Fee non-refundable है और online mode में जमा होगी। Payment Debit Card (RuPay/Visa/MasterCard/Maestro), Credit Card, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards या Mobile Wallets से किया जा सकता है। Payment के बाद e-receipt और submitted application form का print/save जरूर रखें।

Age as on 01.09.2026: Minimum 20 years and Maximum 28 years. Candidate का जन्म 02.09.1998 से पहले और 01.09.2006 के बाद नहीं होना चाहिए।

SC/ST/OBC age relaxation केवल notification में permitted cumulative combination के अनुसार लागू होगी। Age relaxation claim करने वालों को Document Verification/On-the-Job Training reporting के समय prescribed certificates देने होंगे।

Canara Bank Apprentice 2026 के लिए candidate के पास Government of India से recognized university से किसी भी discipline में Degree/Graduation या Central Government द्वारा recognized equivalent qualification होनी चाहिए।

• Graduation pass date 01.01.2023 से पहले नहीं और 01.09.2026 के बाद नहीं होनी चाहिए।
• Eligibility, Age और Qualification की गणना 01.09.2026 के आधार पर होगी।
• Candidate केवल एक State की training seats opt कर सकता है। Selected State के districts की preference दी जा सकेगी, लेकिन allotment need और availability के आधार पर Bank करेगा।
• यदि candidate ने 10th या 12th में selected State की specified local language पढ़ी है और marksheet/certificate प्रस्तुत कर सकता है, तो local language test नहीं देना होगा। अन्य candidates के लिए test DV के समय होगा।
• Local language test fail करने पर apprentice engagement नहीं होगा।
• Final engagement Medical Fitness के अधीन है।
• जो candidate Canara Bank या किसी अन्य organization में पहले apprenticeship कर चुका है, currently apprenticeship कर रहा है, या अपनी गलती से apprenticeship बीच में terminate हुई है, वह eligible नहीं है।
• Educational qualification के बाद एक वर्ष या अधिक training/job experience वाले candidates eligible नहीं हैं।
• Ex-Servicemen / Disabled Ex-Servicemen को apprentice के रूप में engage नहीं किया जाएगा और उनके लिए reservation नहीं है।

Total 3500 training seats provisional हैं और Bank की actual requirement के अनुसार बदल सकती हैं। PwBD seats horizontal reservation के रूप में overall State vacancies के भीतर हैं।

• SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwBD reservation respective State/UT और Government guidelines के अनुसार है।
• PwBD reservation horizontal है। Notification में VI, HI, OC/Locomotor Disability, ID और Multiple Disabilities categories को RPwD Act, 2016 के अनुसार covered बताया गया है।
• Benchmark disability के लिए सामान्यतः कम से कम 40% specified disability तथा competent authority का valid certificate जरूरी है। Temporary disability certificate पर reservation लागू नहीं है; irreversible permanent disability requirement notification में दी गई है।
• OBC candidate के certificate में Non-Creamy Layer clause होना चाहिए। Creamy Layer candidate OBC reservation claim नहीं कर सकता और General category indicate करेगा।
• EWS के लिए family gross annual income ₹8 lakh से कम होना चाहिए और notification में दी asset limits भी लागू होंगी: 5 acres या अधिक agricultural land, 1000 sq.ft. या अधिक residential flat, notified municipality में 100 sq. yards या अधिक residential plot, या अन्य areas में 200 sq. yards या अधिक residential plot होने पर EWS benefit नहीं मिलेगा।
• EWS claim के लिए competent authority का prescribed Income & Asset Certificate देना होगा।

Selection के लिए Bank उन candidates की State-wise merit list बनाएगा जिन्होंने application submit किया है। Merit 12th Std (HSC/10+2) या Diploma Examination के marks/percentage के descending order पर बनेगी। समान percentage होने पर अधिक आयु वाले candidate को merit में ऊपर रखा जाएगा।

• Minimum qualifying marks: 60% for General/OBC/EWS और 55% for SC/ST/PwBD in 12th/Diploma.
• 59.99% को 60% और 54.99% को 55% नहीं माना जाएगा; fraction ignored होगा।
• CGPA/OGPA को prescribed norms के अनुसार percentage में convert करना होगा और conversion certificate प्रस्तुत करना होगा।
• Percentage calculation all subjects के total obtained marks ÷ aggregate maximum marks × 100 से होगी।
• Merit online application में दिए data पर बनेगी; DV में discrepancy मिलने पर candidature disqualify हो सकती है।
• Document Verification के दौरान, जहाँ लागू हो, Local Language Test होगा।
• Final Selection = Eligibility Verification + Local Language qualification where applicable + Medical Fitness.

• Apprentice को Canara Bank employee नहीं माना जाएगा और employee benefits नहीं मिलेंगे।
• PF, ESI, Bonus जैसी labour-law benefits इस apprenticeship engagement पर लागू नहीं हैं।
• Stipend में Loss of Pay, यदि कोई हो, adjust किया जा सकता है। कोई अन्य allowance/benefit नहीं है।
• OJT hours Bank clerical cadre के working hours के अनुसार होंगे। Overtime केवल Apprenticeship Adviser की अनुमति वाले विशेष मामलों में हो सकता है।
• एक month apprenticeship पूरा होने पर 1 Casual Leave; पूरे वर्ष में total 12 Casual Leaves. एक बार में maximum 4 casual leaves ली जा सकती हैं। Unused leave contract समाप्त होने पर lapse होगी।
• Bank में observed holidays apprentice को मिलेंगे।
• Misconduct, disobedience, unsatisfactory performance या Bank के interest के खिलाफ conduct पर contract terminate किया जा सकता है। Apprentices को union body join/form करने की अनुमति नहीं है।
• Training venue/branch पर commencement date को report न करने पर contract terminate हो सकता है। अन्य specified misconduct cases में Bank 7 days notice के बाद contract terminate कर सकता है।
• Completion पर NATS-joint certification मिलेगा। Bank regular employment देने के लिए बाध्य नहीं है।
• State-category wise wait list result date से one year या next engagement exercise, जो पहले हो, तक maintain की जा सकती है।

Engagement के समय original documents के साथ self-attested photocopies जरूरी होंगी:

• System-generated online application printout
• Date of Birth proof: Birth Certificate या SSLC/10th certificate
• Valid Photo ID: Passport / Aadhaar / PAN / Voter ID / Driving Licence / other statutory photo ID
• SSC से लेकर highest qualification तक marksheets/certificates, including final degree and result declaration proof before cut-off
• EWS candidates के लिए prescribed Income & Asset Certificate
• SC/ST/OBC candidates के लिए prescribed caste certificate; OBC में valid NCL clause जरूरी
• PwBD candidate के लिए UDID card और competent Medical Board का Disability Certificate
• Eligibility support करने वाला कोई अन्य relevant document

Required documents प्रस्तुत न करने पर candidate को engagement/joining से रोका जा सकता है या candidature समाप्त हो सकती है।

1. सबसे पहले NATS portal पर register करें और profile 100% complete करें। Enrollment Number सुरक्षित रखें।
2. Canara Bank official website → Careers → Recruitment में “Engagement of Graduate Apprentices in Canara Bank under Apprentices Act, 1961 for FY 2026-27” खोलें।
3. “CLICK HERE FOR NEW REGISTRATION” से basic details भरें। Provisional Registration Number और Password note करें।
4. Application में वही नाम/विवरण भरें जो certificates/10th marks card में हैं। Changed name हो तो Gazette Notification/Marriage Certificate के अनुसार भरें।
5. Photograph, Signature, Left Thumb Impression और Handwritten Declaration prescribed format में upload करें।
6. NATS Enrollment ID, State preference और required details भरें।
7. Applicable fee online pay करें, SAVE AND NEXT से details verify करें और उसके बाद Final Submit करें। Final Submit के बाद changes permitted नहीं हैं।
8. Successful submission के बाद e-receipt और application form print/save करें। इन्हें Bank/IBPS को भेजना नहीं है।

Declaration text: “I, _______ (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.”

Declaration candidate की own handwriting में English में होनी चाहिए और CAPITAL LETTERS में नहीं। Signature भी CAPITAL LETTERS में स्वीकार नहीं होगी। Photo/signature/thumb/declaration clear और सही upload slot में होने चाहिए। Scan resolution minimum 200 DPI और colour setting True Colour रखने की सलाह दी गई है।

• Application details submit करने से पहले अच्छी तरह verify करें; Final Submit के बाद correction/change स्वीकार नहीं होगा।
• Successful registration पर Email/SMS से Registration Number/Password मिलेगा। Email/SMS न मिले तो registration status verify करें।
• Incomplete application, missing uploads या unsuccessful fee payment वाला form valid नहीं माना जाएगा।
• Bank eligibility को किसी भी stage पर verify कर सकता है और ineligible application reject कर सकता है।
• Pending criminal cases की details application में disclose करनी होंगी; Bank independent verification कर सकता है।
• Further Addendum/Corrigendum/updates केवल Canara Bank authorized website पर प्रकाशित होंगे। Registered email active रखें।
• Reserved category candidate, जहाँ reserved seat उपलब्ध नहीं है, UR seat पर तभी compete कर सकता है जब UR eligibility पूरी करता हो।
• Signatures सभी stages/documents में identical रखें और appearance selection process पूरा होने तक बदलने से बचें।
• Selection process में आने का खर्च candidate स्वयं वहन करेगा।
• Canvassing disqualification का कारण हो सकता है। False/incorrect information या material fact suppress होने पर candidature/contract cancel हो सकता है।
• Interpretation dispute में English version prevail करेगा। Legal jurisdiction Bengaluru courts होगी।
