MPESB Subedar & Sub Inspector Recruitment 2026 – 507 Posts, Apply From 09 September

Portal Fee: MP Online kiosk से आवेदन पर ₹60 तथा Registered Citizen User login से form भरने पर ₹20 portal fee देय है। द्वितीय चरण की लिखित परीक्षा के लिए qualified candidates से MPESB द्वारा अलग Processing Fee ली जाएगी; राशि Rulebook में अभी निर्दिष्ट नहीं है।

Arithmetic Check: 81 + 69 + 312 + 10 + 9 + 4 + 22 = 507 Posts.

• Women: 35% horizontal & compartment-wise reservation, applicable posts पर।
• MP Police Employees: 15% horizontal reservation; कम से कम 6 वर्ष service और पूरे service period में कोई major punishment नहीं होना चाहिए।
• Ex-Servicemen: 10% horizontal reservation.
• SI Special Armed Force के पद केवल पुरुष उम्मीदवारों के लिए हैं।
• Non-MP domicile उम्मीदवार केवल UR/Open vacancies के अंतर्गत आवेदन कर सकते हैं।

• Subedar: मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से स्नातक या समतुल्य।
• SI – Special Armed Force: मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से स्नातक या समतुल्य; केवल पुरुष उम्मीदवार।
• SI – District Police Force: मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से स्नातक या समतुल्य।
• SI – Arms: मान्यता प्राप्त Technical University से Mechanical Engineering में 03 वर्षीय Diploma.
• SI – Photo / Q.D. / Finger Print: शासन द्वारा मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से Mathematics, Physics तथा Chemistry में स्नातक या समतुल्य।

Qualification Cut-off: आवश्यक qualification और संबंधित प्रमाण-पत्र आवेदन की अंतिम तिथि 23 सितंबर 2026 तक उम्मीदवार के पास होने चाहिए।

Ex-Servicemen Special Rule: MP Ex-Serviceman जिसने Armed Forces में कम से कम 15 वर्ष सेवा की हो और निर्धारित Matric/Military equivalent qualification रखता हो, prescribed rules के अधीन उन third-class reserved posts के लिए विचारणीय हो सकता है जहाँ सामान्य essential qualification Graduation है।

Age Cut-off: 23 सितंबर 2026. Rulebook में अलग numerical minimum age स्पष्ट रूप से नहीं दी गई है, इसलिए कोई minimum age अनुमान से नहीं जोड़ी गई है।

• Vikram Award और prescribed Inter-caste Marriage scheme में अधिकतम 5 वर्ष की incentive relaxation rule लागू हो सकता है।
• एक से अधिक incentive relaxation होने पर अधिक लाभ वाला एक आधार लागू होगा; incentive relaxation सामान्य relaxation के अतिरिक्त हो सकती है।
• Ex-Servicemen में वर्तमान आयु से prior defence service अवधि घटाने का rule लागू है, subject to official upper-limit condition.
• CRPF, BSF, ITBP आदि Central Para-Military/Police Forces के सदस्यों को Ex-Servicemen age relaxation नहीं दिया गया है।
• Retrenched Government Employee के लिए prescribed conditions के अधीन prior temporary service की अधिकतम 7 वर्ष अवधि घटाने का rule है।
• Reservation/age relaxation के लिए MP domicile आवश्यक है।

Subedar: Level-9 ₹36,200–₹1,14,800

Sub Inspector Cadre: Level-9 ₹36,200–₹1,14,800

निर्धारित rule के अनुसार प्रथम वर्ष minimum pay का 70%, द्वितीय वर्ष 80% और तृतीय वर्ष 90% stipend देय होगा; approved allowances अलग से लागू होंगे।

1. Stage 1: Preliminary Written Examination – 100 Marks, 2 Hours, Objective.
2. Stage 2: Main Written Examination – Paper I 300 Marks + Paper II 300 Marks.
3. Technical Posts: संबंधित Technical Paper III – 300 Marks अतिरिक्त।
4. Stage 3: Physical Measurement / Physical Efficiency Test एवं Document Verification.
5. Stage 4: Personality Interview – 50 Marks.
6. Final: Character Verification + Medical Examination + Appointment Eligibility.

• Preliminary से non-technical और technical vacancies के लिए अलग-अलग लगभग 10 गुना candidates Main Exam के लिए shortlist होंगे; cutoff के बराबर percentile वाले सभी eligible candidates शामिल हो सकते हैं।
• Main Exam के बाद अलग-अलग लगभग 3 गुना candidates PET/DV के लिए shortlist होंगे; cutoff बराबर candidates भी शामिल होंगे।
• Preliminary marks final merit में शामिल नहीं होंगे।
• Rulebook में निर्धारित special categories को Preliminary Exam के प्राप्तांक के 5% bonus marks का प्रावधान है।
• Final merit Main Exam + PET + Interview marks पर अलग-अलग non-technical और technical lists में बनेगी।
• Equal Percentile पर अधिक आयु वाले candidate को higher merit position दी जाएगी।

• Non-technical और technical दोनों के लिए mandatory.

Main Examination – Compulsory for All

Paper I: 300 Marks | 2 Hours | Two sections of 150 marks each | Objective | 1/3 negative marking for wrong answer.

Paper II: 300 Marks | 2 Hours | Two sections of 150 marks each | Objective | 1/3 negative marking for wrong answer. Unattempted question पर negative marking नहीं। Calculator allowed नहीं।

Technical Paper III

SI Arms: 100 Objective Questions | 300 Marks | 2 Hours | Mechanical Engineering | 1/3 Negative Marking.

SI Photo / Q.D. / Finger Print: 100 Objective Questions | 300 Marks | 2 Hours | Mathematics, Physics & Chemistry | 1/3 Negative Marking.

PET

Total 100 Marks: 800 Meter Run 40 + Long Jump 30 + Shot Put 30. Run में 1 opportunity; Long Jump और Shot Put में 3-3 opportunities. Interview eligibility के लिए PET minimum: Non-Technical 30 Marks, Technical 20 Marks.

• Basic numbers/statistics, number relationships, probability.
• Data management and interpretation: charts, graphs, tables, data sufficiency etc.; mean, median, mode and deviation.

• Profit & loss, percentage, discount, simple and compound interest.
• Mensuration, area, perimeter, volume.
• Logical reasoning, analytical ability and problem solving.

Technical Paper III

Group 1 – SI Arms: Mechanical Engineering based paper. Rulebook में इससे आगे topic-wise Mechanical syllabus नहीं दिया गया है।

Group 2 – SI Photo / Q.D. / Finger Print: Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry based paper. Rulebook में इससे आगे topic-wise syllabus नहीं दिया गया है।

Physical Measurement / Medical Standards

• Male Height: minimum 167.5 cm.
• Female Height: minimum 152.4 cm.
• Male Chest: minimum 81 cm unexpanded and 86 cm expanded; minimum 5 cm expansion mandatory.
• Minimum physical measurements में relaxation का provision नहीं है।
• Without spectacles visual acuity one eye 6/9 से कम और other eye 6/12 से कम नहीं; main colors distinguish करने की क्षमता आवश्यक; Ishihara Plate test.
• Knock-knee और flat foot नहीं होना चाहिए।
• Candidate medically fit होना चाहिए।

PET

• 800m Run – 40 Marks; Long Jump – 30 Marks; Shot Put – 30 Marks.
• Ex-Servicemen तथा technical posts के लिए Rulebook में अलग relaxed PET scoring standards हैं।
• PET date में health/medical या अन्य आधार पर exemption/change नहीं।

Document Verification

• DOB proof: Birth Certificate या High School/10+2 marksheet with DOB.
• Educational Qualification certificates.
• Applicable SC/ST/OBC Non-Creamy Layer/EWS certificates और MP domicile.
• Nagar Sainik service certificate where applicable.
• Ex-Servicemen: MP domicile सहित defence service certificate.
• Already-employed candidates: employer/service certificate and applicable NOC/permission.
• Inter-caste marriage benefit certificate where claimed.
• Vikram Award certificate where claimed.
• Married candidates: children birth certificates.
• Transgender candidate: District Magistrate issued Certificate of Identity.
• Self-attested photocopies सहित originals प्रस्तुत करना होगा।

• Appointment के बाद 3 वर्ष probation.
• Prescribed training successfully pass करना mandatory; permanent/temporary training exemption नहीं।
• Assigned unit में कम से कम 5 वर्ष service के बाद other unit transfer eligibility.
• Selected candidates को home district posting नहीं दी जाएगी।
• State के भीतर/बाहर Police Department या MP Government establishments में posting की जा सकती है।
• 2 से अधिक जीवित संतान और उनमें एक का जन्म 26 जनवरी 2001 या बाद में होने पर prescribed disqualification rule लागू; multiple-birth exception Rulebook के अनुसार।
• Character Verification और Medical Examination appointment के लिए mandatory.
• Online application में गलत/छिपी जानकारी पर candidature/selection/appointment cancel हो सकती है।

1. 09 सितंबर 2026 से MPESB official application portal खोलें।
2. Qualification के अनुसार eligible post preferences भरें; relevant available posts की preferences सही क्रम में दर्ज करें।
3. Required details/documents भरकर fee जमा करें।
4. Final submit के बाद Application Number सुरक्षित रखें और application print/save करें।

Correction Window: 09 सितंबर से 28 सितंबर 2026 तक official rules के अनुसार correction किया जा सकेगा।
