Southern Railway Apprentice Recruitment 2026 – 4,471 Slots Apply Online

यह भर्ती नियमित नौकरी की सीधी नियुक्ति नहीं बल्कि Apprenticeship Training के लिए है। Notification के अनुसार training पूरी होने के बाद employment की कोई guarantee नहीं है। Eligible candidates केवल Southern Railway के निर्धारित geographical jurisdiction से आवेदन कर सकते हैं।

Processing fee non-refundable है और online mode में जमा करनी है। System-generated acknowledgement का print Document Verification के समय मांगा जा सकता है।

Fresher slots में C&W Works Perambur, Central Workshop Ponmalai, S&T Workshop Podanur और Railway Hospital Perambur शामिल हैं। Ex-ITI slots Chennai Division, Perambur units, Madurai Division, Tiruchirappalli Division, Palakkad Division, Salem Division, Trivandrum Division तथा अन्य Southern Railway units/trades में वितरित हैं।

नोट: Notification में vacancies tentative बताई गई हैं और जरूरत के अनुसार बदल सकती हैं।

Fresher Category

• Fitter / Painter / Welder: 10th pass with minimum 50% aggregate marks under 10+2 system or equivalent.
• Medical Laboratory Technician – Radiology / Pathology / Cardiology: 12th pass with minimum 50% aggregate marks with Physics, Chemistry and Biology.

Ex-ITI Category

• Most notified trades के लिए 10th with minimum 50% aggregate + relevant trade ITI from Government-recognized ITI + NCVT/SCVT certificate आवश्यक है।
• Electrician: 10th with Science as one subject + relevant ITI.
• Electronics Mechanic: 10th with Science (Physics & Chemistry) and Mathematics + relevant ITI.
• Secretarial Assistant / Stenographer (English): 12th pass + relevant ITI.
• ICTSM: 10th pass + relevant ITI.
• COPA/PASAA: 10th with minimum 50% aggregate + National Trade Certificate in Computer Operator and Programming Assistant.

SC/ST/PwBD candidates के लिए Class 10 में minimum 50% aggregate condition लागू नहीं है।

Course Completed Act Apprentices, Engineering Graduate/Diploma holder या Vocational Certificate holder जिन्होंने qualification के बाद एक वर्ष या अधिक training/job experience लिया है, notification की शर्तों के अनुसार trade apprentice engagement के लिए eligible नहीं हैं।

Upper Age Relaxation

• OBC-NCL: 3 Years
• SC/ST: 5 Years
• PwBD UR/EWS: 10 Years
• PwBD + OBC-NCL: 13 Years
• PwBD + SC/ST: 15 Years

Ex-ITI candidates को Apprentices Rules, 1992 के Schedule-I के अनुसार training duration में applicable rebate दिया जाएगा।

Notification के अनुसार second year में prescribed minimum stipend पर 10% increase और third year में further 15% increase का provision है।

कोई Written Exam या Interview नहीं है। Selection Merit List के आधार पर होगा।

• Fresher: Matriculation marks को 200 में convert करके merit तैयार होगी।
• Ex-ITI: Matriculation marks 100 + ITI marks 100, कुल 200 marks पर equal weightage के साथ merit बनेगी।
• MLT: Higher Secondary marks को 200 में convert करके merit तैयार होगी।
• Tie होने पर older candidate को preference; DOB भी same हो तो जिसने Matriculation पहले pass किया उसे preference।

Exam Pattern / Syllabus: Notification में कोई written examination prescribed नहीं है, इसलिए कोई exam pattern या written syllabus जारी नहीं किया गया है।

Candidate को Apprenticeship Rules 1992 के Schedule-II के minimum physical fitness standards satisfy करने होंगे। Prescribed medical certificate Document Verification के समय देना होगा। Certificate Government Authorized Gazetted Doctor द्वारा, Assistant Surgeon से नीचे rank नहीं, signed होना चाहिए।

PwBD reservation और notified trade suitability RPwD Act और notification में दिए standards के अनुसार लागू होगी। Reservation benefit के लिए relevant benchmark disability generally 40% या उससे अधिक तथा competent authority certificate आवश्यक है।

• Original 10th/12th/ITI qualification documents as applicable
• Original Transfer Certificate for qualifying examination
• SC/ST caste certificate if claiming reservation
• Valid OBC-NCL certificate for current year + self-declaration of non-creamy layer
• PwBD certificate from competent authority, if applicable
• Online application acknowledgement print
• Prescribed medical fitness certificate

• Ex-ITI applicant को relevant ITI qualification आवेदन के समय ही possess करनी चाहिए।
• Selected candidates को accommodation और अन्य facilities खुद arrange करनी होंगी।
• Selection के बाद apprenticeship contract execute करना होगा; minor candidate के case में guardian prescribed contract execute कर सकता है।
• False declaration/document पाए जाने पर candidature/training terminate की जा सकती है।
• Training से बिना valid reason withdrawal तथा willful absence की स्थिति में rules के अनुसार training cost/stipend recovery हो सकती है।
• Railway Administration का eligibility, application acceptance/rejection और selection से जुड़ा निर्णय final होगा।

Employment Guarantee नहीं: यह notification apprenticeship training के लिए है। Training पूर्ण होने पर apprenticeship contract समाप्त होगा।
