Bank of Baroda ने Local Bank Officer (JMG/S-I) के 2482 पदों पर नियमित भर्ती के लिए आवेदन शुरू कर दिए हैं।
किसी मान्यता प्राप्त University/Institution से किसी भी discipline में Graduation और Scheduled Commercial Bank में Officer के रूप में कम से कम 1 वर्ष का post-qualification experience रखने वाले उम्मीदवार आवेदन कर सकते हैं।
उम्मीदवार को जिस State के लिए आवेदन करना है, उसकी निर्धारित Local Language में proficiency भी आवश्यक है।

Essential Educational Qualification

किसी recognized University / Institution से Graduation in any discipline अनिवार्य है। Qualification Government of India / Government bodies / applicable regulatory bodies से recognized होनी चाहिए।

Post-Qualification Experience

Minimum 1 year post-qualification experience as an Officer केवल Reserve Bank of India की Second Schedule में listed किसी Scheduled Commercial Bank में होना चाहिए।
  • Clerical cadre का experience eligibility के लिए नहीं गिना जाएगा।
  • 01.08.2026 तक किसी organization में 6 महीने से कम experience सामान्यतः नहीं गिना जाएगा, सिवाय current employment के हिस्से के रूप में होने पर।
  • Existing/previous employer से Experience Certificate / certified job profile देना होगा।
  • Job profile यदि Bank of Baroda के Scale-I Officer profile से substantially match नहीं करता, candidature reject की जा सकती है।

Local Language Proficiency

उम्मीदवार को चुने गए State की prescribed Local Language में reading, writing, speaking और understanding का ज्ञान होना चाहिए।

VIBlindness / Low Vision की notification-defined conditions.
HIDeaf / Hard of Hearing की notification-defined conditions.
LDLocomotor Disability सहित applicable Cerebral Palsy, Leprosy Cured, Dwarfism, Muscular Dystrophy, Acid Attack Victims आदि.
d & eAutism Spectrum Disorder, Specific Learning Disability, Mental Illness तथा applicable multiple disabilities.
Reservation के लिए benchmark disability सामान्यतः कम से कम 40% होनी चाहिए। Temporary disability certificate में condition “likely to improve” होने पर reservation benefit उपलब्ध नहीं है; “progressive, non-progressive or not likely to improve” condition वाले eligible PwBD candidates reservation के लिए considered हो सकते हैं।

Important Eligibility Conditions

  • Candidate केवल एक State के लिए apply कर सकता है।
  • एक से अधिक applications में केवल latest valid/completed application retain होगी; अन्य applications की fee forfeited होगी।
  • OBC creamy layer अथवा Central List में caste न होने पर OBC reservation/relaxation नहीं मिलेगा।
  • EWS benefit के लिए prescribed Income & Asset Certificate आवश्यक है।
  • Registration के बाद category change permitted नहीं है।
  • Current Bank of Baroda officer-cadre employees और contract employees eligible नहीं हैं।
  • Bank of Baroda से officer-grade position से resign करने वाले या contract service से exit करने वाले ऐसे employees जिन्होंने cut-off date से पिछले 3 वर्षों में Bank छोड़ा है, eligible नहीं हैं।
Arunachal Pradesh और Nagaland में English को Local Language केवल उन candidates के लिए स्वीकार किया जाएगा जिन्होंने respective State में स्थित school से English को एक subject के रूप में पढ़कर pass किया हो।

Selection Process

Bank selection के लिए Online Test और आवश्यकता के अनुसार Psychometric Test / Group Discussion / Personal Interview या अन्य suitable selection method का उपयोग कर सकता है।

परीक्षा से जुड़ी आधिकारिक बातें: प्रत्येक section के लिए अलग-अलग 30 मिनट का समय रहेगा। English Language को छोड़कर बाकी तीन tests Hindi और English दोनों में उपलब्ध होंगे। English Language केवल qualifying nature का है और इसमें प्राप्त marks Final Merit List में शामिल नहीं किए जाएंगे। प्रत्येक section में minimum qualifying marks / percentage Bank अपने discretion से तय करेगा और Bank qualifying criteria को waive भी कर सकता है।
Negative Marking: प्रत्येक गलत उत्तर पर उस question के लिए निर्धारित marks का 0.25 हिस्सा penalty के रूप में काटा जाएगा। किसी question को blank छोड़ने पर कोई penalty नहीं होगी।
Topic-wise Syllabus: Official advertisement में English Language, Banking Knowledge, General / Economic Awareness तथा Reasoning Ability & Quantitative Aptitude के अंदर chapter-wise या topic-wise detailed syllabus नहीं दिया गया है। इसलिए किसी भी अतिरिक्त topic को अपने मन से syllabus में शामिल नहीं किया गया है।
आगे की Exam Details: Online Test की date अलग से बताई जाएगी। Examination से संबंधित अन्य detailed information, यदि कोई होगी, तो Bank के official website पर Call Letter के साथ उपलब्ध कराए जाने वाले Information Handout में दी जाएगी। Bank examination structure में modification या descriptive test / case study का addition/substitution भी कर सकता है और ऐसी जानकारी official website के माध्यम से दी जाएगी।

The official advertisement does not provide a chapter-wise or topic-wise detailed syllabus for these four tests. English Language is qualifying in nature and its marks will not be considered for the Final Merit List. There is a penalty of 0.25 of the marks assigned to a question for every wrong answer; no penalty applies to unanswered questions. Other detailed examination information, if any, will be provided through the Information Handout along with the Call Letter.

भविष्य के चरणों में काम आने वाली जानकारी

Local Language Proficiency Test (LPT)
  • Online Examination में shortlisted candidates को चुने गए State की prescribed Local Language में proficiency prove करनी होगी।
  • Reading, Writing, Speaking और Understanding assess की जा सकती है।
  • LPT qualify नहीं करने वाला candidate Personal Interview में आगे नहीं बढ़ सकेगा और candidature समाप्त हो सकती है।
  • यदि candidate 10th या 12th standard की marksheet/certificate से यह प्रमाणित करता है कि उसने specified Local Language को एक subject के रूप में पढ़ा और pass किया है, तो notification के अनुसार LPT से exemption मिल सकती है।
Interview / Group Discussion और Final Merit
  • Bank shortlisting ratio और आगे की selection methodology अपने discretion से तय करेगा।
  • GD/PI में personality, communication, clarity, problem-solving ability, efficiency, sales aptitude आदि assess किए जा सकते हैं।
  • GD/PI minimum qualifying score: General Category 60% और Reserved Category 55%; Bank इसे बदल सकता है।
  • Final score applicable Online Test और/or PI/GD/other selection process के scores से Bank के तय formula के अनुसार तैयार होगा।
  • Cut-off पर tie होने पर candidates को age के descending order में rank किया जाएगा।

Required original/supporting documents प्रस्तुत नहीं करने पर candidate को interview/selection process में participate करने से रोका जा सकता है।
Scribe Rules और Compensatory Time
  • Applicable eligible candidates Government of India guidelines के अनुसार scribe facility use कर सकते हैं।
  • Candidate को अपना scribe स्वयं arrange करना होगा और उसका खर्च स्वयं उठाना होगा।
  • Candidate और scribe को prescribed undertakings/conditions पूरी करनी होंगी।
  • Specified disability वाले eligible candidates को prescribed medical/certificate requirements पूरी करनी होंगी।
  • Eligible scribe users को सामान्यतः प्रत्येक examination hour पर 20 minutes compensatory time मिलेगा।
  • Applicable locomotor disability/cerebral palsy candidates तथा eligible VI candidates के लिए notification में prescribed compensatory-time provisions लागू हैं।
  • Candidate/scribe Aadhaar authentication/verification के अधीन हो सकते हैं।
Biometric, Aadhaar और Identity Verification
  • Online examination, आगे की selection stages, joining अथवा Bank द्वारा तय अन्य समय पर right thumb impression/other biometric, IRIS scan और photograph verification किया जा सकता है।
  • Biometric process से refusal candidature cancellation का कारण बन सकता है।
  • Candidate को valid Aadhaar रखने की सलाह दी गई है और Bank Aadhaar authentication कर सकता है।
Call Letter और Photo ID Rules
  • Call Letter Bank की website से registration credentials के माध्यम से download करना होगा; hard copy post से भेजे जाने का प्रावधान नहीं है।
  • Applicable valid ID में PAN Card, Passport, Driving Licence, Voter Card, photo-bearing Bank Passbook, Gazetted Officer/People’s Representative photo ID, College/University ID, Aadhaar Card या Employee ID शामिल हो सकते हैं।
  • Ration Card valid identity proof के रूप में स्वीकार नहीं है।
  • Name change की स्थिति में applicable Gazette Notification/original marriage certificate/affidavit प्रस्तुत करना होगा।
Probation Period
Selected candidate joining date से 12 months (1 year) of active service की probation पर रहेगा।
Service Bond
  • Selected candidate को Bank की prevailing policy के अनुसार mandatory Service Bond execute करना होगा।
  • Current condition के अनुसार candidate को joining के बाद minimum 3 years Bank में serve करना होगा।
  • 3 years active service पूरी होने से पहले Bank छोड़ने पर three months’ Gross Salary के बराबर amount, maximum ₹2 lakh तक, payable हो सकती है।
  • Bond period/amount Bank की prevailing policy के अनुसार future में revise हो सकते हैं; final terms offer letter में communicate किए जाएंगे।
Posting / Transfer Condition
Selected candidates को जिस State के लिए उन्होंने apply किया है, उसी State में service के पहले 12 years या SMGS-IV Grade में promotion तक—जो पहले हो—post किया जाएगा। इसके बाद Bank उन्हें अपनी discretion से भारत में किसी Branch/Office/location पर post कर सकता है।
Pre-Joining Medical और Joining Conditions
  • Provisionally selected candidate को Bank के prescribed pre-joining medical examination से गुजरना होगा।
  • Notification के अनुसार medical examination का खर्च candidate को स्वयं वहन करना होगा।
  • Successful medical examination, required documents और other joining formalities पूरी होने के बाद ही joining आगे बढ़ेगी।
  • Character/antecedents तथा applicable criminal/disciplinary proceedings की जानकारी Bank को required stage पर disclose करनी होगी।
PwBD Certificate Authentication / Medical Re-assessment
PwBD/PwSD candidates के UDID cards और disability certificates की UDID portal अथवा concerned issuing authority के माध्यम से authentication हो सकती है। Bank disability type, percentage और job suitability verify करने के लिए fresh medical assessment भी करा सकता है। Fraudulent disability certificate/UDID card पर RPwD Act, 2016 के applicable provisions के अनुसार action हो सकता है।
Online Test Centres — Tentative
Advertisement में Online Examination के लिए कई States/UTs में tentative centres दिए गए हैं। Final centre, venue, date और reporting details Call Letter में दी जाएंगी। Candidate के centre-change request को Bank स्वीकार करने के लिए बाध्य नहीं है और administrative requirement के अनुसार centres cancel/add/change किए जा सकते हैं। परीक्षा centre संबंधी final instruction Call Letter में ही मानें।
Disqualification / Unfair Means / Important Conduct Rules
  • Mobile phone, pager, calculator और prohibited electronic/communication devices परीक्षा venue पर नियमों के विरुद्ध हैं।
  • Impersonation, copying, unauthorized assistance, examination content disclosure अथवा अन्य unfair means पर candidature cancellation और applicable action हो सकता है।
  • Application/selection के किसी stage पर false, fabricated या suppressed information मिलने पर candidature cancel की जा सकती है; appointment हो चुकी हो तो service termination तक action संभव है।
  • Canvassing candidature के विरुद्ध जा सकता है।
  • Application, attendance तथा अन्य required documents पर signatures consistent होने चाहिए।
