इस भर्ती में Graduate, B.Sc., Engineering Degree/Diploma, Library Science और संबंधित अनुभव रखने वाले उम्मीदवार post-wise eligibility के अनुसार आवेदन कर सकते हैं।
Online आवेदन 25 अगस्त 2026 से SAMARTH Recruitment Portal पर शुरू हो चुके हैं। आवेदन की अंतिम तिथि 24 सितंबर 2026 शाम 05:00 बजे तक है।

Pay Level को 7th Central Pay Commission के corresponding Pay Level या equivalent के रूप में माना जाएगा। Applicable allowances IIT (BHU) rules के अनुसार मिलेंगे। Advertisement में monthly in-hand salary की कोई fixed राशि नहीं दी गई है।
Selection Process
IIT (BHU) ने इस Advertisement में सभी posts के लिए कोई एक fixed और final stage-wise selection sequence घोषित नहीं किया है।
- Applications की screening और shortlisting qualification, suitability, experience आदि के आधार पर की जा सकती है।
- Institute advertised minimum eligibility से अधिक stringent shortlisting criteria लागू कर सकता है।
- Higher qualification और merit वाले applicants को preference दी जा सकती है।
- Shortlisted candidates को applicable Screening Test / Written Test / Presentation / Group Discussion / Personal Interview आदि का schedule registered e-mail पर बाद में भेजा जाएगा।
- इन सभी listed methods को प्रत्येक post के लिए अनिवार्य stage मानना सही नहीं होगा; applicable stage Institute बाद में बताएगा।
- Mere eligibility से selection process/interview के लिए बुलाए जाने का अधिकार नहीं मिलता।
Exam Pattern
Advertisement No. 03/2026-27 में post-wise questions, marks, duration, negative marking, qualifying marks या detailed examination scheme घोषित नहीं की गई है। इसलिए कोई अनुमानित exam pattern नहीं जोड़ा गया है।
Syllabus / पाठ्यक्रम
इस Detailed Advertisement में Screening/Written Test का कोई official detailed syllabus या subject-wise syllabus नहीं दिया गया है। IIT (BHU) द्वारा syllabus/examination scheme अलग से जारी होने पर उसी official notice के अनुसार update किया जाना चाहिए। कोई unofficial syllabus यहाँ नहीं जोड़ा गया है।
Reservation & Important Eligibility Conditions
- Reservation Government of India Rules के अनुसार लागू होगा।
- SC/ST/OBC certificates GOI prescribed format में होने चाहिए।
- Reserved OBC post के applicant को Competent Authority का Non-Creamy Layer certificate देना होगा।
- OBC certificate छह महीने से अधिक पुराना नहीं होना चाहिए।
- Institute SC/ST/OBC के लिए Central List follow करता है।
- PwBD/special-ability candidates के relaxation और concessions Government of India reservation policy तथा subsequent directives के अनुसार होंगे।
- Degree recognized University/Institute से awarded होनी चाहिए।
How to Apply
- SAMARTH Recruitment Portal पर New Registration/Login करके संबंधित Advertisement No. 03/2026-27 के लिए online application भरें।
- Post-wise qualification, experience और supporting details सही भरें; final submission के बाद correction/modification की अनुमति नहीं है।
- Applicable application fee online payment gateway से जमा करें और final submitted application का printout सुरक्षित रखें।
- Submitted application printout तथा relevant supporting documents sealed envelope में Speed Post द्वारा The Registrar, IIT (BHU), Varanasi – 221005 भेजें। Envelope पर Application Form Number, Advertisement Number तथा Post Name और Post Code लिखना आवश्यक है।
General Instruction No. 16 के अनुसार final online application printout, self-attested supporting documents तथा Employer/Cadre Controlling Authority certification को prescribed condition के अनुसार Proper Channel से application की last date के बाद 7 दिनों के भीतर Registrar को forward किया जाना है। Prescribed समय में employer/cadre controlling authority द्वारा forward न होने पर application आगे की selection process में consider न की जा सकती है।

भविष्य के चरणों में काम आने वाली जानकारी
Selection Schedule और Official Communication
Screening Test, Written Test, Presentation, Group Discussion, Personal Interview आदि का applicable schedule shortlisted candidates को उनके registered e-mail पर भेजा जाएगा। इसके लिए अलग hard-copy letter भेजने की बात Advertisement में नहीं है।
Government / Institutional Employees के लिए NOC
Government, Semi-Government Organizations, Autonomous Bodies या Educational Institutions में कार्यरत applicants को online application के समय NOC और Vigilance Clearance upload करना चाहिए। ऐसा न होने पर उन्हें ये documents interview के समय प्रस्तुत करने होंगे।
Experience Certificate
Experience claim करने के लिए certificate prescribed Annexure-A format में होना चाहिए। इसमें organization, post held, service period, nature of appointment, field of experience, pay level/salary, duties performed, place of posting तथा nature of work जैसी details मांगी गई हैं।
Shortlisted / Non-Shortlisted List और Representation
Shortlisting complete होने के बाद application numbers और non-shortlisting reason IIT (BHU) recruitment website पर जारी किए जाएंगे। Representation, यदि कोई हो, list publication की date से 5 दिनों के भीतर prescribed recruitment e-mail पर भेजना होगा।
Probation / Appointment Conditions
Appointments regular terms पर probation period के साथ की जा सकती हैं और Institute norms लागू होंगे। Institute qualification, experience तथा selection performance के आधार पर regular post की जगह contract basis पर post offer करने का अधिकार भी सुरक्षित रखता है।
