- 01 वर्ष tenure पूरा करने पर अधिकतम आयु में 01 वर्ष relaxation.
- 02 वर्ष tenure पूरा करने पर 02 वर्ष relaxation.
- 03 वर्ष या अधिक tenure पूरा करने पर अधिकतम 03 वर्ष relaxation.
- Tenure की गणना 01 July 2026 को की जाएगी।
- यह benefit केवल उन Research Scholars को मिलेगा जिन्होंने fellowship programme के दौरान Government Service की prescribed maximum age पूरी कर ली हो।
- जो candidate पहले से किसी अन्य category के maximum-age relaxation का पात्र है, उसे अलग से यह Fellowship age relaxation नहीं मिलेगा।
Manager (System) / Senior Programmer — Authority Service Relaxation
यदि संबंधित Authority की service में candidate ने कम से कम एक वर्ष continuous service दी है, तो maximum age उस continuous service की अवधि तक बढ़ सकती है, लेकिन अधिकतम 7 वर्ष तक। इस विशेष rule में maximum age अधिकतम 47 वर्ष तक हो सकती है।
Reserved category/age relaxation का एक से अधिक claim होने पर केवल एक, अर्थात candidate के लिए अधिक लाभकारी concession दिया जाएगा। U.P. के बाहर के SC/ST/OBC/EWS, DFF, PwD, Skilled Player और Ex-Servicemen candidates को U.P. reservation/age-relaxation benefit नहीं मिलेगा।
Eligibility Criteria
सभी आवश्यक qualifications 03 September 2026 तक पूरी होनी चाहिए। जो candidate prescribed essential qualification की परीक्षा में केवल appearing है, वह eligible नहीं है।
1. Manager (System) — Industrial Development Department
Essential Qualification: Degree in Computer Application.Preferential Qualification: Territorial Army में कम से कम 2 वर्ष service OR National Cadet Corps का ‘B’ Certificate.
स्पष्टता: यह preferential qualification अनिवार्य योग्यता नहीं है; इसका लाभ केवल अधिमानी अर्हता के रूप में मिलेगा।
2. Senior Programmer — Industrial Development Department
Essential Qualification: Degree with Diploma in Computer Application.Preferential Qualification: Territorial Army में कम से कम 2 वर्ष service OR National Cadet Corps का ‘B’ Certificate.

3. Programmer Grade-2 — Directorate of Financial Planning and Resources
- Bachelor’s Degree from a University established by law in India अथवा Government द्वारा equivalent मान्य qualification.
- इसके साथ recognised Institute/University से Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science OR Department of Electronics, Government of India का ‘A’ Level Certificate.
- Software Development का अच्छा knowledge — C/C-, Fox Pro तथा RDBMS जैसे Oracle/Ingress/Sybase, DB/Z आदि, DOS/Unix/Windows environment में।
- किसी Networking Operating System environment का exposure.
- Office Automation Packages और Internet का complete knowledge.
Preferential Qualification: Territorial Army में 2 वर्ष service OR NCC ‘B’ Certificate.
Equivalence: Technical nature के post में prescribed specific qualification की equivalence का निर्धारण संबंधित Department द्वारा किया जाएगा।
4. Computer Operator Grade-B — Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission
- Bachelor Degree + Diploma in Computer Science OR Bachelor Degree + D.O.E. का ‘O’ Certificate.
- Hindi और English में Data Entry का knowledge; MS Office/Lotus/Smart Suite आदि software तथा dBase/Unix/Windows environment का ज्ञान।
- Novell और Windows NT networking का exposure.
- Computer पर Hindi Typing Speed 25 words per minute.
- Computer पर English Typing Speed 40 words per minute.
Preferential Qualification: Territorial Army में कम से कम 2 वर्ष service OR NCC ‘B’ Certificate.
Marital Status: ऐसा married male candidate जिसकी एक से अधिक wives जीवित हों तथा ऐसी female candidate जिसने ऐसे व्यक्ति से विवाह किया हो जिसकी पहले से पत्नी जीवित हो, eligible नहीं होगी, जब तक Hon’ble Governor द्वारा इस condition से exemption न दिया गया हो।

How to Apply
- UPPSC O.T.R. पहले complete करें और OTR Number प्राप्त करें। जिनके पास OTR नहीं है, उन्हें online application submit करने से कम से कम 72 घंटे पहले OTR प्राप्त करने की सलाह दी गई है।
- Official UPPSC portal पर Advertisement No. A-2/E-1/2026 के सामने Apply option चुनकर OTR से authenticate करें और post qualification/details भरें।
- Application Part-2 complete करके prescribed category-wise fee जमा करें।
- Final submission के बाद application form तथा payment transaction slip का print सुरक्षित रखें।
Correction Rule: Submitted application में qualification से संबंधित modification केवल एक बार, 10 September 2026 तक किया जा सकता है। OTR personal details में बदलाव होने पर Dashboard से Synchronise करना आवश्यक है।

- Reservation / Age Relaxation claim के लिए competent authority द्वारा prescribed format में जारी certificate देना होगा।
- Government service में कार्यरत candidates को employer से No Objection Certificate प्रस्तुत करना होगा।
- Required documents निर्धारित समय में प्रस्तुत नहीं करने पर candidature cancel हो सकती है।
- Original Document Verification के निर्धारित दिन अनुपस्थित रहने पर candidate को post में interested न मानते हुए candidature cancel की जा सकती है।
Computer Operator Grade-B — Hindi & English Typing Test
- Hindi Typing: 27.5 Marks.
- English Typing: 27.5 Marks.
- कुल Typing Test: 55 Marks.
- Hindi Typing Duration: 10 Minutes.
- English Typing Duration: 10 Minutes.
- Hindi में minimum prescribed speed: 25 Words Per Minute.
- English में minimum prescribed speed: 40 Words Per Minute.
- Final merit written examination के 170 marks और typing के 55 marks, अर्थात कुल 225 marks के आधार पर तैयार होगी।
Medical Examination
चयनित candidates को appointment से पहले applicable Rules के अनुसार Medical Examination से गुजरना होगा। Notification में अलग detailed medical standards/measurements निर्धारित नहीं किए गए हैं।
Examination Day और OMR Rules
- Objective examination में OMR Answer Sheet भरने के लिए केवल Black Ball Point Pen का उपयोग करना है।
- Whitener, blade, pin, rubber आदि का उपयोग नहीं करना है।
- OMR circles सही ढंग से blacken न करने या गलत information भरने की जिम्मेदारी candidate की होगी।
- Commission द्वारा allotted examination centre/venue में बदलाव की अनुमति नहीं है।
- Malpractice, copying, indiscipline या canvassing पर candidature cancel और future examinations से debarment की कार्रवाई हो सकती है।
- Uttar Pradesh Examination (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, 2024 applicable रहेगा।
Forged Documents और Candidature Rules
- Wrong, concealed या misrepresented information मिलने पर candidature reject/cancel की जा सकती है।
- Application में ऐसी गलत information जो documents से substantiate न हो सके अथवा malpractice के मामले में Commission द्वारा future examinations/selections से debarment की कार्रवाई की जा सकती है।
- Forged documents पाए जाने पर notification के अनुसार candidate को UPPSC selections से permanently debar करने तथा applicable provisions of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita के तहत कार्रवाई की जा सकती है।
