Ministry of Defence (Navy) के Naval Ship Repair Yard (NSRY), Sri Vijaya Puram ने Technician (Vocational) Apprentice Programme for One Year, IT-03 Batch 2026-27 के लिए 50 vacancies निकाली हैं।
Male/Female Indian Nationals जिनके पास Matriculation के बाद संबंधित trade में NCVT/SCVT ITI qualification है, वे आवेदन कर सकते हैं।
Online registration 17 August 2026 से active है और 10 October 2026 को 23:59 hrs तक आवेदन किया जा सकता है।
ITI candidates के लिए Indian Navy के defence establishment में एक वर्ष की apprenticeship training पाने का यह अवसर है; आवेदन से पहले अपने designated trade और corresponding ITI trade को जरूर match करें।

Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship memorandum No. F. No. MSDE-14(03)/2021 AP-(PMU) dated 20 Dec 2021 के अनुसार apprenticeship training के लिए कोई upper age restriction नहीं है।
Training commencement 01 December 2026 tentative है। इसलिए age eligibility की controlling condition actual programme commencement से एक दिन पहले वाली official condition ही रहेगी।

Eligibility Criteria

Nationality: केवल Indian Nationals apply कर सकते हैं। Male और Female दोनों candidates eligible हैं, subject to prescribed eligibility and fitness conditions.

Essential Educational Qualification

Minimum qualification Matriculation followed by ITI passed in the respective trade under NCVT or SCVT है। Designated trade के लिए eligible ITI trade Apprenticeship Rules, 1992, as amended from time to time, के अनुसार होना चाहिए।

Previous Apprenticeship Restriction

जिस candidate ने Apprentices Act, 1961 के तहत इसी trade में पहले apprenticeship की है या वर्तमान में उसी trade में Government / Public Sector / Private Industrial Organisation में apprenticeship कर रहा है, वह इस programme के लिए eligible नहीं है।

Character / Antecedents

Candidate convicted नहीं होना चाहिए और offences के trial/charge-sheet process में नहीं होना चाहिए। Defence establishment होने के कारण questionable/suspicious antecedents वाली application reject की जा सकती है। Subsequent police verification clean न होने पर selected candidature भी cancel हो सकती है।

Reservation

  • Reservation Apprenticeship Rules, 1992 के applicable provisions और Andaman & Nicobar Islands के नियमों के अनुसार होगा।
  • 3% vacancies Persons with Disability candidates के लिए horizontal reservation के रूप में उपलब्ध हैं, subject to eligibility और Rule 4 fitness-relaxation criteria.
  • 3% overall vacancies Ex-Servicemen, उनके children और Armed Forces Personnel के children के लिए prescribed priority categories के अनुसार reserved हैं।
  • PwD और Ex-Servicemen reservation appropriate UR/OBC/SC/ST parent category में adjusted होगा।
  • Reserved vacancy eligible candidate के अभाव में unfilled रहने पर notification के prescribed rule के अनुसार अन्य candidates से भरी जा सकती है।
  • इस enrolment की unfilled vacancies अगले enrolment में backlog के रूप में carry forward नहीं होंगी।
Armed Forces reservation priority में deceased/disabled Ex-Servicemen के children, Ex-Servicemen के children, Serving Jawans के children, Serving Officers के children और Ex-Servicemen शामिल हैं।

Preliminary Shortlisting

  • Preliminary selection Trade-wise और Category-wise Merit List से होगी।
  • Merit List candidate के ITI trade और Std X में obtained aggregate Percentage (%) of marks के आधार पर तैयार की जाएगी।
  • Advertisement कोई अलग written examination notify नहीं करता।

Final Merit & Tie-Break

How to Apply

  1. Official NSRY apprenticeship recruitment portal पर Candidate Registration करके Login ID और Password generate करें।
  2. Login करके detailed application form भरें और अपने designated trade को ITI qualification से सही तरह match करें।
  3. Prescribed photograph और certificates/documents readable scanned format में upload करें; official portal के सभी mandatory fields/uploads complete करें।
  4. Final submission से पहले name, father’s name, DOB, trade, qualification और uploaded documents verify करें। Hard copy NSRY को भेजने की जरूरत नहीं है; application copy अपने पास रखें।

Required Uploads

  • Blue background passport-size photograph, 3.5 cm × 4.5 cm, JPEG/JPG, up to 200 KB.
  • SSC/Matriculation (Std X) Mark Sheet और Date of Birth proof – Birth Certificate या Aadhaar Card.
  • ITI Certificate और final consolidated mark sheet – NCVT/SCVT.
  • Community Certificate, reservation claim होने पर.
  • Physical Disability Certificate, PwD reservation claim होने पर.
  • Armed Forces Personnel / Ex-Serviceman category applicability certificate, applicable होने पर.
  • Aadhaar Card – compulsory.
Scanned supporting documents good-quality/readable colour PDF, A4 size और notification के prescribed file-size limit में होने चाहिए। Mobile phone/camera से लिए गए self-photograph या document photographs upload करना acceptable नहीं है।
Incomplete application, prescribed qualification न होना, underage/wrong DOB, double/multiple applications, unclear/unidentifiable photograph, Class X/ITI certificate से name/father’s name/DOB mismatch या applied trade और ITI trade में irrelevance candidature rejection का कारण बन सकते हैं।

भविष्य के चरणों में काम आने वाली जानकारी

Document Verification में जरूरी दस्तावेज
Candidates को verification के समय निम्न original documents produce करने होंगे:
  • SSC / Matriculation Marks Certificate
  • ITI Certificate एवं Final Consolidated Marksheet – NCVT/SCVT
  • Aadhaar Card
  • Caste Certificate, यदि applicable हो
  • PwD Certificate, यदि applicable हो
  • Ex-Serviceman / Armed Force Personnel Certificate, यदि applicable हो
  • NCC Certificate, यदि applicable हो
  • Sports Certificate, यदि applicable हो
Application की hard copy NSRY को भेजने की जरूरत नहीं है; candidate को उसे अपने पास retain करके Document Verification के समय produce करना है।
Medical & Physical Fitness
  • Physical Fitness standard Apprenticeship Rules, 1992 के Rule 4 और Schedule II के अनुसार होगा।
  • Enrolment से पहले candidate को Naval Ship Repair Yard, Sri Vijaya Puram के Yard Medical Officer द्वारा examine किया जाना है।
  • Applicants को Government Hospital / Government Medical Officer से medical fitness certificate भी प्राप्त करना होगा।
  • PwD candidates को applicable fitness-relaxation criteria पूरा करना होगा।
Interview
  • Preliminary merit list में shortlisted candidates को Apprentice Training School, Naval Ship Repair Yard, Sri Vijaya Puram में Interview के लिए बुलाया जाएगा।
  • Interview 50 marks का होगा।
  • Candidate की respective trade में technical skills test की जाएंगी।
  • Call letter document scrutiny के बाद registered email ID पर online communication से भेजा जाएगा।
  • Candidates को registered email नियमित check करने की सलाह दी गई है।
Travel, Boarding & Lodging
  • Interview, Document Verification और apprenticeship joining के लिए कोई travel expense admissible नहीं है।
  • Interview / Document Verification / apprenticeship training के दौरान boarding और lodging candidate को अपने खर्च पर arrange करना होगा।
  • NSRY द्वारा boarding या lodging facility provide नहीं की जाएगी।
Apprenticeship Contract & Training Duration
  • Final selected candidates को one-year apprenticeship contract offer किया जाएगा।
  • Training tentatively 01 December 2026 से शुरू होनी है।
  • Selected apprentice को online apprenticeship portal के माध्यम से employer के साथ contract execute करना होगा।
  • Contract Apprentices Act, 1961, Apprenticeship Rules, 1992 और applicable National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme provisions के अनुसार होगा।
Trade Test & National Apprenticeship Certificate
  • Full-term apprentice को training period पूरा करने के बाद prescribed proficiency test में appear करना होगा।
  • Test respective Apprentice School या Central Government द्वारा authorised agency के माध्यम से हो सकता है।
  • Test pass करने वाले apprentice को respective trade proficiency के लिए National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) issued किया जाएगा।
Employment After Apprenticeship
Apprenticeship training पूरी होने के बाद Naval Ship Repair Yard, Sri Vijaya Puram पर apprentice को employment offer करना obligatory नहीं है। इसी प्रकार apprentice पर NSRY द्वारा offer किए गए employment को accept करना भी obligatory नहीं है।
Contract Termination Compensation
  • Employer की failure के कारण apprenticeship contract terminate होने पर apprentice को Apprentices Act, 1961 और rules के अनुसार compensation payable हो सकता है।
  • Apprentice अपनी इच्छा से training छोड़ता है तो Central Apprenticeship Adviser द्वारा निर्धारित compensation employer को payable हो सकता है।
Training Medical Facilities
Work या training-related injuries के treatment के लिए existing NSRY Yard Medical Centre facilities apprentices को उपलब्ध कराई जाएंगी। Suitable treatment Yard Medical Centre में उपलब्ध न होने पर apprentice को GB Pant Hospital, Sri Vijaya Puram refer किया जा सकता है।
Clothing & Safety Equipment
Joining पर, revision के अधीन, apprentices को निम्न items दिए जाने का provision है:
  • Two pairs of workshop overalls
  • One pair of safety shoes
  • Two pairs of safety gloves
  • Safety goggles
  • One safety helmet
  • One pair of ear defender
  • Half sleeve shirt और trouser वाली uniform
Discipline & Political / Trade Union Activity
  • Apprentices को Apprentice Training School, NSRY (SVP) और Apprentices Act के applicable discipline rules follow करने होंगे।
  • Apprentices Labour Union या similar organisation join नहीं कर सकते और Trade Union activities में participate नहीं कर सकते।
  • Political activity में भाग लेने की अनुमति नहीं है।
  • Available sports facilities के अनुसार apprentices को outdoor/indoor games में participation की आवश्यकता हो सकती है।
Important Disqualification / Rejection Conditions
  • Canvassing of any kind disqualification का कारण बनेगा।
  • Material facts suppress करना या forged certificate देना candidature rejection तथा apprenticeship termination का कारण हो सकता है।
  • Double/multiple applications reject की जा सकती हैं।
  • Qualification, DOB, photograph या trade mismatch application reject करा सकता है।
  • CSY, NSRY (SVP) का eligibility तथा acceptance/rejection पर decision final and binding होगा।
  • Indian Navy applicable extant rules के अनुसार terms and conditions में subsequent changes/modifications incorporate कर सकती है और corrigendum official portal पर publish किया जाएगा।
