/ST/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer), PwBD और EWS certificates issued by competent authority
Joining के समय जरूरी दस्तावेज
- Last residence और permanent address से valid Police Verification Certificate
- Government Hospital के authorised Medical Officer द्वारा prescribed format में Certificate of Physical Fitness
- Indian Official Secrets Act, 1923 के पालन का undertaking
- Ministry of Defence के applicable IT Rules & Regulations पालन का undertaking
- DBT Stipend के लिए Aadhaar-seeded Bank Account details – Passbook front page / Cancelled Cheque
- तीन recent passport-size colour photographs
- Selection/joining के समय मांगे गए अन्य documents, यदि कोई हों
Medical / Physical Fitness
Final selection prescribed health standards पूरा करने के अधीन है। Candidate को Government Hospital के authorised Medical Officer द्वारा जारी prescribed-format Certificate of Physical Fitness देना होगा।
Training / Apprenticeship Contract
Selected candidate को Apprentices Act, 1961 और Apprentices Rules 1992 के अनुसार ONE YEAR training contract execute करना होगा। Training period apprenticeship contract execute/sign होने की date से शुरू होगा।
Final Selection & Joining Conditions
Selected candidates को joining instructions email से दिए जाएंगे। Selection competent authority द्वारा apprenticeship contract की online approval के बाद ही final माना जाएगा।
Document discrepancy के कारण contract approve नहीं होता है तो apprenticeship cancelled मानी जा सकती है। Scheduled date तक report न करने पर candidature forfeited की जा सकती है।
Employment Condition
Apprenticeship training पूरी होने के बाद HEMRL या DRDO में Permanent, Temporary या Contractual employment का कोई अधिकार/दावा नहीं होगा।
