Age Limit
Age cut-off 01 July 2026 है। सभी positions के लिए Upper Age Limit 30 Years है। SC/ST को 5 years, OBC को 3 years, PwBD को GEN 10 / OBC 13 / SC 15 years relaxation applicable reserved positions के लिए है। Ex-Servicemen को Armed Forces service + 3 years, maximum age 50 years तक relaxation है। Cumulative age relaxation उपलब्ध नहीं है।

Post-wise Eligibility & Experience
CPCL01 Production: 3-year Diploma in Chemical / Petroleum / Petrochemical Engineering / Technology OR B.Sc. with Chemistry as major subject. General/OBC/EWS 60%, SC reserved positions 55%. Minimum 3 years relevant post-qualification experience in Continuous Process Units of Refining/Chemical/Petrochemical/Fertilizer/Gas Processing industry.
CPCL02 Mechanical: 3-year Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. General/OBC/EWS 60%, SC/PwBD reserved positions 55%. Minimum 3 years relevant post-qualification experience in maintenance of rotary/stationary equipment in Refinery/Petrochemical/Chemical/Fertilizer/Power Plant/Large Industrial Establishments.
CPCL03 Electrical: 3-year Diploma in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering. General/OBC/EWS 60%, SC/PwBD reserved positions 55%. Minimum 3 years relevant post-qualification experience in maintenance of motors, transformers, generators, HT/LT switchgear, UPS, battery banks/chargers and VFDs; candidate should be capable of reading and troubleshooting control circuits.
CPCL04 Instrumentation: 3-year Diploma in Instrumentation / Instrumentation & Electronics / Instrumentation & Control / Electronics & Communication. General/OBC/EWS 60%, SC reserved positions 55%. Minimum 3 years relevant post-qualification experience in process-control instrumentation maintenance with field instruments, transmitters, control valves, DCS/PLC, P&ID, logic diagrams and calibration reports.
Eligibility cut-off: 01 July 2026. Recognized lateral-entry Diploma prescribed conditions के अधीन eligible है। Apprenticeship Training under Apprenticeship Act, 1961 work experience में count होगी। Percentage all subjects/semesters/years के aggregate से निकलेगा; 59.99% को 60% नहीं माना जाएगा।
Salary / Pay Scale
₹25,000 – ₹1,05,000
Starting Basic Pay: ₹25,000 | Non-Supervisory Cadre – Grade IV
Applicable rules के अनुसार DA, HRA/Self-Lease, PF, Gratuity, LTC/LFA, Medical reimbursement और Superannuation benefits मिलेंगे। No pay protection admissible है।
Selection Process
CBT → Document Verification → Skill/Proficiency/Physical Test (SPPT) → Medical Fitness
SPPT qualifying nature का है। Candidates को generally 1:3 ratio में shortlist किया जाएगा। Final category-wise merit CBT marks पर उन candidates में बनेगी जो SPPT qualify करते हैं। Final merit के last position पर tie होने पर older candidate को preference मिलेगा।

CBT के बाद shortlisted candidates के documents verify होंगे और eligible candidates को generally 1:3 ratio में qualifying SPPT के लिए बुलाया जाएगा।
