Eligibility Criteria
Essential Academic Qualification — As on 31.12.2026
किसी recognised University से Graduation in any discipline या Central Government द्वारा recognised equivalent qualification.

- Integrated Dual Degree (IDD) की passing date 31.12.2026 या उससे पहले होनी चाहिए।
- Final year / semester candidates provisional रूप से apply कर सकते हैं, लेकिन provisional selection होने पर 31.12.2026 या उससे पहले Graduation pass करने का proof देना होगा।
- Passing date सामान्यतः mark sheet/certificate/provisional certificate में दर्ज date मानी जाएगी।
- Matriculate Ex-servicemen जिनके पास Indian Army Special Certificate of Education या Navy/Air Force का corresponding certificate है और जिन्होंने Union Armed Forces में कम-से-कम 15 वर्ष service की है, वे भी eligible हैं; certificate 31.12.2026 या उससे पहले dated होना चाहिए।
Local Language: Candidate केवल एक State/UT की vacancies के लिए apply कर सकता है और
उस State/UT की चुनी गई specified local language में reading, writing, speaking और understanding proficiency जरूरी है।
Reservation / Certificate Conditions
- OBC reservation केवल Non-Creamy Layer candidates के लिए है। OBC certificate Government of India prescribed format में Non-Creamy Layer clause के साथ 01.04.2026 से appointment लेने की date तक की अवधि में issued होना चाहिए।
- EWS benefit के लिए financial year 2025-26 का Income & Asset Certificate, year 2026-27 के लिए valid और extant DoPT guidelines के अनुसार होना चाहिए।
- SC/ST candidates को Government of India prescribed format का caste certificate प्रस्तुत करना होगा।
- PwBD reservation के लिए latest disability certificate Competent Authority से issued होना चाहिए और certificate की date application registration की last date यानी 31.08.2026 या उससे पहले होनी चाहिए।
SBI Clerical cadre में वर्तमान में कार्यरत candidates और SBI Clerical cadre से पहले resign कर चुके candidates इस recruitment project में eligible नहीं हैं।
Adverse character/antecedents या moral turpitude report वाले candidates भी eligible नहीं हैं।

- Preliminary Examination के marks final merit में add नहीं होंगे।
- Prelims से लगभग 10 times vacancies तक candidates, category-wise और availability के अनुसार, Main Exam के लिए shortlist किए जा सकते हैं।
- Final/provisional merit State-wise और Category-wise Main Examination aggregate के आधार पर तैयार होगी।
- 10th या 12th certificate/mark sheet से specified opted local language पढ़ने का प्रमाण देने वाले candidates को language test नहीं देना होगा।
- जहाँ Local Language Test लागू होगा, उसमें qualify करना appointment के लिए mandatory है।
- Trained Apprentices of SBI को Main Examination के maximum 200 marks का 2.5%, यानी 5 bonus marks, prescribed eligibility पूरी होने पर मिलेगा।

भविष्य के चरणों में काम आने वाली जानकारी
Local Language Test
- Main Examination के बाद provisional selection होने पर, जहाँ applicable हो, specified opted local language test joining से पहले होगा।
- 10th या 12th standard mark sheet/certificate में opted local language पढ़ने का evidence होने पर candidate को language test से छूट मिलेगी।
- अन्य candidates को reading/writing/speaking/understanding proficiency demonstrate करनी होगी।
- Language test में fail होने या specified local language में proficient न पाए जाने पर appointment नहीं मिलेगा।
- Test State applied for के SBI द्वारा तय centre पर candidate के अपने खर्च पर होगा।
Main Exam / Examination Documents
- Preliminary Exam call letter exam centre पर collect नहीं किया जाएगा; centre द्वारा authenticated/stamped call letter और authenticated ID proof copy सुरक्षित रखें।
- Main Exam के समय authenticated Preliminary call letter, Main Exam call letter और notified requisite documents लाने होंगे।
- Call letter पर pasted photograph के साथ उसी photograph की दो additional copies लाना जरूरी है।
- Candidate को application में upload की गई same photograph की कम-से-कम लगभग 8 copies आगे के stages के लिए रखने की सलाह दी गई है।
- Valid photo identity proof और उसकी photocopy की requirement call letter/acquaint-yourself booklet के अनुसार पूरी करनी होगी।
Scribe Rules
- 40% या अधिक disability वाले eligible persons, जिनकी writing ability/speed पर physical limitation हो, prescribed conditions के तहत scribe use कर सकते हैं।
- Scribe facility चाहिए तो online application में इसका सही option indicate करना होगा।
- Candidate और scribe को prescribed undertaking तथा scribe photograph देना होगा।
- Eligible candidates को प्रत्येक examination hour के लिए 20 minutes compensatory time मिलेगा, चाहे वे scribe use करें या नहीं।
- Candidate को अपना scribe स्वयं और अपने खर्च पर arrange करना होगा।
- RPwD Act section 2(s) के अंतर्गत लेकिन section 2(r) में न आने वाले, यानी 40% से कम disability और writing difficulty वाले eligible candidates के लिए competent Government healthcare medical authority का prescribed certificate आवश्यक है।
- Ineligible scribe use या scribe द्वारा independently answers solve करना candidature cancellation/disqualification का कारण हो सकता है।
Final Merit & Wait List
- Preliminary Examination के marks final selection में add नहीं होंगे।
- Main Examination aggregate के आधार पर State-wise और Category-wise merit तैयार होगी।
- Final selection eligibility/application information verification और applicable Local Language Test qualify करने के अधीन होगी।
- State-category wise vacancies के अधिकतम 50% तक wait list maintain की जा सकती है।
- Wait list से candidates current batch के non-joining/resignation के विरुद्ध quarterly basis पर release किए जा सकते हैं।
- Wait list final result declaration से एक वर्ष तक valid रहेगी।
Training / Probation
- Newly appointed Junior Associates minimum 6 months probation पर रहेंगे।
- Confirmation के लिए Bank द्वारा prescribed e-lessons complete करना जरूरी होगा।
- e-lessons complete न होने पर probation completion तक extend हो सकता है।
- Probation समाप्त होने से पहले performance evaluate की जाएगी; Bank की expectation पूरी न होने पर probation बढ़ाया जा सकता है।
Joining / Appointment Conditions
- Appointment Bank की requirement के अनुसार medically fit घोषित होने और satisfactory KYE (Know Your Employee) formalities complete होने के अधीन है।
- Selected candidate को joining से पहले pending criminal cases, यदि कोई हों, disclose करने होंगे; Bank police-record verification सहित independent verification कर सकता है।
- Government/Quasi-Government/PSU/Nationalised Bank/Financial Institution में serving selected candidates को appointment लेते समय proper discharge certificate देना होगा।
- Reservation/age-relaxation claims के relevant certificates prescribed stage पर produce करने होंगे।
- False information, suppressed material facts या ineligibility बाद में detect होने पर candidature cancel और appointment के बाद service terminate हो सकती है।
Posting / Transfer & Service Conditions
- Candidate की candidature केवल उसी State/UT की vacancies के विरुद्ध consider होगी जिसके लिए उसने apply किया है।
- Selection होने पर posting उसी applied State/UT में होगी।
- Junior Associates के लिए 5 years service पूरी होने से पहले Inter Circle / Inter State Transfer का provision नहीं है।
- 5 years के बाद केवल exceptional situations जैसे Extreme Compassionate Ground / Spouse Ground में Bank अपने sole discretion और applicable transfer policy के अनुसार request consider कर सकता है।
- New recruits से marketing flair अपेक्षित है; customer calls, banking/advisory services और product cross-selling Bank premises के अंदर/बाहर करनी पड़ सकती है। Duties में extensive outdoor travelling, flexible working hours और shifts शामिल हो सकते हैं।
