AIIMS NORCET 11 Nursing Officer Recruitment 2026 – Apply Online for 2218 Posts, Notice No. 103/2026

• Fee का भुगतान Debit Card, Credit Card अथवा Net Banking से किया जा सकता है।
• Bank का transaction/processing charge उम्मीदवार को अलग से देना होगा।
• एक बार जमा की गई application fee सामान्यतः वापस नहीं होगी।
• SC/ST उम्मीदवार परीक्षा में उपस्थित होते हैं तो result के बाद SC/ST certificate verification के अधीन उनकी application fee refund की जाएगी।
• निर्धारित fee के बिना आवेदन स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा।

Category-wise Age Relaxation

• Stage-I से category-wise सामान्यतः total seats के 5 गुना candidates Stage-II के लिए बुलाए जाएंगे।
• सभी qualified PwBD candidates और cut-off पर आने वाले tie cases भी Stage-II में बुलाए जाएंगे।
• सिर्फ Stage-I qualifying percentile प्राप्त करना Stage-II call की guarantee नहीं है।
• Final merit केवल Stage-II Main score से बनेगी।
• Multiple shifts होने पर AIIMS की applicable normalization procedure लागू होगी।
• Notification में कोई interview stage घोषित नहीं है।
• सामान्यतः केवल एक seat-allocation round होगा और कोई waiting list नहीं बनाई जाएगी।

Tie-Breaking Order

1. Stage-II में कम wrong answers/कम negative marks.
2. Stage-I में अधिक score.
3. Stage-I में कम wrong answers/कम negative marks.
4. अधिक आयु वाला उम्मीदवार.
5. Candidate name, फिर father’s name और mother’s name का alphabetical order.

OBC-NCL Certificate

• Candidate की caste Central List of OBC में होनी चाहिए और certificate Central Government employment format में होना चाहिए।
• Certificate Financial Year 2026–27 के लिए valid होना चाहिए।
• Income calculation 31 March 2026 को समाप्त financial year तक की होनी चाहिए।
• Certificate 01 April 2026 से 13 August 2026 के बीच जारी होना चाहिए।
• नया certificate उपलब्ध न होने पर previous certificate के साथ renewal application acknowledgement upload किया जा सकता है, लेकिन AIIMS द्वारा निर्धारित समय में valid renewed certificate देना अनिवार्य होगा।

EWS Certificate

• Central Government के prescribed Income & Asset Certificate format में होना चाहिए।
• Financial Year 2025–26 की income के आधार पर और Financial Year 2026–27 के लिए valid होना चाहिए।
• Certificate 01 April 2026 से 13 August 2026 के बीच जारी होना चाहिए।

• Category certificates Hindi अथवा English में और prescribed Central Government format में होने चाहिए।
• Valid SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwBD certificate प्रस्तुत न करने पर category claim, allocation अथवा candidature रद्द हो सकती है।
• PwBD reservation minimum 40% benchmark disability और post के लिए identified suitable disability के अधीन है।
• PwBD reservation अलग vertical category नहीं, बल्कि applicable categories में horizontal reservation है।

• Application केवल online mode में स्वीकार होगा। कोई application form या document physical form में भेजना नहीं है।
• Physical document भेजे जाने पर उसे invalid माना जा सकता है।
• पहले से OTR/पुरानी AIIMS examination registration रखने वाले उम्मीदवार को उसी पुराने ID/OTR से आवेदन करना अनिवार्य है। अलग registration ID से candidature रद्द हो सकती है।
• Email अथवा letter के माध्यम से correction स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा।
• Fee जमा होने के बाद SC/ST category को UR/OBC/EWS में बदलने की correction नहीं की जा सकती।
• अलग correction window notification में घोषित नहीं है; form submit करने से पहले सभी entries ध्यान से जांचें।
• Photo, signature और thumb impression official Upload Image Instructions के अनुसार स्पष्ट होने चाहिए। गलत अथवा अस्पष्ट image से application reject हो सकता है।
• Submitted application form और payment proof की copy सुरक्षित रखें।

Identified PwBD Categories

Reserved PwBD seat के लिए benchmark disability कम-से-कम 40% और disability category post के लिए identified category से match होनी चाहिए।

Scribe एवं Compensatory Time

• Blindness, locomotor disability involving both arms और cerebral palsy वाले eligible PwBD candidates self-undertaking के आधार पर scribe facility चुन सकते हैं।
• अन्य benchmark disability category में physical limitation to write का prescribed medical certificate आवश्यक होगा।
• 40% से कम specified disability लेकिन writing difficulty वाले उम्मीदवार prescribed competent medical authority certificate के अधीन scribe/compensatory time प्राप्त कर सकते हैं।
• सभी आवश्यक certificates online application के समय upload करना आवश्यक है।
• Candidate अपना scribe ला सकता है अथवा AIIMS से scribe देने का अनुरोध कर सकता है।
• Own scribe की qualification examination की minimum qualification से one step below होनी चाहिए; notification में matriculation संबंधी शर्त भी लागू है।
• Eligible candidate को प्रत्येक examination hour के लिए कम-से-कम 20 minutes compensatory time मिलेगा।
• Scribe केवल instructions/question पढ़ने और आवश्यक mouse clicks में सहायता कर सकता है; question की explanation अथवा interpretation प्रतिबंधित है।
• Own scribe का remuneration, honorarium अथवा travel खर्च candidate की जिम्मेदारी होगी।
• AIIMS आवश्यक परिस्थितियों में own scribe को अनुमति न देने का अधिकार रखता है।

1. AIIMS Examination के exact NORCET-11 recruitment/application page को खोलें।
2. पुराना OTR/AIIMS account है तो उसी Candidate ID से login करें; नया उम्मीदवार पहले One Time Registration पूरा करे।
3. NORCET-11 Nursing Officer application चुनकर personal, category, qualification और Nursing Council registration details भरें।
4. GNM route वाले उम्मीदवार 50-bedded hospital का valid post-qualification experience विवरण भरें।
5. Photo, signature, thumb impression और मांगे गए certificates निर्धारित instructions के अनुसार upload करें।
6. Applicable application fee online जमा करें।
7. Preview में सभी entries और uploaded images जांचने के बाद final submission करें।
8. 13 August 2026 को शाम 5:00 बजे से पहले application पूरा करें और Registration Slip तथा payment proof सुरक्षित रखें।
9. Government-related employment वाले उम्मीदवार correct NOC 18 August 2026 को शाम 5:00 बजे तक upload करें।

• Application acceptance अथवा admit card जारी होना eligibility की final approval नहीं है। Candidature पूरी recruitment process में provisional रहेगी।
• Qualification, age, experience, registration, category, NOC और अन्य eligibility का detailed scrutiny बाद में संबंधित institute कर सकता है।
• गलत, misleading अथवा unsupported information मिलने पर examination, allocation, joining अथवा appointment के बाद भी candidature रद्द की जा सकती है।
• Choice/preferences बाद में मांगी जाएंगी। Candidate केवल उन्हीं institutes को preference दे जहाँ वह allotment होने पर join करने के लिए तैयार हो।
• Allocated examination centre बदलने का अनुरोध स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा।
• AIIMS New Delhi NORCET का examination conducting body है; appointment, posting और service matters संबंधित institute के अधीन होंगे।
• AIIMS-CAPFIMS, Maidangarhi एक अलग participating body है। वहाँ नियुक्त candidate की posting और seniority CAPFIMS में होगी तथा AIIMS New Delhi transfer का अधिकार नहीं होगा।
• अलग physical standard notification में घोषित नहीं है; appointment संबंधित institute की medical fitness/suitability के अधीन होगी।
• Canvassing, impersonation, fabricated documents, unfair means, electronic devices अथवा examination misconduct पर cancellation, debarment और legal action हो सकता है।
• NORCET conduct से संबंधित legal disputes Delhi/New Delhi courts के jurisdiction में होंगे।
• Recruitment query candidate dashboard के “RAISE A QUERY” विकल्प से भेजी जानी चाहिए।
