Delhi District Courts तथा Family Courts के लिए Combined Examination में ऑनलाइन आवेदन की निर्धारित अवधि चल रही है। अपने चुने हुए पद की eligibility और skill requirement देखकर आवेदन करें। अंतिम दिन का इंतजार न करें।

शुल्क non-refundable है। अन्य माध्यम से भुगतान स्वीकार नहीं होगा। ESM लाभ लेकर Central/Delhi Government या उनके autonomous/local bodies में नियमित civil employment प्राप्त कर चुके पूर्व सैनिकों को fee concession नहीं मिलेगा।

सभी पदों में 18 वर्ष पूरे होने चाहिए और 27 वर्ष पूरे नहीं होने चाहिए। DOB केवल Matric/Secondary या समकक्ष certificate के अनुसार स्वीकार होगी। बाद में बदलने की request नहीं मानी जाएगी।

सभी छूट Recruitment Rules और applicable प्रमाणपत्रों पर निर्भर हैं। Suitable disability होने पर age relaxation पद आरक्षित न होने पर भी लागू हो सकती है। आरक्षण लाभ लेकर नियमित Group C/D पुनर्नियोजन पा चुके ESM आरक्षण/fee concession नहीं ले सकते; higher post/service के लिए अनुमत age relaxation अलग शर्तों के अधीन है।

DSSSB Delhi District Court Online Form 2026 में भारतीय नागरिक ही आवेदन कर सकते हैं। Process Server के लिए केवल 10वीं पास बताना पर्याप्त नहीं: LMV licence तथा दो वर्ष का बेदाग driving experience भी notification की essential qualification में देखें और driving test के लिए तैयार रहें। अन्य पदों में essential/desirable experience NIL और desirable qualification NIL है। सभी आवश्यक qualifications/experience 04 नवंबर 2026 तक होनी चाहिए। Combined application करने से सभी पदों की eligibility अपने-आप नहीं मिलती।

Backlog सहित tentative vacancies नीचे दी गई हैं। Court/department-wise breakup अलग रखा गया है।

Grand total: UR 217 + OBC 176 + SC 116 + ST 75 + EWS 57 = 641। PwBD 54 और ESM 41 इसी संख्या में शामिल हैं, अतिरिक्त नहीं। JJA/Process Server/Peon rows में MSP 0 है; SPA/PA के ESM/MSP में dash दिया गया है। Vacancies बढ़ या घट सकती हैं।

DSSSB Delhi District Court Online Form 2026 में SPA/PA और JJA का MCQ shortlisting के लिए है। Descriptive तक अधिकतम 25 गुना vacancies और skill test तक अधिकतम 10 गुना vacancies के उम्मीदवार बुलाए जाएँगे। SPA/PA की MCQ shortlist common होगी, पर skill shortlisting और tests अलग होंगे। Skill test qualifying है; final merit Tier II + Tier IV marks से बनेगी। SPA/PA Interview 10 और JJA Interview 15 marks का है। Interview में minimum qualifying marks नहीं हैं।

Process Server में driving test के लिए अधिकतम 15 गुना और Peon में interview के लिए अधिकतम 10 गुना vacancies के उम्मीदवार shortlist होंगे। Process Server और Peon final merit MCQ + 15-mark Interview से बनेगी। Tied written-stage candidates next stage में बुलाए जाएँगे। Final merit tie में अधिक उम्र, फिर समान DOB पर English first-name alphabetical order लागू है।

Delhi District Courts interview में post/department preferences लेंगे। Preference न देने पर eligible allotment Courts के discretion पर होगा। चुनी गई preference और final merit-cum-preference allotment irreversible हैं; दूसरे department/post की बाद में माँग स्वीकार नहीं होगी। Ineligible चुने हुए पद के बदले दूसरा पद देने की request भी स्वीकार नहीं होगी।

हर MCQ 1 mark है; गलत उत्तर पर 0.25 mark negative marking होगी। Tier I MCQ एवं लागू Tier II Descriptive में UR/EWS के लिए 50%, OBC (Delhi)/SC/ST/PH(PwBD)/ESM के लिए 45% minimum qualifying marks हैं। Selection cut-off इससे अधिक हो सकती है।

DSSSB Delhi District Court Online Form 2026 में official subject/skill coverage ही नीचे दिया गया है; विस्तृत chapter-wise coaching syllabus इस PDF में नहीं है। SPA/PA/JJA: General English & Comprehension, GK सहित Current Affairs, General Intelligence; descriptive में Essay, Grammar, Translation। Process Server/Peon: English, Hindi, GK-Current Affairs और Arithmetic।

SPA/PA/JJA skill tests qualifying हैं। JJA typing test की अलग duration/error allowance या अतिरिक्त chapter list PDF में specified नहीं है, इसलिए अनुमान नहीं जोड़ा गया है। PwBD writing limitation पर prevailing सरकारी orders के अनुसार compensatory time लागू होगा, scribe लेने या न लेने से अकेले यह सुविधा तय नहीं होती।

OBC Delhi benefits के लिए Delhi-notified caste और prescribed certificate route जरूरी है। सामान्य OBC Outside Delhi UR में apply करेंगे। OBC certificate closing date 04 नवंबर 2026 तक जारी हो और NCL certificate 01 अप्रैल 2026–04 नवंबर 2026 के बीच जारी हो।

दो accepted routes: GNCTD Revenue Department का OBC (Delhi) certificate—पुराने पिता/भाई-बहन/पैतृक चाचा certificate का उल्लेख हो या न हो; अथवा outside-Delhi competent authority का Delhi-notified community certificate, जो पिता/भाई-बहन/पैतृक चाचा के Delhi-issued OBC certificate पर आधारित हो और संबंधित family member 8 सितंबर 1993 से पहले Delhi resident हो। केवल बाहर का OBC certificate इस विशेष route की सभी शर्तें पूरी नहीं करता।

EWS certificate FY 2026–27 के लिए, FY 2025–26 की income पर आधारित हो और 04 नवंबर 2026 तक competent authority से जारी हो। सभी reservation claims के प्रमाणपत्र रखें; category बाद में बदल नहीं सकती। अपने merit पर बिना relaxed standards चुने गए reserved candidates UR में समायोजित हो सकते हैं; relaxed standards पर selection संबंधित reserved vacancies में गिना जाएगा।

Pay levels vacancy table और scales eligibility tables से दिए गए हैं। In-hand salary, probation, bond या allowances का अनुमान नहीं जोड़ा गया है।

1. Official OARS portal पर existing unique registration से login करें। New candidates “Click for New Registration” से केवल एक registration बनाएँ।
2. Matric DOB/roll number, degree/qualification, applicable shorthand/typing, Process Server LMV licence/experience और reservation certificates जाँचें।
3. Active email/mobile दें। दोनों OTP verification recommended है; एक OTP मिलने पर उसी से registration विकल्प बताया गया है। Registered email/mobile दोबारा स्वीकार नहीं होंगे।
4. Photo ID PAN/Voter ID/DL/Passport JPG/JPEG 15–60 KB; minimum dimensions PAN/DL 300×200, Voter 200×300, Passport 450×350 pixels। Aadhaar number ID के रूप में देने पर scanned ID upload जरूरी नहीं बताया गया है।
5. Clear colour front-face photo, eyes open, white/off-white background और readable signature रखें। Photo ID की file-size condition photo/signature पर अपने से लागू न करें।
6. Relevant exam/post eligibility के अनुसार form भरें, preview में particulars/category जाँचें और लागू fee SBI e-pay से दें। 04 नवंबर 2026 रात 11 बजे तक final submit और printout रखें।

Registration session 30 मिनट और registration सुविधा 24×7 बताई गई है। Class X alphanumeric roll में numeric characters भरें; prefix zero न जोड़ें, system leading zero हटाता है। Annexure के numeric example में mismatch के बजाय अपना वास्तविक roll और portal instruction ध्यान से देखें। Name/gender/father’s name सहित submitted registration particulars बाद में नहीं बदलेंगे। ID exam/e-dossier में check होगा और admit card का हिस्सा होगा।

Notification one registration और examination के लिए one application निर्देश देती है; duplicate registration/application या multiple appearance से cancellation/debarment हो सकता है। Final form में correction/category change का प्रावधान नहीं है। Post/hand/email application स्वीकार नहीं है।
