Eligibility Criteria & Pay Scale
Medical Officer – Group A
Pay: Level-10, ₹56,100–1,77,500 | Age: 18–30 years
- Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 की I/II Schedule या Part-II of Third Schedule में medical qualification; Part-II qualification वाले Section 13(3) condition भी पूरा करें।
- State Medical Council registration आवश्यक।
- Family Planning & Educational Methods में special training।
- Preference: concerned speciality में PG Degree/Diploma।
Computer Programmer – Group B
Pay: Level-7, ₹44,900–1,42,400 | Age: 18–35 years
Route A: Statistics / Mathematics (with Statistics) / Operations Research / Physics में Master’s Degree अथवा Engineering/Computer Science Degree + electronic computer पर actual programming/operation का 1 वर्ष experience।
OR Route B: Mathematics (with Statistics)/Physics/Statistics में Bachelor’s Degree + Electronic Computer operation का 7 वर्ष experience, जिसमें actual programming experience शामिल हो।
Desirable: recognized institution से computer programming/system design/analysis training और एक या अधिक programming languages का knowledge।

Age Limit & Relaxation

- Permanent PGIMER Chandigarh employees: 10 years; applicant की maximum age prescribed retirement/superannuation date से कम-से-कम 2 वर्ष कम होनी चाहिए।
- Ex-Servicemen Group A/B: prescribed conditions पर 5 years; Group C: actual military service deduct करने के बाद resultant age upper limit से 3 years से अधिक नहीं होनी चाहिए.
- Widow/Divorced/Judicially Separated Women not remarried: UR up to 35, OBC up to 38, SC/ST up to 40 years.
- J&K domicile candidates: UR 5, OBC 8, SC/ST 10 years.
- Defence Personnel disabled in operations: UR 5, OBC 8, SC/ST 10 years.

PwBD और Central Govt departmental relaxation को club नहीं किया जाएगा; जो अधिक beneficial हो वही मिलेगा। PwBD candidate की maximum age relaxation के बाद 56 years से अधिक नहीं हो सकती। Reserved-category candidate यदि UR vacancy पर concession/relaxation लेता है तो UR merit consideration के नियम लागू होंगे। DOB केवल Matric/Secondary certificate से मानी जाएगी।
Reservation & Certificate Conditions
OBC-NCL certificate Central List के अनुसार होना चाहिए और 01.04.2026 से 19.10.2026 के बीच issued होना चाहिए; Annexure-II declaration DV के समय देना होगा। EWS Income & Asset Certificate भी 01.04.2026 से 19.10.2026 के बीच prescribed format में होना चाहिए और FY 2025-26 income basis पर valid for 2026-27 होगा। EWS के लिए family gross annual income ₹8 lakh से कम और prescribed property limits के भीतर होना जरूरी है। PwBD fee concession/age relaxation के लिए benchmark disability minimum 40% है; final disability suitability Institute Medical Board verify कर सकता है।

- CBT English language only होगा।
- प्रत्येक question 1 mark का।
- Negative marking: हर गलत answer पर 0.25 mark।
- Qualifying: General/EWS 40%; SC/ST/OBC 35%। PwBD के लिए संबंधित caste category का qualifying standard। UR post पर reserved-category applicant के लिए 40%।
- Group B/C में interview नहीं; final merit CBT marks पर होगी, subject to eligibility/skill test where applicable.
- Group A में CBT 85 + Interview 15 marks।
Syllabus / पाठ्यक्रम
Official syllabus status: Notification में अलग chapter-wise/topic-wise syllabus सूची नहीं दी गई है। Official rule के अनुसार online CBT का syllabus संबंधित post की prescribed educational qualification / professional course और prescribed experience के अनुरूप होगा और उन topics से questions आ सकते हैं जिन्हें candidate ने उस qualification/professional course में पढ़ा या practice किया है। इसलिए source से बाहर कोई unofficial topic-list नहीं जोड़ी गई है।
Tie-Break Rule
- कम wrong answers / कम negative marks वाला candidate higher.
- फिर earlier Date of Birth वाला higher.
- फिर 10+2 में higher aggregate percentage.
- फिर Matric/10th में higher aggregate percentage.
PwBD Scribe & Compensatory Time
Eligible PwBD candidates को prescribed Government guidelines के अनुसार scribe/reader/lab assistant और extra time मिल सकता है। Blindness, both-arm locomotor disability और cerebral palsy categories के लिए request online form में करनी होगी; अन्य eligible disabilities में competent Government medical authority का writing-limitation certificate आवश्यक है। Candidate को scribe स्वयं arrange करना होगा और online form के साथ संबंधित details भरकर aorcpgi@gmail.com पर advance intimation देनी होगी। Scribe कम-से-कम matriculate या concerned post qualification से one-step below होना चाहिए। Eligible candidates को 20 minutes per hour compensatory time मिलेगा; test एक घंटे से कम हो तो pro-rata, minimum 5 minutes और multiples of 5।

- Personal details, qualification, experience और documents sections पूरा करें।
- Mandatory documents upload करें और final submit के बाद online fee pay करें।
- Application printout अपने record के लिए रखें।
Photograph: clear colour photo, light background, JPEG, 50–80 KB; photo 01 June 2026 या उसके बाद का होना चाहिए और उस पर candidate name व photo date साफ दिखनी चाहिए। Final submission के बाद correction नहीं होगा। यदि form गलत भरा है तो अलग mobile/email से fresh registration किया जा सकता है, लेकिन पुराने fee का refund नहीं मिलेगा।
Employment में candidates को proper channel से application forward करनी होगी; hard copy Administrative Officer, Recruitment Cell तक online application closing date के 10 days के भीतर पहुंचनी चाहिए।
Documents Required
Matric onward educational certificates/marksheets, DOB proof, category certificate, PwBD certificate, experience certificates, NOC जहाँ applicable, और अन्य relevant supporting documents online upload करने होंगे। DV के समय originals प्रस्तुत करने होंगे।

Document Verification / Final Selection Rules
Shortlisted applications uploaded documents के आधार पर scrutinize होंगी। Experience certificate closing date तक dated, competent authority issued और period/nature of duties/pay scale आदि स्पष्ट दिखाने वाला होना चाहिए। Group B/C final selection CBT merit पर और Group A final selection CBT + Interview पर होगी, subject to eligibility, DV and applicable skill test। यदि किसी category की vacancy scrutiny/DV के बाद पूरी नहीं भरती, Institute discretion से merit order में additional qualified candidates को एक और बार बुला सकता है।
Admit Card / Objection / Re-evaluation Rules
Admit Card approximately one week before exam login से download होगा; post से नहीं भेजा जाएगा। Answer-sheet re-check/re-evaluation का provision नहीं है। Question/answer-key concerns exam date से 3 days के भीतर examcell.pgimer@gmail.com पर लिखित representation द्वारा भेजे जा सकते हैं।
General Conditions / Disqualification
Eligibility provisional है; false/incorrect information, incomplete documents, unfair means, impersonation, canvassing या other misconduct पर candidature cancel/debar/criminal action हो सकता है। Candidate good mental and bodily health में होना चाहिए और appointment prescribed medical fitness के अधीन है। Marriage-related disqualification Central Government rules के अनुसार लागू होगी।
