Paper 3 — English Syllabus
- General awareness of the candidate’s surrounding environment and the ability to apply that knowledge in society.
- Knowledge of current events and matters of everyday observation and experience, including their scientific aspects, as may be expected from any educated person.
- As far as possible, questions may especially relate to Jharkhand, India and neighbouring countries.

- The standard will be what is ordinarily expected from a well-educated person who has not made a special study of any particular science subject.
पेपर 3 — हिंदी पाठ्यक्रम
- दिन-प्रतिदिन के अवलोकन एवं अनुभव पर आधारित विज्ञान की सामान्य समझ और परिबोध से संबंधित प्रश्न।
- प्रश्नों का स्तर ऐसा होगा जिसकी अपेक्षा एक सुशिक्षित व्यक्ति से की जाती है, जिसने किसी विज्ञान विषय का विशेष अध्ययन न किया हो।

Reservation & Certificate Rules
Jharkhand Local Resident Certificate
Prescribed format में SDO-level certificate 02 June 2016 या उसके बाद, अथवा Circle Officer-level certificate 19 July 2019 या उसके बाद जारी होना चाहिए। Older/wrong format सामान्यतः valid नहीं है।
SC / ST Certificate
Jharkhand के prescribed Appendix formats और competent DC/SDO/Circle Officer authority के अनुसार certificate चाहिए। Wrong authority/format reservation claim को invalid कर सकता है।
EBC-I / BC-II & Non-Creamy Layer
Jharkhand prescribed caste/NCL certificate या applicable self-declaration देना होगा। Central OBC Certificate Jharkhand EBC-I/BC-II reservation के लिए valid नहीं है।
EWS
Prescribed Income & Asset Certificate competent DC/SDO/Circle Officer से, applicable year/format में होना चाहिए।
Sports Reservation
Resolution No. 1709 dated 12-09-2007 के अनुसार national competition में 2nd/3rd place, official state championship में 1st place या national record जैसी prescribed achievement मान्य है।
PwD / Ex-Servicemen
PwD claim के लिए 40%+ disability और competent Medical Board का prescribed certificate; Ex-Servicemen claim के लिए valid service/discharge certificate आवश्यक है।
Name, Father/Husband Name & Marriage Rule
Certificate spelling Matric record से match होनी चाहिए। Marriage के आधार पर Jharkhand में migrated female को केवल marriage से reservation benefit नहीं मिलता; caste certificate father के आधार पर माना जाएगा। Name difference होने पर prescribed affidavit/supporting proof देना होगा।
Reservation claim online application में करना जरूरी है। बाद में unsupported नया claim
सामान्यतः स्वीकार नहीं होगा। Wrong/expired/non-prescribed certificate से candidate को
UR तक सीमित किया जा सकता है या candidature cancel हो सकती है।

- Eligible posts को preference order में चुनें और required subject सही दर्ज करें।
- हर page पर Save and Continue करें और preview check करें।
- Submit To Proceed Payment से fee pay करें।
- Recent photograph और full signature upload करें।
- Final preview के बाद application submit करें।
- Final application print/download और payment record सुरक्षित रखें।

1. क्या JSSC JILCCE-2026 का online application शुरू हो गया है?
हाँ। आवेदन 20 July 2026 से शुरू हो गया है और registration 19 August 2026 तक है।
2. क्या एक application में multiple posts की preference दे सकते हैं?
हाँ, अपनी qualification के अनुसार eligible posts को preference order में चुन सकते हैं।
3. क्या Preliminary Examination निश्चित है?
नहीं। Valid applications 50,000 से कम होने पर सामान्यतः prelim नहीं होगा;
अंतिम निर्णय JSSC परिस्थितियों के अनुसार करेगा।
4. Final merit किन papers से बनेगी?
Paper 1 qualify करने के बाद final merit Paper 2 और Paper 3 के combined marks से बनेगी।
5. Correction में क्या नहीं बदला जा सकता?
Name, Date of Birth, Email ID और Mobile Number नहीं बदले जा सकते;
permitted fields 21–23 August 2026 में correct करें।
