Selection Process
- Due date तक received applications को Screening Committee short-listing के लिए consider करेगी।
- Minimum qualification और experience fulfill करना interview call का automatic right नहीं देता।
- Screening Committee द्वारा recommended candidates को Competent Authority की approval के बाद Personal Interview के लिए बुलाया जाएगा।
- Short-listing पर Institute का decision final होगा।
Official advertisement में Written Examination, question paper, marks distribution, negative marking या qualifying marks की कोई notified scheme नहीं दी गई है।

Official detailed advertisement में कोई Written Exam Pattern घोषित नहीं है। Recruitment process में Screening Committee short-listing और Personal Interview का उल्लेख है।
Syllabus / पाठ्यक्रम

How to Apply
- BSIP Recruitment Portal पर New Registration करके online application भरें।
- जहाँ लागू हो ₹1,000 का Demand Draft तैयार करके portal पर मांगी गई details/documents upload करें और application 04 September 2026, 5:00 PM तक submit करें।
- Submitted online application की hard copy के साथ self-attested Mark Sheets, Certificates, Degrees, Testimonials आदि और prescribed Demand Draft लगाएँ।
- Envelope पर “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF SCIENTIST ‘B’” लिखकर Speed/Registered Post से Registrar, BSIP, 53 University Road, Lucknow – 226007, UP भेजें, ताकि 11 September 2026, 5:30 PM तक पहुँच जाए।
Hard copy required documents/information/fee/photograph के बिना, unsigned होने पर या निर्धारित समय के बाद मिलने पर consider नहीं होगी। Postal delay या गलत address के कारण late receipt भी स्वीकार नहीं होगी।
Central/State Government, PSU या Autonomous Bodies में कार्यरत applicants को application proper channel से due date के भीतर submit करनी है।
Advt. No. BSIP/S&A/02/2023 के Scientist ‘B’ applicants की previous application valid मानी जाएगी, लेकिन उन्हें इस recruitment में online application फिर से भरना और hard copy फिर से भेजना अनिवार्य है। उन्हें application fee दोबारा नहीं देनी है।

Personal Interview
Screening Committee द्वारा shortlisted और Competent Authority से approved candidates को Personal Interview के लिए बुलाया जाएगा। Interview date/slot बदलने का request स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा। Interview attend करने के लिए BSIP कोई TA/DA नहीं देगा।
Probation
Selected candidates की initial appointment 2 years probation पर होगी। Service continuation satisfactory clearance of probation पर निर्भर करेगी।
Pension & Service Conditions
Selected candidates New Pension Scheme से governed होंगे। Institute rules के अनुसार Government of India pattern पर usual allowances admissible होंगे।
Character & Antecedents Verification
Appointing Authority candidate के character और antecedents से संतुष्ट होने के बाद ही suitability for appointment तय करेगी।
False / Suppressed Information
Selection से पहले या बाद में कोई information false या suppressed पाई जाती है तो candidate का selection reject या cancel किया जा सकता है।
Legal Jurisdiction
Institute से संबंधित disputes/legal proceedings की territorial jurisdiction District Court Lucknow तथा Lucknow Bench of Hon’ble High Court, Allahabad तक restricted होगी।
