संबंधित Engineering Diploma/B.E./B.Tech तथा notification में निर्धारित branch qualification रखने वाले उम्मीदवार post-wise eligibility के अनुसार आवेदन कर सकते हैं।

Reservation
SC, ST, OBC-NCL और EWS reservation applicable vacancies पर Central Government rules तथा notified vacancy table के अनुसार लागू है।
OBC-NCL certificate prescribed format में 01 April 2026 से application closing date 13 September 2026 के बीच issued होना चाहिए और caste Central OBC List में होना चाहिए। DV पर prescribed self-declaration भी देना होगा।
EBC केवल examination-fee concession के लिए है और EWS/OBC job reservation category नहीं है। PwBD suitability प्रत्येक post के लिए Annexure-A में अलग दी गई है।
How to Apply
- RRB application portal पर account बनाएं; पहले से RRB account है तो उसी credentials से login करें.
- केवल एक RRB चुनें और eligibility के अनुसार Railway/PU तथा posts की preferences भरें.
- Application details, live photograph, signature और applicable documents/details पूरा करके online fee pay करें.
- Final submission से पहले details verify करें और submitted application/registration details सुरक्षित रखें.

Document Verification में जरूरी दस्तावेज
- सभी applicable original certificates/documents और उनकी दो sets self-attested photocopies.
- Educational Qualification certificates/marksheets तथा DOB proof.
- Applicable SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS/ExSM/PwBD certificates prescribed format में.
- OBC-NCL candidates के लिए prescribed certificate और self-declaration.
- Government/PSU serving candidates के लिए employer NOC.
- जहाँ certificate Hindi/English में नहीं है, वहाँ self-attested Hindi/English translated version.
- DV से पहले prescribed portal पर true-colour scanned Photo एवं Signature upload करना होगा.
Medical Standard
Post-wise medical standard Annexure-A में A-3, B-1, B-2 या C-1 आदि के रूप में निर्धारित है। Candidate को चुने गए post का prescribed Railway medical fitness standard पूरा करना होगा। Medical unsuitable होने पर alternative appointment नहीं दिया जाएगा।
A-3: Distance Vision 6/9, 6/9 with/without glasses (lens power maximum 2D), Near Vision Sn 0.6/0.6 तथा Colour, Binocular, Night और Mesopic Vision tests.
B-1: Distance Vision 6/9, 6/12 with/without glasses (maximum 4D), required close work के लिए Near Vision Sn 0.6/0.6 तथा Colour, Binocular, Night और Mesopic Vision tests.
C-1: Distance Vision 6/12, 6/18 with/without glasses तथा required close work के लिए Near Vision Sn 0.6/0.6.
Scribe Rules
- Eligible candidates application में scribe option चुन सकते हैं.
- Own scribe को RRB portal पर OTR registration करना होगा.
- Scribe details 26–30 September 2026 के prescribed window में submit करनी होंगी.
- एक scribe same CEN में केवल एक candidate को assist कर सकता है.
- Candidate same CEN में दूसरे candidate का scribe नहीं बन सकता.
- Own scribe की educational qualification candidate की qualification से one step below होनी चाहिए.
- Eligible candidates को 20 minutes per hour compensatory time मिल सकता है.
Final Merit / Shortlisting Rules
CBT-I screening stage है। CBT-I normalized marks के आधार पर CBT-II के लिए सामान्यतः community-wise notified vacancies के 15 times candidates shortlist होंगे। DV और Medical के लिए RRB-wise shortlisting 1:1 vacancy ratio पर CBT merit के आधार पर होगी। Final post/Railway allotment merit, reservation, candidate preference, medical fitness और उपलब्ध vacancy के अनुसार होगा।
Training / Appointment Conditions
Selected candidates को जहाँ prescribed हो training करनी होगी और training period में applicable stipend दिया जाएगा। Appointment संबंधित Railway Administration द्वारा eligibility, medical fitness, vacancy और अन्य applicable conditions पूरी होने के बाद जारी किया जाएगा। जहाँ आवश्यक हो Security/Indemnity Bond execute करना पड़ सकता है।
