• Shortlisted candidates की eligibility GD, GT और PI से पहले original valid documents से verify की जाएगी।
• Online application में दी qualification, age, category, experience आदि claims के supporting documents latest applicable format में Original रखने होंगे।
• Reservation/relaxation लेने वाले candidates को relevant original SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/EWS/PwBD आदि certificates देना होगा।
• DigiLocker account updated रखना advisory सुविधा है, mandatory requirement नहीं।
• Government Department/PSU/Autonomous Body में employed candidate को Document Verification के समय competent authority का NOC देना होगा।
• Law Officer में claimed legal experience के original supporting experience documents आवश्यक होंगे; applicable independent practice के लिए court appearance record और संबंधित cases में Bar Council registration certificate भी मांगा जाएगा।
• Required originals produce नहीं करने पर candidate को आगे selection process में शामिल न किया जा सकता है।

• CBT की exact date, time और allotted centre Call Letter में उपलब्ध होगा; Call Letter scheduled CBT से लगभग 10 दिन पहले जारी किए जाने का प्रावधान है।
• Exam/interview में Call Letter के साथ currently valid original Photo ID और उसकी photocopy ले जाना होगा।
• Accepted IDs में PAN Card, Passport, Permanent Driving Licence, Voter ID, photograph वाला Bank Passbook, Aadhaar/e-Aadhaar, Employee ID, recognized College/University ID, Bar Council photo ID आदि notification में specified IDs शामिल हैं।
• Ration Card और Learner’s Driving Licence valid identity proof नहीं हैं।
• Call Letter और Photo ID में name exactly match होना चाहिए। Name change होने पर applicable original Gazette Notification/Marriage Certificate/Affidavit देना होगा।
• Gate closure/reporting time के बाद पहुंचने वाले candidate को examination में entry नहीं दी जाएगी।

• Applicable PwBD candidates Government guidelines के अनुसार own scribe ला सकते हैं।
• Scribe की qualification candidate की qualification से one step below होनी चाहिए।
• जहाँ physical limitation के आधार पर scribe आवश्यक है, Government Health Care Institution के Chief Medical Officer/Civil Surgeon/Medical Superintendent द्वारा prescribed certificate देना होगा।
• Own Scribe/Reader use करने वाले candidate को prescribed undertaking/details भी submit करने होंगे।
• Eligible candidates के लिए compensatory time 20 minutes per hour के applicable rule के अनुसार दिया जाएगा; CBT pattern में Section A के लिए 80 minutes और Section B के लिए 120 minutes तक specified compensatory duration है।
• Visually Impaired eligible candidates magnified font facility का विकल्प ले सकते हैं।

• CBT marks के descending order में respective domain से candidates को GD, GT एवं PI के लिए shortlist किया जाएगा।
• GD + GT का final merit weightage 5% है और minimum qualifying marks 40% हैं।
• Personal Interview का weightage 10% है और minimum qualifying marks 40% हैं।
• CBT का final merit weightage 85% है।
• यदि unforeseen pandemic जैसी स्थिति physical interview को प्रभावित करती है, IOCL interview को virtual mode में conduct कर सकता है और shortlisted candidates को advance में mode बताया जाएगा।

• Final selection और joining IndianOil की Pre-Employment Medical Examination (PEME) physical fitness criteria satisfy करने के अधीन है।
• Candidates को application से पहले official PEME guidelines देखकर अपनी fitness satisfy करने की सलाह दी गई है।
• Empaneled candidate को joining के समय prescribed format में required medical reports submit करने होंगे।
• Diploma Engineer और Quality Control discipline के candidates को PEME Guidelines के Technical Functions criteria meet करने होंगे।
• Already employed selected candidates को current organization से resign करने से पहले PEME के अनुसार अपनी medical fitness satisfy करने की सलाह दी गई है।

Selected candidates को Corporation में joining date से minimum 3 years serve करने हेतु bond execute करना होगा:

• Grade A – General: ₹3,00,000
• Grade A – EWS/OBC(NCL)/SC/ST/PwBD: ₹50,000
• Grade A0/E0 – General: ₹2,00,000
• Grade A0/E0 – EWS/OBC(NCL)/SC/ST/PwBD: ₹35,000

Organizational requirement के अनुसार selected candidates को India में Corporation के किसी Section, Plant, Unit, Department या Division में तथा applicable Associate/Subsidiary/Group/Joint Venture company में रखा जा सकता है। Management discretion पर overseas offices में placement भी संभव है, notification की stated conditions के अधीन।

• Selected candidate को Offer of Appointment में दी joining date पर join करना होगा; failure पर IOCL offer cancel/withdraw कर सकता है।
• Private organization में working selected candidate को joining से पहले current employment के resignation acceptance का proof देना होगा।
• Application/selection के किसी stage पर false information, suppression of material fact या process violation candidature cancellation/disqualification का कारण बन सकता है।
• Canvassing, directly या indirectly, candidature/selection disqualification का कारण बन सकता है।

• CBT attend करने वाले SC/ST/PwBD candidates को applicable conditions पर 3rd AC rail fare या actual fare, जो कम हो, reimburse किया जाएगा।
• Eligible candidates जो GD/GT/PI में appear करेंगे उन्हें 2nd AC rail fare या actual fare, जो कम हो, applicable conditions पर reimburse किया जाएगा।
• Journey correspondence address के nearest railway station से selection venue तक shortest route से और distance कम-से-कम 30 km होने की condition लागू है।
• Online reimbursement के लिए candidate के own name में sole/joint bank account और supporting bank details/documents जरूरी हैं।
