Document Verification: अभ्यर्थियों के original documents के आधार पर eligibility, age, category/reservation, qualification और application में भरी गई details की जांच की जाएगी।
Original Documents Required: Candidate को DV/PST के समय अपने सभी जरूरी original certificates और documents साथ लेकर जाना होगा। Uploaded documents और original documents का मिलान किया जाएगा।
Physical Standards:
Male candidates के लिए height/category के अनुसार माप होगी। General/OBC/SC male candidates के लिए height 168 cm और ST male candidates के लिए 160 cm बताई गई है। Chest measurement भी category के अनुसार check होगा और chest expansion minimum 5 cm जरूरी है।

Appeal / Objection: अगर कोई candidate physical measurement से संतुष्ट नहीं है, तो उसी दिन appeal/objection दे सकता है। ऐसे candidates का measurement nominated officer की उपस्थिति में दोबारा कराया जा सकता है।
Old Measurement Not Valid: किसी previous recruitment/enrolment या किसी government/private institution से कराई गई height/chest measurement इस enrolment में valid नहीं मानी जाएगी। Current DV/PST team द्वारा की गई measurement ही मान्य होगी।
Wrong Document Warning: अगर कोई document गलत, forged, edited या suspicious पाया जाता है, तो candidate की candidature cancel हो सकती है और नियम के अनुसार आगे की कार्रवाई भी हो सकती है।
General Instruction: Candidate को admit card में दिए गए date, time और place पर उपस्थित होना होगा। किसी valid reason से candidate उपस्थित नहीं हो पाता है, तो notice के अनुसार nodal officer को request दी जा सकती है, लेकिन final/reserve date के बाद कोई अलग मौका नहीं दिया जाएगा।
