Architectural Assistant के लिए prescribed Architecture qualification के साथ experience, Estate Manager के लिए recognized University से Graduation और Hindi knowledge, जबकि Microbiologist के लिए Post-graduate Degree in Microbiology के साथ Food Microbiological Testing का कम से कम 3 वर्ष का experience जरूरी है।

Experience Certificate: Advertisement में Housing Commissioner को competent authority बताया गया है।

Document Verification Rules
- Date of Birth के लिए High School या equivalent examination certificate स्वीकार होगा।
- Educational qualification के लिए संबंधित marksheets, certificates और degrees प्रस्तुत करनी होंगी।
- Experience claim के लिए prescribed/competent authority से experience certificate देना होगा।
- Reservation/age-relaxation claim के लिए competent authority का prescribed-format certificate आवश्यक होगा।
- Documents verification की निर्धारित date पर उपस्थित न होने पर candidature cancel की जा सकती है।
- Verification के समय कोई required document उपलब्ध न होने पर Commission द्वारा दी गई prescribed अवधि में भी जमा न करने पर candidature cancel होगी।

Ex-Servicemen / ECO / SSCO Conditions
- Emergency Commissioned / Short Service Commissioned Officers जिनकी service rehabilitation के लिए extended है, उन्हें competent Armed Forces authority का certificate देना होगा कि service rehabilitation के लिए extended है और कोई disciplinary action pending नहीं है।
- Selection होने पर Army Service से तुरंत release लेने की written undertaking देनी होगी।
- Permanent Commission प्राप्त होने, resignation पर release होने अथवा notification में वर्णित misconduct/own-request conditions में यह facility admissible नहीं होगी।

OMR Answer Sheet Rules
- Circles सही तरीके से blacken करना जरूरी है।
- Whitener, blade, pin, rubber आदि का उपयोग नहीं करना है।
- Objective answer sheet तीन copies में होगी—Original Copy (Pink), Preserved Copy (Green) और Candidate’s Copy (Blue).
- Exam के बाद candidate Blue Copy अपने साथ ले जाएगा।
Medical Examination after Selection
False Information, Forged Documents एवं Debarment
- ऐसी गलत information जो relevant documents से substantiate न हो सके, उस पर UPPSC selections/examinations से अधिकतम 5 Years तक debarment का प्रावधान notification में दिया गया है।
- Forged document पाए जाने पर candidate को UPPSC की सभी selections से permanently debar किया जा सकता है और Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita की applicable provisions के तहत action लिया जा सकता है।
