Age Relaxation
- SC/ST: reserved positions के लिए up to 5 years.
- OBC-NCL: reserved positions के लिए up to 3 years.
- UR-PwBD: up to 10 years; PwBD-SC/ST: up to 15 years; PwBD-OBC-NCL: up to 13 years, applicable reserved vacancies के अनुसार.
- Ex-Servicemen / dependents of those killed or disabled in action: Government of India guidelines के अनुसार.
- 01/01/1980 से 31/12/1989 के बीच जम्मू-कश्मीर में ordinarily domiciled candidates: 5 years.

Common Eligibility Conditions
- Essential qualification full-time regular basis पर minimum 60% marks के साथ होनी चाहिए; CA/CMA पर 60% condition लागू नहीं है।
- Part-time, correspondence, distance learning, online या evening classes mode की qualification eligible नहीं है।
- Required qualification/result cut-off date 31/07/2026 तक acquired होना चाहिए; final-year/result-awaited candidates eligible नहीं हैं।
- Higher technical/professional qualification रखने वाला candidate तभी eligible होगा जब advertised essential qualification भी रखता हो।
- CGPA/OGPA/letter grade होने पर University/Institute conversion norm/formula देना होगा।
- PG Degree/Diploma में specialization mention न होने पर relevant specialization certificate produce करना होगा।
- Work experience relevant qualification के बाद का और in-line executive experience होना चाहिए।
- Management Trainee/Graduate Engineer Trainee experience तभी count होगा जब candidate उसी company में regularize हुआ हो।
- Apprenticeship training post-qualification executive experience में count नहीं होगी।
- Empanelled agency/contractor के through contract experience count नहीं होगा; organization में direct work experience including fixed-term employment considered हो सकता है।
- Chemical and Fertilizer Industry में in-line executive experience को preference दी जाएगी। Computer literacy सभी candidates के लिए desirable है।

इसके अलावा IDA, Basic Pay का 35% अन्य allowances, Company Accommodation/HRA (applicable rules के अनुसार), leave/EL encashment, medical facilities, contributory PF, gratuity, group personal accident insurance, DCPS, PRP तथा अन्य welfare benefits मिल सकते हैं। Addl. CMO/CMO को rules के अनुसार Basic Pay का 20% NPA भी payable है।

Private sector अथवा ऐसे organizations जिनकी pay scales RFCL scale से match नहीं करतीं, उन्हें cut-off date पर employer proof/certificate के साथ निम्न minimum CTC satisfy करना होगा:

Reservation & Certificate Conditions
- SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS/PwBD reservation notified vacancies और Government of India rules के अनुसार लागू होगा।
- OBC-NCL claim के लिए Government of India common list और latest prescribed certificate आवश्यक है; interview के समय OBC-NCL self-declaration भी देना होगा। Creamy Layer candidates OBC reservation के पात्र नहीं हैं और UR माने जाएंगे।
- EWS appointment prescribed Income & Asset Certificate verification के अधीन होगी; EWS vacancies Government directives/litigation outcome के अधीन tentative हैं।
- PwBD reservation horizontal inter-locking basis पर है और केवल identified posts/categories में benchmark disability candidates के लिए है। Benchmark disability के लिए prescribed competent-authority certificate आवश्यक है।
- Caste/PwBD certificate prescribed Government of India proforma में देना होगा। English/Hindi के अलावा अन्य language में certificate हो तो self-certified bona fide translated copy English या Hindi में upload करनी होगी।
Selection Process
- Online application और hard-copy documents की scrutiny की जाएगी।
- Eligibility satisfy करने वाले candidates को provisionally shortlist करके Personal Interview के लिए बुलाया जाएगा।
- अगर applications बहुत अधिक प्राप्त होते हैं तो interview shortlisting के लिए Delhi-NCR और/or अन्य city में Computer Based Test (CBT) कराया जा सकता है।
- Personal Interview में minimum average 50% marks qualify करना आवश्यक है।
- Interview के बाद equal total marks होने पर qualifying examination percentage higher candidate को preference; वह भी equal होने पर older date of birth वाला candidate merit में senior होगा।
CBT होने की स्थिति में test के लिए TA/boarding/lodging नहीं मिलेगा। Interview के लिए E-5 to E-8 candidates को prescribed rules के अनुसार single return economy air fare/AC-I/Executive Chair Car/road mileage और E-1 to E-4 को shortest route का to-and-fro single AC-II rail fare eligible documents/receipts पर reimburse किया जा सकता है।
RFCL Exam Pattern 2026
Official Status: Notification में CBT के प्रश्नों की संख्या, कुल marks, duration, negative marking, subject-wise pattern या detailed marking scheme घोषित नहीं की गई है। CBT केवल large number of applications की स्थिति में interview shortlisting के लिए आयोजित किया जा सकता है। यदि CBT कराने का निर्णय होता है तो उसकी modalities RFCL की official Careers section पर अलग से जारी की जाएंगी।
RFCL Syllabus 2026
Official Syllabus Status: Advertisement No. Rectt/01/2026 में कोई detailed CBT syllabus/topic list जारी नहीं की गई है। इसलिए किसी unofficial/expected syllabus को official syllabus के रूप में नहीं जोड़ा गया है। RFCL अगर CBT आयोजित करता है तो test modalities/syllabus से जुड़ी official information Careers section पर जारी की जाएगी।
How to Apply
- RFCL official recruitment portal पर 26/08/2026 08:00 HRS से 24/09/2026 17:00 HRS के बीच online application submit करें।
- एक candidate एक post के लिए केवल एक application दे सकता है। Details final submission से पहले edit/modify की जा सकती हैं; final submission के बाद change नहीं होगा।
- Applicable application fee online mode में pay करें।
- Submitted online application का printout लें और educational qualification, experience, caste/PwBD आदि सभी requisite supporting documents की self-attested copies साथ लगाएँ।
- Sealed envelope पर “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF ……………………………………… IN RFCL – 01/2026” लिखें।

Future Recruitment Stages
➜ Shortlisted candidates को interview के समय original certificates/testimonials और applicable NOC प्रस्तुत करना होगा। Central/State Government, Quasi-Government, PSU/Autonomous Body employees के लिए NOC rules notification के अनुसार लागू होंगे।
➜ Final appointment medical fitness, degree/testimonial, character & antecedent और caste/PwBD certificate verification के अधीन होगी।
