UPSSSC Yuva Kalyan Adhikari 2026: 412 Posts Apply Online

06 November के बाद नया application या fee acceptance नहीं होगा। यदि fee reconciliation pending है तो candidate को 06 November तक या अधिकतम अगले 7 दिनों के भीतर, यानी 13 November 2026 तक fee adjustment पूरा करना होगा। इसी अवधि में permitted corrections भी किए जा सकते हैं।

Total 412 vacancies में 368 posts Kshetriya Yuva Kalyan evam Pradeshik Vikas Dal Adhikari और 44 posts Vyayam Prashikshak के हैं।

Vacancies/reservation Government orders के अनुसार संशोधित हो सकते हैं। Horizontal reservation में Dependents of Freedom Fighters, eligible PwD sub-category, Ex-Servicemen, Women और Outstanding Sportsperson के लिए notice में अलग संख्या दी गई है।

Kshetriya Yuva Kalyan evam Pradeshik Vikas Dal Adhikari:

• भारत में विधि द्वारा स्थापित किसी University से Graduation या Government-recognized equivalent qualification जरूरी है।
• Preferential qualification के रूप में B.P.Ed / D.P.Ed, organization में Platoon Commander / हल्का सरदार / दलपति के रूप में 3 years service, Territorial Army में minimum 2 years service या NCC ‘B’ Certificate को preference दी जा सकती है, rules के अनुसार।

Vyayam Prashikshak:

• Recognized University से Graduation या equivalent qualification जरूरी है।
• इसके साथ recognized University/Institution से D.P.Ed / B.P.Ed या Government-recognized equivalent Physical Education qualification जरूरी है।
• Preferential qualification में Netaji Subhas National Institute of Sports, Patiala/Bengaluru/Kolkata/Lakshmibai National Institute आदि से recognized coaching diploma, Territorial Army service या NCC ‘B’ Certificate जैसे provisions notice में दिए गए हैं।

Direct recruitment के लिए candidate की age 01 July 2026 को कम से कम 21 years और maximum 40 years होनी चाहिए।

• SC/ST और अन्य eligible categories को Uttar Pradesh Government rules/orders के अनुसार upper age relaxation मिलेगी।
• Reservation/age relaxation claim करने वाले candidates को prescribed valid certificates application की last date तक acquire/possess करना होगा।
• EWS candidate को 01.04.2026 से 06.11.2026 के बीच issue valid EWS certificate रखना होगा, जो FY 2025-26 income पर आधारित और FY 2026-27 के लिए valid हो।

UPSSSC Yuva Kalyan Adhikari 2026 Main Examination के लिए shortlisting PET-2025 के Normalized Score के आधार पर merit के अनुसार होगी। केवल shortlisted candidates को Main Written Examination में बैठने का मौका मिलेगा।

• PET-2025 में Absolute Score या Normalized Score 0 या negative होने पर Main Examination के लिए shortlist नहीं किया जाएगा।
• Under Investigation (UI) या Provisional status वाले PET candidates का application provisional basis पर स्वीकार हो सकता है, लेकिन final selection Commission के final decision के अधीन रहेगा।
• Written Examination selection का मुख्य आधार है।
• Written Exam के बाद shortlisted candidates का Physical Measurement / Physical Efficiency / Physical Eligibility test संबंधित post के अनुसार कराया जाएगा।
• Qualifying physical test में pass candidates की final merit written exam marks के आधार पर तैयार की जाएगी।

Male – Indian Exercise: Mallakhamb, Aasan, Mugdar – each 25 marks; all 3 events में total minimum 50 marks.

Male – Gymnastics: Parallel Bars, Horizontal Bar, Vaulting Horse, Pommel Horse, Floor Exercise – each 25 marks; all 5 events में total minimum 75 marks.

Female – Indian Exercise: Mallakhamb Rope, Aasan, Skipping Rope – each 25 marks; all 3 events में minimum 40 marks.

Physical tests qualifying nature के हैं। Final merit written examination marks के आधार पर बनेगी।

1. UPSSSC official website पर Live Advertisement section में Advertisement No. 23-Exam/2026 खोलें।
2. UPSSSC Yuva Kalyan Adhikari 2026 application के लिए PET-2025 Registration Number के साथ applicant authentication/login करें। OTP PET-2025 में registered mobile/email पर मिलेगा।
3. Login के बाद PET-2025 से name, father/husband name, mother name, UP domicile detail, category, EWS, horizontal reservation, DOB, gender, marital status, mobile और email जैसी details auto-display होंगी।
4. जिस post/posts के लिए apply करना है उन्हें select करना compulsory है। Unselected post पर claim स्वीकार नहीं होगा।
5. Selected post के लिए educational qualification Yes/No select करके Board/University, passing year, certificate/roll number, issue date आदि details भरें।
6. Verification code भरकर Submit करें। इसके बाद 11-digit registration number सहित application form display होगा; copy सुरक्षित रखें।
7. PET-2025 में uploaded photo और signature auto-display होंगे; इन्हें इस application में modify नहीं किया जा सकेगा।
8. Other Details और Declaration carefully complete करें।
9. Online Processing Fee ₹25 जमा करें। Payment status reconciliation verify करें और successful payment receipt/application print सुरक्षित रखें।
10. Final submit से पहले सभी details verify करें। Correction/fee adjustment permitted period में 13 November 2026 तक आवश्यक correction करें।

• Required educational qualification और prescribed certificates application last date तक acquire/possess करना जरूरी है।
• Reservation / age relaxation claim के लिए competent authority का prescribed valid certificate जरूरी है।
