Staff Selection Commission (SSC) ने Combined Higher Secondary (10+2) Level Examination 2026 के माध्यम से लगभग 2536 Group C पदों पर भर्ती निकाली है।
इस भर्ती में LDC/JSA, DEO और DEO Grade A पद शामिल हैं; सामान्यतः मान्यता प्राप्त बोर्ड से 12वीं पास अभ्यर्थी आवेदन कर सकते हैं, जबकि कुछ DEO पदों के लिए Science stream में Mathematics जरूरी है।
Online application 07 September 2026 से शुरू है और आवेदन की अंतिम तिथि 07 October 2026 रात 11:00 बजे तक है।
12वीं पास युवाओं के लिए केंद्र सरकार के विभिन्न मंत्रालयों और कार्यालयों में सेवा पाने का यह एक महत्वपूर्ण अवसर है।
महत्वपूर्ण तिथियाँ
Application Fee
Fee जमा न होने पर application incomplete मानकर reject हो सकती है। जमा fee/correction charge refundable या adjustable नहीं है।
Age Limit & Relaxation
जन्मतिथि वही मानी जाएगी जो online form और Matriculation/Secondary Certificate में दर्ज है। ESM के पुत्र, पुत्री या dependants को ESM age relaxation नहीं मिलेगा।
Eligibility Criteria
मान्यता प्राप्त Board/University से 12वीं या समकक्ष परीक्षा पास।
Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food & Public Distribution, SSC और Ministry of Culture के पदों हेतु 12वीं Science stream में Mathematics subject के साथ पास।
- Nationality: भारत का नागरिक; अथवा Nepal/Bhutan का subject; अथवा Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia या Vietnam से भारत में स्थायी रूप से बसने के उद्देश्य से आया Indian-origin person। India के नागरिक को छोड़कर अन्य eligible categories के लिए Government of India का eligibility certificate जरूरी है।
- Qualification cut-off: 07 October 2026.
- 12वीं की परीक्षा दे चुके अभ्यर्थी आवेदन कर सकते हैं, लेकिन परिणाम/qualification cut-off date तक घोषित और प्राप्त होना जरूरी है; केवल result processing पर्याप्त नहीं है।
- Equivalent qualification claim करने पर competent authority का equivalence certificate प्रस्तुत करना होगा।
- मान्य ODL qualification तभी स्वीकार होगी जब संबंधित अवधि में Distance Education Bureau/UGC से approved हो।
- Reservation certificates: OBC candidate closing date पर Central List के non-creamy-layer में हो। EWS Income & Asset Certificate FY 2026-27 के लिए valid और FY 2025-26 की income पर आधारित हो। SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwBD/ESM claim के prescribed certificates उपलब्ध होने चाहिए।
- BRO में LDC की vacancies, यदि रिपोर्ट होती हैं, केवल male candidates के लिए होंगी और अलग physical/medical standards लागू होंगे।

2536 tentative total का कोई post/category breakup इस notification में नहीं दिया गया, इसलिए unsupported breakup नहीं जोड़ा गया है।

- Tier-I Computer Based Examination
- Tier-II Computer Based Examination — सभी चार sections में qualify करना जरूरी

- Final merit: Tier-II के Section-I और Section-II के aggregate marks; Section-III और IV qualifying

Tier-I तथा Tier-II Section-I, II, III minimum qualifying marks: UR 30%, OBC/EWS 25%, अन्य categories 20%. Multiple shifts के normalized scores उपयोग होंगे।

40% या अधिक visual disability वाले VH candidates के लिए संबंधित Intelligence/Maths हिस्सों में Maps, Graphs, Diagrams और Statistical Data component नहीं होगा।

English: Vocabulary, grammar, sentence structure and all Tier-I English areas; comprehension includes simple book/story and current-affairs editorial/report passages.
General Awareness: Current events, everyday science, India and neighboring countries: history, culture, geography, economy, policy and scientific research.
Computer: Computer organization, CPU, I/O, memory, backup devices, ports, Windows Explorer, shortcuts, Windows and MS Office basics, internet/email/e-banking, networking, cyber threats and prevention.
How to Apply
- SSC की नई website पर One-Time Registration (OTR) पूरा करें; पुराने ssc.nic.in का OTR मान्य नहीं है।
- Login करके Latest Notifications में CHSL 2026 के सामने Apply चुनें और qualification, exam-centre तथा अन्य details भरें।
- Live photograph capture करें, prescribed signature upload करें, preview ध्यान से check करें और final submit करें।
- लागू fee जमा करके application copy सुरक्षित रखें। सामान्य application period में केवल एक online application submit करें।
Signature 10–20 KB JPEG/JPG हो। मुख्य notice में dimension लगभग 6.0 × 2.0 cm है, जबकि Annexure-IV में 4.0 × 2.0 cm लिखा है; इस internal contradiction के कारण SSC portal पर दिख रहे current upload specification को final submit से पहले follow करें।
Correction Rules
14–16 October 2026 की window में application अधिकतम दो बार correct/re-submit की जा सकती है। Latest fee-paid corrected application valid होगी; window बंद होने के बाद कोई correction स्वीकार नहीं होगी।
Examination Medium
CBE के प्रश्न English, Hindi और candidate द्वारा चुनी गई Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Konkani, Malayalam, Manipuri/Meitei, Marathi, Odiya, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu या Urdu भाषा में होंगे; English Language module केवल English में होगा।

भविष्य के चरणों में काम आने वाली जानकारी
Document Verification में जरूरी दस्तावेज
- Matriculation/Secondary Certificate और 12वीं/Educational Qualification certificates.
- Equivalent qualification claim हो तो competent authority का order/letter.
- Applicable caste/category, PwBD, age-relaxation और ESM certificates/undertaking/discharge certificate.
- Government/undertaking employee के लिए NOC.
- Matriculation के बाद name change होने पर applicable marriage/divorce/deed poll, affidavit, newspaper cutting या Gazette documents.
Original documents और photocopies User Department के निर्देश पर देने होंगे; claim प्रमाणित न होने पर candidature cancel होगी।
Scribe और Compensatory Time Rules
Eligible PwBD/PwD candidate को application में option चुनना होगा। Blindness, both-arms affected locomotor disability और cerebral palsy में scribe/assistive technology इच्छानुसार उपलब्ध है; अन्य eligible disabilities में prescribed medical certificate जरूरी है। Own scribe का SSC OTR व Aadhaar authentication होना चाहिए, वह इसी exam का candidate नहीं हो सकता और उसकी qualification candidate से एक step नीचे होनी चाहिए। Eligible candidates को 20 मिनट प्रति घंटा compensatory time मिलेगा।
Answer Key और Objection
Tentative answer key SSC website पर आएगी। निर्धारित अवधि में ₹50 प्रति question non-refundable fee देकर online representation किया जा सकेगा। Final answer key result processing में उपयोग होगी।
BRO LDC Physical Standard / Physical Test
केवल male candidates के लिए applicable BRO LDC vacancies में one-mile run 10 minutes में qualify करना mandatory है। Minimum standards: Western Himalayan 158 cm/75+5 cm chest/47.5 kg; Eastern Himalayan 152 cm/75+5 cm/47.5 kg; West Plain 162.5 cm/76+5 cm/50 kg; Eastern Plain 157 cm/75+5 cm/50 kg; Central 157 cm/75+5 cm/50 kg; Southern 157 cm/75+5 cm/50 kg; Indian-domicile Gorkha 152 cm/75+5 cm/47.5 kg. Serving/Ex-GREF personnel के sons तथा applicable DD cases को height 2 cm, chest 1 cm और weight 2 kg relaxation है।
BRO Medical Standard और Review
BRO/GREF medical fitness mandatory है। Visual acuity कम-से-कम 6/12 each eye या right 6/6 और left 6/24; corrective spectacles permitted, लेकिन unaided vision corrected cases में 6/60 each eye से कम नहीं। Temporary/permanent unfit candidates prescribed procedure में 60 days के भीतर appeal कर सकते हैं; permanent medical review में ₹40 treasury fee लागू है। Height के कारण permanently unfit पर appeal नहीं, पर same-day remeasurement हो सकती है। Permanent rejection के प्रमुख grounds में BMI 18 से कम, abnormal gait/posture, gross deformity, defective intelligence, deafness, pronounced stammering, nervous instability, STD, squint/nystagmus, colour blindness, vision-affecting corneal opacity, ear-drum perforation/chronic ear infection, 14 से कम dental points, chronic lung/endocranial disorder, BP 140/95 से अधिक, gross myopia/corneal refractive surgery, implant सहित healed fracture/ankylosis और efficiency-affecting amputation शामिल हैं। Temporary grounds में eye/ENT/dental/skin conditions, hydrocele/hernia/varicocele, varicose veins, respiratory infection, gynaecomastia, anaemia, hepatosplenomegaly और BMI 30 से अधिक शामिल हैं। Medical Board का final decision लागू होगा।
Final Merit, Post Preference और Tie-break
Final merit Tier-II Section-I और Section-II aggregate marks पर बनेगी, subject to qualifying Sections III-IV. Post preference online option form में देना अनिवार्य और final/irreversible है। Tie में क्रमशः Tier-II Section-I marks, Tier-I marks, और अधिक आयु (DOB) से merit तय होगी।
Probation, Posting और Local Language
Appointment पर 2 years probation रहेगा; prescribed training/examination पूरा करना पड़ सकता है। सभी posts में All India Service Liability है। Allotted State/UT/Zone की local language proficiency confirmation के लिए मांगी जा सकती है। BRO selected candidates को GREF Centre, Pune में initial training के बाद India में कहीं भी posting मिल सकती है।
