Indian Army ने Judge Advocate General Branch के लिए JAG Entry Scheme 125th Course (April 2027) की आधिकारिक notification जारी की है। कुल 10 combined vacancies अविवाहित पुरुष और महिला law graduates के लिए हैं। आवेदन के लिए LLB में कम से कम 55% अंक, Bar Council of India से मान्यता प्राप्त संस्थान और दिसंबर 2025 में आयोजित CLAT PG 2026 का score अनिवार्य है; केवल LLB degree और marksheet रखने वाले उम्मीदवार आवेदन कर सकते हैं। Online आवेदन शुरू हो चुके हैं और आवेदन की अंतिम तिथि 17 अगस्त 2026 को दोपहर 3:00 बजे तक है।

Posting और qualification से जुड़े allowances केवल निर्धारित eligibility conditions पूरी करने वाले officers को मिलते हैं; प्रत्येक allowance सभी officers को नहीं मिलता। Defence-specific allowance की दर DA में प्रत्येक 50% वृद्धि पर 25% बढ़ सकती है। Pay और allowance rules समय-समय पर revised हो सकते हैं।

Short Service Commission Conditions

Higher educational qualification या previous performance का final merit में अलग role नहीं है। निर्धारित reporting date से सात दिन के भीतर report नहीं करने पर candidature रद्द की जा सकती है और अगला merit candidate vacancy के लिए consider होगा।
Travelling Allowance: किसी particular type of commission के लिए पहली बार SSB देने वाले candidate को Indian geographical limits में AC 3-Tier return railway fare या admissible bus fare मिल सकता है। उसी type के commission के लिए दोबारा SSB देने पर TA नहीं मिलेगा।

Required Documents
Online Application के समय
Notification में अलग-अलग upload documents, file size या photo/signature dimensions की सूची नहीं दी गई है। Candidate को portal पर मांगी गई personal, communication, education और previous SSB details सही भरनी होंगी।
SSB Selection Centre पर ले जाने वाले Documents
- Roll Number वाली online application की एक printed copy, duly signed और self-attested photograph के साथ।
- Matriculation/Secondary School Examination Passing Certificate तथा marksheet।
- 12th Class Certificate और marksheet।
- तीन वर्षीय LLBの場合 Graduation Degree/Provisional Degree।

How to Apply
- Important Dates section में दी गई समय-सीमा के भीतर official Officer Entry Registration/Login portal खोलें।
- नए उम्मीदवार “Registration” चुनकर registration form भरें। पहले से registered उम्मीदवार को दोबारा registration करने की जरूरत नहीं है।
- Login के बाद Dashboard में “Apply Online” पर जाएं।
- Officers Selection–Eligibility page पर JAG Entry Scheme 125th Course/Short Service Commission JAG Entry के सामने “Apply” चुनें।
- Instructions पढ़कर “Continue” करें और Personal Information, Communication Details, Education Details तथा Previous SSB Details भरें।
- हर segment के बाद “Save & Continue” करें।
- Summary page पर सभी entries, नाम, माता-पिता का नाम, date of birth, LLB marks और CLAT details ध्यान से जांचें।
- सभी details सही होने पर “Submit” करें। Application edit करने के बाद हर बार दोबारा “Submit” करना जरूरी है।
- Final closure के लगभग 30 मिनट बाद Roll Number वाली application की दो प्रतियां print करें।
- एक signed copy self-attested photograph और required original documents के साथ SSB पर ले जाएं; दूसरी copy अपने पास रखें।
Important Candidate Instructions
- Candidate आवेदन के समय अविवाहित होना चाहिए और OTA training पूरी होने तक विवाह नहीं करना चाहिए। Application के बाद विवाह होने पर, SSB और medical clear करने के बावजूद training eligibility समाप्त हो जाएगी।
- CLAT PG 2026 result का Selection Centre पर verification अनिवार्य है।
- गलत, अस्पष्ट या छिपाई गई जानकारी मिलने पर candidature selection के किसी भी चरण पर या बाद में रद्द की जा सकती है।
- Candidate को UPSC की किसी examination से debarred नहीं होना चाहिए।
- NDA, IMA, OTA, Naval Academy, Air Force Academy या किसी Service Training Academy से disciplinary grounds पर निकाले गए candidate eligible नहीं हैं।
- Candidate को किसी criminal court द्वारा arrested/convicted नहीं होना चाहिए और किसी मामले में involved नहीं होना चाहिए, जैसा notification में निर्धारित है।
- SSB centre या interview date बदलने का candidate request स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा।
- Application बंद होने के बाद correction या change का representation स्वीकार नहीं होगा।
- Official query केवल recruiting website के Feedback/Queries option से भेजी जाए। समय पर उत्तर के लिए application closure से कम से कम तीन दिन पहले query भेजें।
- Hindi और English notification में अंतर होने पर English version मान्य होगा।
- Indian Army join करने पर Constitution के Article 33, Army Act और Army Rules के अनुसार कुछ personal restrictions लागू होंगी।
Frequently Asked Questions
प्रश्न 1: क्या LLM qualified या LLM appearing candidate के लिए CLAT PG 2026 जरूरी है?
उत्तर: हां। CLAT PG 2026 score सभी candidates के लिए अनिवार्य है, जिसमें LLM qualified और LLM appearing candidates भी शामिल हैं।
प्रश्न 2: क्या final-year LLB या result-awaited candidate आवेदन कर सकता है?
उत्तर: नहीं। आवेदन के समय candidate के पास LLB degree और marksheet होनी चाहिए तथा अन्य eligibility conditions भी पूरी होनी चाहिए।
प्रश्न 3: क्या JAG 125th Course के लिए अलग written exam होगा?
उत्तर: Notification में अलग written exam या CBT निर्धारित नहीं है। CLAT PG 2026 score से shortlisting होगी और shortlisted candidates SSB में शामिल होंगे।
प्रश्न 4: क्या SSB और medical clear करने पर joining letter पक्का है?
उत्तर: नहीं। Candidate को final merit, medical fitness, सभी eligibility conditions और उपलब्ध vacancies के भीतर आना होगा। Medical FIT होना अकेले joining का अधिकार नहीं देता।
प्रश्न 5: क्या चुना हुआ SSB centre या interview date बदला जा सकता है?
उत्तर: Candidate द्वारा change request स्वीकार नहीं होगी। Exceptional circumstances में Directorate General of Recruiting centre या date बदल सकता है।
