State Bank of India ने Junior Associate (Customer Support & Sales) के 1538 SC/ST/OBC backlog vacancies के लिए Special Recruitment Drive 2026 जारी किया है।
यह भर्ती केवल notified SC, ST और OBC Non-Creamy Layer backlog vacancies के लिए है और candidate एक State/UT की vacancies के लिए ही apply कर सकता है।
Recognised University से Graduation रखने वाले उम्मीदवार eligible हैं; final year/semester candidates भी निर्धारित qualification cut-off condition के अधीन provisionally apply कर सकते हैं।
Online application 07 August 2026 से शुरू है और eligible candidates 27 August 2026 तक आवेदन एवं applicable fee payment पूरा कर सकते हैं।

Actual period of service rendered in Defence Services + 3 years; Disabled Ex-Servicemen belonging to SC/ST के लिए notification में 8 years का provision दिया गया है, subject to maximum age of 50 years.
Eligibility Criteria
Essential Academic Qualification
- Recognised University से Graduation in any discipline.
- या Central Government द्वारा recognised equivalent qualification.
- Integrated Dual Degree (IDD) की passing date 31 December 2026 या उससे पहले होनी चाहिए.
- Final year/semester candidates provisionally apply कर सकते हैं, लेकिन selected होने पर 31 December 2026 या उससे पहले graduation pass करने का proof देना होगा.
Eligible Matriculate Ex-Servicemen Route
Indian Army Special Certificate of Education अथवा Navy/Air Force का corresponding certificate रखने वाले Matriculate Ex-Servicemen, जिन्होंने Armed Forces में कम-से-कम 15 years service पूरी की हो, भी eligible हैं। Certificate 31.12.2026 या उससे पहले dated होना चाहिए।
State / Local Language Rule
- Candidate केवल एक State/UT की vacancy के लिए apply कर सकता है.
- इस recruitment project में test केवल एक बार appear किया जा सकता है.
- Candidate को selected State/UT की opted local language पढ़ना, लिखना, बोलना और समझना आना चाहिए.
- Online application के समय applicable local languages में से केवल ONE language opt करनी होगी.
- 10th या 12th certificate में opted local language पढ़ी हुई साबित होने पर LLPT से exemption मिलेगी.
OBC-NCL Rule
OBC Creamy Layer candidates eligible नहीं हैं। Selected OBC candidate को Government of India prescribed format का Non-Creamy Layer certificate देना होगा, जो 01.04.2026 से appointment लेने की date के बीच issued हो।
Who Cannot Apply?
- SBI में वर्तमान में Clerical cadre में working candidates.
- SBI में पहले Clerical cadre में employed रहे और बाद में resign कर चुके candidates.

Selection Process
Phase-I: Preliminary Examination
Online objective examination.
Preliminary marks final merit में add नहीं होंगे।
Phase-II: Main Examination
Main Examination के aggregate marks के आधार पर State-wise और Category-wise merit तैयार होगी।
Phase-III: Local Language Proficiency Test
Applicable provisionally selected candidates को opted local language test qualify करना होगा।
Final Selection
Eligibility verification और applicable local language qualification के अधीन final appointment होगा।
- Preliminary Exam से category-wise लगभग 10 times vacancies तक candidates Main Exam के लिए shortlist किए जा सकते हैं, subject to availability.
- Preliminary Exam में individual section अथवा aggregate के लिए minimum qualifying marks prescribed नहीं हैं.
- Main Exam में aggregate minimum qualifying percentage SBI तय करेगा; individual subject minimum qualifying marks नहीं हैं.
- Final merit में Preliminary Exam marks add नहीं होंगे.
- Trained SBI Apprentices को eligible होने पर Main Exam के maximum marks का 2.5%, यानी 5 bonus marks out of 200, final aggregate में जोड़ा जाएगा.
- Merit list State-wise और Category-wise बनेगी.

- Verified SBI Junior Associate Special Recruitment Drive application portal खोलें और New Registration करके candidate details, एक State/UT और applicable local language carefully select करें.
- Photograph, live photograph, signature, left thumb impression और handwritten declaration prescribed specifications में upload करें; application को final submit करने से पहले सभी entries verify करें.
- OBC candidate applicable ₹750 fee online payment gateway से जमा करे; SC/ST/PwBD/XS/DXS candidates के लिए fee Nil है.
- Final submission के बाद e-receipt/application form save या print करें। Application printout SBI को भेजना नहीं है।

Local Language Proficiency Test (LLPT)
- यह test Main Exam qualify करने के बाद और joining से पहले applicable candidates के लिए होगा.
- जिस candidate के 10th या 12th certificate में opted local language पढ़ी हुई है, उसे LLPT नहीं देना होगा.
- Local language proficiency में fail candidate को appointment offer नहीं किया जाएगा.
- Non-Verbal Objective Test: 3 passages, 15 questions, 15 marks.
- Non-Verbal Subjective Test: 3 passages, 15 questions, 15 marks.
- Verbal Test: 20 marks.
- Individual test में minimum qualifying marks SBI तय करेगा.
Scribe & Compensatory Time Rules
- 40% या उससे अधिक disability वाले और physical limitation to write वाले eligible candidate scribe facility opt कर सकते हैं.
- Scribe requirement online application में indicate करनी होगी.
- Candidate और scribe को prescribed undertaking देना होगा.
- Eligible candidate को examination के प्रत्येक hour पर 20 minutes compensatory time मिलेगा, चाहे scribe use करे या नहीं.
- Candidate को अपना scribe स्वयं arrange करना होगा और cost स्वयं bear करनी होगी.
- Less than 40% disability लेकिन writing difficulty वाले eligible persons को prescribed Government medical authority certificate के अधीन scribe/compensatory time मिल सकता है.
- Own scribe की qualification candidate की qualification से one step below होनी चाहिए.
- Scribe द्वारा independently answer/solve करने पर examination terminate और candidature cancel हो सकती है.
Pre-Examination Training
- SBI Government of India guidelines के अनुसार eligible candidates के लिए Pre-Examination Training arrange करेगा.
- Training online mode में होगी.
- इसे लेना चाहने वाले candidate को online application में संबंधित option select करना होगा.
- Training schedule registered email और SMS से बताया जाएगा.
- Training login के लिए Registration Number और Date of Birth use किया जाएगा.
Preliminary & Main Exam Call Letter Rules
- Preliminary call letter exam date से tentatively लगभग 10 days पहले website से download किया जाएगा.
- Main-qualified candidates Main call letter भी tentatively exam से लगभग 10 days पहले download करेंगे.
- Call Letter या Acquaint Yourself booklet की hard copy post से नहीं भेजी जाएगी.
- Preliminary call letter exam venue पर authenticated/stamped कराया जाएगा और candidate को इसे सुरक्षित रखना होगा.
- Main Exam में authenticated Preliminary call letter, authenticated ID proof copy और Main call letter साथ लाना होगा.
- Candidate को call letter पर pasted photograph के समान दो additional photographs लाने होंगे.
- Notification candidate को application में upload किए गए same photograph की लगभग 8 copies सुरक्षित रखने की सलाह देता है.
Exam में Photo ID और Biometric Verification
- Valid Photo ID original और उसकी self-attested photocopy required होगी.
- Accepted examples में Passport, Aadhaar, PAN Card, Driving Licence, Voter Card, photo-attested Bank Passbook और prescribed identity cards शामिल हैं.
- SBI recruitment के विभिन्न stages पर thumb impression अथवा IRIS digitally capture कर सकता है.
- Biometric inconsistency से candidature reject हो सकती है.
- Candidate को हाथों पर mehandi, ink, chemical आदि लगाने से बचने की सलाह दी गई है जिससे biometric capture प्रभावित न हो.

Joining / Eligibility Verification Documents

Ex-Servicemen Future Joining Conditions
- Still-serving Armed Forces candidate के Specific Period of Engagement की completion 31.08.2027 या उससे पहले होनी चाहिए.
- Applicable selected serving/extended-assignment Ex-Servicemen को release होकर 31.10.2027 या उससे पहले SBI join करना होगा.
- Required release letter, declaration और prescribed certificates joining के समय देना अनिवार्य होगा.
Wait List & Final Merit
- Final merit Main Examination aggregate पर बनेगी; Preliminary marks final selection में add नहीं होंगे.
- Merit State-wise और Category-wise बनेगी.
- State-category wise vacancies के up to 50% तक wait list maintain की जाएगी.
- Wait list से candidates current batch के non-joining/resignation के विरुद्ध quarterly basis पर release किए जा सकते हैं.
- Wait list final result declaration से एक वर्ष तक valid रहेगी.
Probation, Transfer & Job Duties
- Newly appointed Junior Associates minimum 6 months probation पर रहेंगे.
- Prescribed e-lessons complete न होने या performance Bank expectation के अनुरूप न होने पर probation extend हो सकती है.
- Inter Circle / Inter State Transfer का provision नहीं है.
- Exception के रूप में Uttar Pradesh में Delhi Circle और Lucknow Circle के बीच तथा Maharashtra में Mumbai Metro Circle और Maharashtra Circle के बीच intra-state transfer Bank guidelines के अधीन permitted है.
- New recruits को marketing aptitude रखना होगा; customer calls, banking/advisory services और cross-selling duties हो सकती हैं.
- Duties में extensive outdoor travelling, flexible working hours और shifts शामिल हो सकते हैं.
