Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), Marketing Division – Northern Region ने Trade Apprentice, Technician Apprentice और Graduate Apprentice के कुल 433 seats के लिए apprenticeship engagement निकाला है।
10th + ITI, 12th, Engineering Diploma और Regular Graduation रखने वाले candidates अपने applicable discipline के अनुसार आवेदन कर सकते हैं।
Online application 07 August 2026 से शुरू है और NAPS/NATS application के साथ mandatory Microsoft Form 06 September 2026 शाम 5:00 बजे तक submit करना है।
यह apprenticeship Delhi, Haryana, Punjab, Chandigarh, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan और Uttarakhand में उपलब्ध है।

Class 12th passed, लेकिन candidate Graduate नहीं होना चाहिए।

Class 12th passed, लेकिन Graduate नहीं होना चाहिए AND Domestic Data Entry Operator का less-than-one-year Skill Certificate होना चाहिए, जो NSQF-recognized awarding body या Central Government recognized authority द्वारा issued हो।

Common Qualification Conditions
- Prescribed qualification 31 August 2026 तक possessed होनी चाहिए।
- Qualification recognized University/Institute से Full-time Regular mode में होनी चाहिए।
- Part-time, Correspondence या Distance Learning qualification eligible नहीं है।
- Recognized lateral-entry Diploma scheme में Class XII/ITI के बाद second year admission वाले candidates prescribed aggregate marks satisfy करने पर eligible हैं।
- CGPA/OGPA/Letter Grade होने पर संबंधित Board/University/Institute के norms के अनुसार equivalent aggregate percentage application में भरना होगा और DV पर conversion certificate देना होगा।
Higher Qualification Restriction: B.E. or equivalent, MBA or equivalent, MCA, CA, ICWA, LLB या ऐसी higher professional qualification रखने वाले, या ऐसी qualification pursue कर रहे candidate यदि उसे apprenticeship joining से पहले complete कर लेते हैं, तो eligible नहीं होंगे।
Previous Apprenticeship / Experience Restrictions
- Candidate maximum दो apprenticeship trainings कर सकता है; second training same trade में नहीं हो सकती।
- Previous completed apprenticeship के बाद सामान्यतः minimum one-year gap applicable है, notification में specified exceptions के अधीन।
- NATS/NAPS applicant जिसने prescribed qualification हासिल करने के बाद 31 August 2026 तक 5 years complete कर लिए हैं, eligible नहीं है।
- Diploma Holder या Vocational Certificate holder के पास qualification के बाद 1 year या अधिक job experience है तो apprenticeship के लिए eligible नहीं है।
- BOAT द्वारा NATS portal पर apprenticeship contract पहले ही approved होने वाले candidates के संबंध में BOAT(NR) second apprenticeship contract permit नहीं करता, notification की stated condition के अनुसार।

Stipend
Apprentices को stipend Apprentices Act, 1961, Apprentices Rules, 1992 और applicable amendments/guidelines के अनुसार मिलेगा।
Statutory stipend के अतिरिक्त Indian Oil Corporation Limited (Marketing Division), Northern Region द्वारा ₹2,500 प्रति माह miscellaneous expenses दिए जाएंगे।
- Graduate और Technician Apprentices के stipend का एक हिस्सा BOAT द्वारा DBT के माध्यम से apprentice के bank account में directly disburse किया जाता है।
- Trade Apprentices (NAPS apprentices) को stipend IOCL (MD), Northern Region द्वारा full disburse किया जाएगा, applicable Government/NAPS/BOAT guidelines के अधीन।
- NATS candidates के लिए Aadhaar-seeded, DBT-enabled bank account तथा NATS portal पर correct bank details, APAAR ID और e-KYC जरूरी हैं।

Merit Rule
- Respective post के लिए prescribed qualification में प्राप्त percentage के आधार पर merit बनेगी।
- Equal percentage होने पर earlier Date of Birth वाला, यानी अधिक उम्र का candidate पहले रखा जाएगा।
- Date of Birth भी समान हो तो Matriculation में higher percentage वाला candidate higher merit में रखा जाएगा।
- Apprenticeship training पहली बार करने वाले candidates को preference दी जाएगी।

Apprenticeship पूरा होने पर IOCL पर regular employment offer करने की कोई obligation नहीं है और apprentice completion के आधार पर regular employment का अधिकार claim नहीं कर सकता।
Reservation Conditions
- SC/ST/OBC-NCL candidates यदि UR seat के लिए apply करते हैं तो General-category standards fulfill करने होंगे।
- OBC-NCL certificate Government of India prescribed format में होना चाहिए और 01 September 2025 या उसके बाद issued होना चाहिए, ताकि 31 August 2026 cut-off पर 12 months से पुराना न हो।
- Cut-off date के बाद obtained अधिक recent OBC-NCL certificate Document Verification में accepted हो सकता है।
- OBC caste संबंधित State की Central List of OBCs में होनी चाहिए। Creamy Layer candidate OBC reservation benefit claim नहीं कर सकता।
- PwBD candidature के लिए competent authority का applicable Disability Certificate आवश्यक है।

- Graduate/Diploma candidates NATS और ITI/DEO candidates NAPS portal पर valid active Apprentice Registration/Enrolment Number बनाएं और profile 100% complete रखें।
- Portal में login करके Indian Oil Corporation Limited (MD) – Northern Region Office की relevant opportunity search करें: NATS Establishment ID NDLSDC000005 / NAPS Establishment ID E05200700003.
- अपनी applicable discipline code में apply करें। Candidate केवल ONE DISCIPLINE CODE के लिए apply कर सकता है।
- NATS/NAPS application के बाद mandatory Microsoft Office Form में preferred State तथा तीन preferred locations भरकर 06 September 2026, 05:00 PM तक submit करें।
NATS/NAPS application और Microsoft Form दोनों आवश्यक हैं। Microsoft Form submit नहीं करने पर candidate आगे selection के लिए consider नहीं होगा। Microsoft Form में केवल one response submit करना है।

Pre-Engagement Medical Fitness
- Shortlisted candidates को apprenticeship engagement से पहले IndianOil के Pre-Engagement Medical Standards के अनुसार medically fit होना जरूरी है।
- Document Verification के बाद Pre-Engagement Medical Fitness Test complete करना होगा।
- Medical fitness successfully qualify करने वाले candidates ही engagement के लिए suitable माने जाएंगे।
- Medical tests/investigations पर हुए खर्च के लिए receipts produce करने पर अधिकतम ₹3,000 तक reimbursement का provision है।
Offer of Engagement
Document Verification और Pre-Engagement Medical Fitness successfully qualify करने वाले candidates को suitability के आधार पर Offer of Engagement for Apprenticeship Training जारी किया जाएगा।
Training Period और Regular Employment Condition
- सभी disciplines के लिए apprenticeship training period 12 Months है।
- Training पूरी होने के बाद Corporation पर regular employment offer करने की कोई obligation नहीं है।
- Apprentice केवल apprenticeship completion के आधार पर employment का अधिकार claim नहीं कर सकता।
- Ex-apprentices future notified non-executive opportunities में laid-down criteria और competitive recruitment process के अनुसार अन्य candidates के समान opportunity पा सकते हैं।
Posting / Location Preference
Candidate Microsoft Form में preferred State और तीन preferred locations देता है। Preference consider की जा सकती है, लेकिन actual posting Corporation की requirement के आधार पर तय होगी और बाद में location change request entertain नहीं की जाएगी।
Previous Apprenticeship से जुड़ी Conditions
- Maximum two apprenticeship trainings allowed हैं और second training same trade में नहीं हो सकती।
- Previous completed apprenticeship के बाद minimum one-year gap सामान्य rule है।
- Employer failure के कारण previous apprenticeship terminate होने पर one-year gap की जरूरत नहीं है।
- Health/financial hardship, relocation, transportation, career change या language barrier जैसे specified reasons से apprentice ने previous contract terminate किया हो तो three-month waiting period लागू है; women के लिए notification में no waiting period stated है।
- यदि apprenticeship contract apprentice की अपनी terms fulfil न करने की failure के कारण terminate हुआ हो, तो वह another apprenticeship contract के लिए entitled नहीं होगा।
Disqualification / Application Restrictions
- एक candidate केवल ONE DISCIPLINE CODE के लिए apply कर सकता है। Multiple discipline applications summarily rejected होंगी।
- NAPS/NATS application के बाद mandatory Microsoft Form submit न करने पर candidate आगे selection में consider नहीं होगा।
- Microsoft Form की multiple submissions entertain नहीं की जाएंगी।
- Final submission के बाद candidate द्वारा application information change entertain नहीं किया जाएगा।
- Incorrect, doctored या false information/document, eligibility failure या material fact suppression candidature cancellation अथवा engagement termination का कारण बन सकता है।
- Canvassing candidate को disqualify करेगा।
