NFR Railway Apprentice Recruitment 2026 Started

Northeast Frontier Railway के Personnel Department ने Workshops, Divisions और अन्य Railway Units में 6777 Act Apprentice training slots के लिए centralized notification जारी किया है। Engagement Apprentices Act, 1961 के अंतर्गत वर्ष 2025-26 और 2026-27 के लिए किया जाएगा।

Important Dates

Application Fee

• Application fee केवल online payment gateway के माध्यम से जमा होगी।
• Payment सफल होने के बाद applicant portal पर वापस redirect होगा और remaining application process पूरा कर सकेगा।
• Payment के बाद form download न हो तो portal पर उपलब्ध Verify Payment option का उपयोग करना होगा।
• EBC fee exemption के लिए candidate की annual family income ₹50,000 से कम होनी चाहिए।
• EBC certificate 1 अप्रैल 2026 या उसके बाद जारी होना चाहिए और Annexure-XVI के अनुसार होना चाहिए।
• EBC fee exemption और EWS reservation अलग-अलग provisions हैं; दोनों को एक ही category न समझें।

1. Age Limit – विस्तृत जानकारी

Category-Wise Upper Age Relaxation

• Ex-Serviceman applicant ने Defence Forces में कम से कम 6 महीने continuous service की होनी चाहिए।
• जो Ex-Serviceman पहले ही ExSM reservation के माध्यम से किसी Civil Government Service में नियुक्त हो चुका है, उस पर notification की specified restriction लागू होगी।
• Ex-Servicemen को उनकी community की उपलब्ध vacancy के अनुसार adjust किया जाएगा।
• Age और relaxation का अंतिम निर्णय official certificates और NFR scrutiny के अनुसार होगा।

2. Eligibility Criteria – विस्तृत जानकारी

General ITI Trade Qualification

• Candidate ने मान्यता प्राप्त Board से Matriculation/Class 10 या equivalent examination पास की हो।
• Class 10 में न्यूनतम 50% aggregate marks होना जरूरी है।
• Candidate के पास applied designated trade से संबंधित NCVT/SCVT approved ITI qualification होनी चाहिए।
• Candidate के पास NCVT द्वारा जारी National Trade Certificate या NCVT/SCVT द्वारा जारी Provisional Trade Certificate होना चाहिए।
• Final ITI mark sheet अथवा सभी semesters की consolidated mark sheet उपलब्ध होनी चाहिए।
• सिर्फ ITI course complete होना पर्याप्त नहीं है; candidate के पास notification date तक ITI pass certificate/NTC/STC होना अनिवार्य है।
• Qualification और certificate 14 जुलाई 2026 तक प्राप्त होना चाहिए। Awaited result वाले candidates eligible नहीं माने जाएंगे।

Reservation and Certificate Conditions

• SC/ST और OBC-NCL candidates को prescribed format का valid caste certificate upload करना होगा और DV के समय original प्रस्तुत करना होगा।
• EWS candidates के लिए 10% reservation है और certificate 1 अप्रैल 2026 या उसके बाद जारी होना चाहिए।
• PwBD candidates को competent Central/State Government Medical Board द्वारा जारी disability certificate प्रस्तुत करना होगा।
• PwBD candidates केवल notification में उनके disability category के लिए suitable घोषित trades में आवेदन करें।
• Ex-Servicemen, उनके बच्चों और serving Armed Forces personnel के बच्चों की priority notification के specified order के अनुसार होगी।

Headquarters Maligaon के 495 slots में Accounts, Civil Engineering, Medical, Personnel, Track Machine Centre, Bridge Units, SWS/PNO और Stores सहित संबंधित units शामिल हैं।

Vacancy Conversion Rules

• पर्याप्त SC candidates उपलब्ध न होने पर balance SC slots eligible ST candidates से भरे जा सकते हैं।
• पर्याप्त ST candidates उपलब्ध न होने पर balance ST slots eligible SC candidates से भरे जा सकते हैं।
• SC/ST दोनों categories से योग्य candidates उपलब्ध न होने पर remaining slots UR से भरे जा सकते हैं।
• OBC या EWS slots खाली रहने पर उन्हें UR candidates से भरा जा सकता है।
• Unfilled Ex-Servicemen slots अन्य eligible candidates से भरे जा सकते हैं।

4. Selection Process – विस्तृत जानकारी

Merit Formula for ITI Candidates

• Class 10 percentage निकालते समय सभी subjects के marks को शामिल किया जाएगा।
• Best five या selected subjects के आधार पर percentage calculate नहीं होगा।
• ITI percentage के लिए सभी semesters की consolidated mark sheet में दिया गया average लिया जाएगा।
• यदि Provisional National Trade Certificate में marks दिए हैं, तो उन्हीं marks को consider किया जा सकता है।
• Marks की गलत या false declaration होने पर candidate को summarily disqualify किया जा सकता है।

Merit Formula for Medical Laboratory Technician

• यह formula Medical Laboratory Technician Pathology और Radiology के लिए लागू होगा।
• Qualification में Physics, Chemistry और Biology होना जरूरी है।
• Percentage calculation में Higher Secondary/Class 12 के सभी subjects के marks consider किए जाएंगे, केवल PCB marks नहीं।

Tie-Breaking Rules

1. दो या अधिक candidates के merit marks समान होने पर अधिक आयु वाले candidate को higher rank मिलेगी।
2. Age/Date of Birth भी समान होने पर Class 10 examination पहले पास करने वाले candidate को preference मिलेगी।

Unit–Department–Trade Preference Rules

• Candidate केवल एक online application submit कर सकता है।
• Application में eligible Unit–Department–Trade combinations को preference order में भरना होगा।
• Candidate को merit और preference के अनुसार केवल एक combination allot किया जाएगा।
• Higher preference allot होने के बाद सभी lower preferences automatically cancelled मानी जाएंगी।
• Wrong trade या ineligible ITI mapping चुनने पर candidature reject हो सकती है।

5. Syllabus and Exam Pattern

Training Period

Monthly Stipend

• Stipend extant Apprenticeship Rules और applicable Government instructions के अनुसार दिया जाएगा।
• Notification में current minimum stipend ₹9,600 per month बताया गया है, effective from 11 September 2025.
• जहां previous institutional training के कारण one-year या two-year exemption admissible है, वहां second/third-year rate लागू हो सकता है।
• Stipend rates competent authority द्वारा समय-समय पर revise किए जा सकते हैं।
• Apprentices को hostel accommodation नहीं दिया जाएगा। रहने और भोजन की व्यवस्था candidate को स्वयं करनी होगी।
• Training पूरी होने के बाद apprentice को release कर दिया जाएगा।

Photograph and Signature Instructions

• Clear front-view recent colour photograph upload करें।
• Photograph में cap और sunglasses नहीं होने चाहिए।
• Old, unclear या actual appearance से बहुत अलग photograph होने पर application reject हो सकता है।
• Document Verification के लिए उसी photograph की दो additional copies सुरक्षित रखें।
• Signature official application portal पर दिए गए format और specifications के अनुसार upload करें।

How to Apply Online

• Application में भरी गई information की correctness की पूरी जिम्मेदारी candidate की होगी।
• False या incorrect information मिलने पर immediate disqualification हो सकती है।
• Last date पर network problem से बचने के लिए application समय से submit करें।
• Application printout या certificates की hard copy RRC/NFR को डाक से भेजने की जरूरत नहीं है।

Application Correction Facility

• Final submission के बाद application में correction करने के लिए ₹50 प्रति modification occasion जमा करना होगा।
• Registration के समय submit की गई basic registration details को बाद में modify नहीं किया जा सकेगा।
• Correction करने से पहले fee और editable fields portal पर check करें।
• Marks, trade और category details भरते समय विशेष सावधानी रखें क्योंकि इनसे merit और eligibility तय होगी।

Document Verification and Medical Fitness

• Shortlisted candidates को संबंधित Division, Workshop या Unit द्वारा Document Verification के लिए बुलाया जाएगा।
• DV के समय सभी original mark sheets, certificates और uploaded documents प्रस्तुत करने होंगे।
• Candidate को official notification के Annexure-XI format में Medical Certificate लाना होगा।
• Medical Certificate Government-authorized Gazetted Doctor द्वारा signed होना चाहिए।
• Doctor Central या State Hospital में Assistant Surgeon के rank से नीचे नहीं होना चाहिए।
• Required Medical Certificate के बिना Document Verification नहीं किया जाएगा और candidature cancel हो सकती है।
• Document Verification में शामिल होने के लिए TA, DA, conveyance या travelling allowance नहीं मिलेगा।

Apprenticeship Agreement

• Selected candidate को training शुरू होने से पहले Contract of Apprenticeship Training sign करना होगा।
• Selected candidate minor होने पर उसके guardian को Employer के साथ contract sign करना होगा।
• Employer की failure के कारण contract terminate होने पर applicable rules के अनुसार apprentice compensation मिल सकता है।
• Apprentice की failure के कारण contract premature terminate होने पर candidate/surety से training cost recover की जा सकती है।
• Training period पूरा होते ही Contract of Apprenticeship समाप्त हो जाएगा।

Railway Job Guarantee after Training

Employer के लिए apprentice को employment offer करना और apprentice के लिए employment accept करना obligatory नहीं है। हालांकि Railway Establishments में trained Course Completed Act Apprentices, जिनके पास NCVT National Apprenticeship Certificate है, उन्हें applicable Railway rules के अनुसार notified Level-1 vacancies के 20% हिस्से में preference मिल सकती है। इसके लिए संबंधित recruitment की written examination, minimum qualifying marks और अन्य eligibility conditions पूरी करनी होंगी।

Ex-Servicemen Priority Order

1. Children of deceased or disabled Ex-Servicemen, including those killed/disabled during peace time
2. Children of Ex-Servicemen
3. Children of serving Jawans
4. Children of serving Officers
5. Ex-Servicemen

Important Instructions

• Application केवल online mode में स्वीकार होगा।
• Candidate एक से अधिक application submit न करें।
• Registration Number, registered mobile और email सुरक्षित एवं active रखें।
• अपने ITI certificate का exact trade name official eligibility table से match करें।
• Unit–Department–Trade preferences final submission से पहले सावधानी से check करें।
• Canvassing या selection के लिए अनुचित influence का प्रयोग करने पर candidature disqualify होगी।
• NFR ने selection के लिए कोई private agent या facilitation centre नियुक्त नहीं किया है।
• Selection purely merit based है; selection का वादा करने वाले व्यक्तियों से सावधान रहें।
• Original documents प्रस्तुत न करने या किसी discrepancy पर candidature cancel की जा सकती है।
• Eligibility पूरी न होने पर engagement के बाद भी candidate को बिना notice हटाया जा सकता है।
• Eligibility, application acceptance/rejection और mode of selection पर Railway Administration का निर्णय final होगा।
