Airports Authority of India (AAI) ने Manager और Junior Executive के कुल 389 पदों पर भर्ती के लिए विस्तृत विज्ञापन जारी किया है।
अलग-अलग पदों के लिए Engineering, Finance, Law, Architecture, IT, MBA और संबंधित विषयों की योग्यता रखने वाले उम्मीदवार आवेदन कर सकते हैं।
Manager पदों के लिए संबंधित क्षेत्र में 3 वर्ष का अनुभव जरूरी है, जबकि Junior Executive पदों के लिए अनुभव अनिवार्य नहीं है।
ऑनलाइन आवेदन अभी शुरू नहीं हुए हैं; आवेदन 08 अगस्त 2026 से शुरू होकर 07 सितंबर 2026 तक स्वीकार किए जाएंगे।

EWS Certificate
Financial Year 2026-27 के लिए वैध Income & Asset Certificate आवश्यक है।
SC / ST Certificate
सक्षम प्राधिकारी द्वारा 07 सितंबर 2026 या उससे पहले जारी होना चाहिए।
PwBD Certificate
07 सितंबर 2026 या उससे पहले जारी, Central Government format में तथा UDID/Swavalamban system के अनुरूप होना चाहिए।
Eligibility Criteria
1. Manager (Engg-Civil)
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology in Civil.
Experience: Civil Engineering क्षेत्र में 3 वर्ष का post-qualification experience.
2. Manager (Engg-Elect)
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology in Electrical.
Experience: Electrical Engineering क्षेत्र में 3 वर्ष का post-qualification experience.
3. Manager (Finance)
Qualification: MBA with specialization in Finance या PG Diploma in Management with specialization in Finance या Cost Accountant या Chartered Accountant या Chartered Financial Analyst.
Experience: Finance and Accounts में 3 वर्ष, साथ में SAP जैसे ERP में automation और financial processing का कार्य अनुभव।
4. Manager (Information Technology)
Qualification: Full-time regular B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT या Electronics; अथवा full-time regular MCA.
Experience: Database Administration, Data Centre/Networking, ERP Administration, Data Analytics, Software Application Development as Team Lead या Web Development/Maintenance as Team Lead में 3 वर्ष।
5. Manager (Architecture)
Qualification: Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture तथा Council of Architecture में Registration.
Experience: Architecture क्षेत्र में 3 वर्ष।
6. Manager (Law)
Qualification: Graduation के बाद 3 वर्षीय regular Professional Degree in Law या 10+2 के बाद 5 वर्षीय integrated regular Law course.
उम्मीदवार भारत में practice के लिए Bar Council of India में Advocate के रूप में enrolment हेतु eligible हो।
Experience: Law क्षेत्र में 3 वर्ष।
7. Manager (Fire Services)
Qualification: Full-time regular B.E./B.Tech in Fire Engineering, Mechanical Engineering या Automobile Engineering.
Experience: Fire Services क्षेत्र में 3 वर्ष।
8. Manager (Operations)
Qualification: Science Graduate तथा 2 वर्षीय full-time regular MBA; अथवा full-time regular Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology.
Experience: Airport Operations में 3 वर्ष—Airside Operations, Terminal Management, Airline Operations, Ground Handling Operations आदि।
अनिवार्य: Permanent Light Motor Vehicle Licence. Temporary/Learning Licence स्वीकार नहीं होगा।
9. Manager (Commercial)
Qualification: Graduate तथा 2 वर्षीय full-time regular MBA with Marketing specialization; अथवा full-time regular Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology.
Experience: Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Real Estate Leasing, Contracts या Procurement में 3 वर्ष।
10. Manager (Corporate Planning & Management Services)
Qualification: Post Graduate in Mathematical Statistics, Operation Research, Statistics, Applied Statistics, Economics with Statistics या Mathematics with Statistics from a UGC-recognized university.
Experience: Economics, Statistics या Operation Research में 3 वर्ष।
11. Manager (Corporate Communications)
Qualification: Full-time regular Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Journalism या Literature (Hindi/English), साथ में Journalism, Mass Media या Mass Communication में Post Graduate Degree अथवा 2 वर्षीय full-time regular Diploma.
Experience: Corporate Communication/Public Relations में 3 वर्ष—content creation, media planning, press relations, branding, digital/social media, corporate image building और event management आदि।
12. Junior Executive (Finance)
Qualification: MBA Finance, PG Diploma in Management with Finance specialization, Cost Accountant, Chartered Accountant या Chartered Financial Analyst.

13. Junior Executive (Law)

- न्यूनतम अंक केवल संबंधित course के pass marks हैं।
- Degree/Diploma/Certificate मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय या संस्थान से होना चाहिए।
- UGC-recognized university के Open/Distance qualification तथा लागू स्थिति में AICTE-approved course मान्य होंगे।
- Law qualification Bar Council of India द्वारा recognized संस्थान से होनी चाहिए।
Result, CGPA एवं Specialization
- Required qualification का final result 07 सितंबर 2026 तक घोषित होना चाहिए।
- CGPA/Grade को university के नियम के अनुसार percentage में बदलना होगा और conversion proof देना होगा।
- Specialization degree/marksheet पर स्पष्ट न होने पर Registrar अथवा degree-issuing authority का clarification certificate देना होगा।
- Integrated Master’s के मामले में Bachelor’s component का प्रमाण देना होगा, जहाँ लागू हो।

No subject or topic has therefore been added without an official source.
How to Apply
- 08 अगस्त 2026 से AAI Careers page पर उपलब्ध official application link खोलकर New Registration करें।
- व्यक्तिगत, शैक्षणिक, अनुभव और category details भरकर सही Post Code चुनें। एक से अधिक पदों के लिए अलग आवेदन करें।
- Photo, live photograph, signature, thumb impression और handwritten declaration निर्धारित format में upload करें तथा लागू शुल्क जमा करें।
- Final Submit से पहले पूरा form जांचें और submission के बाद application print तथा e-receipt सुरक्षित रखें। इन्हें AAI को डाक से भेजने की आवश्यकता नहीं है।

हाल की रंगीन फोटो, 3 महीने से अधिक पुरानी नहीं।

Application Verification एवं Interview Documents
- उम्मीदवार को निर्धारित तारीख पर सभी original documents, valid photo identity proof और self-attested photocopies का एक set लाना होगा।
- Date of Birth, qualification, specialization, marks/CGPA conversion, experience, category, PwBD, EWS, OBC (NCL), SC/ST तथा अन्य claim के supporting certificates प्रस्तुत करने होंगे।
- Application में भरी जानकारी और original documents में अंतर मिलने पर candidature निरस्त हो सकती है।
- Document प्रस्तुत करने के लिए अतिरिक्त समय देना AAI के लिए अनिवार्य नहीं होगा।
- Experience certificate में designation, कार्य की अवधि, nature of duties और organization details स्पष्ट होनी चाहिए।
Government / PSU Employees के लिए NOC
Central Government, State Government, Autonomous Body या PSU में कार्यरत उम्मीदवार को Application Verification/Interview के समय वर्तमान employer का No Objection Certificate प्रस्तुत करना होगा।
Scribe एवं Compensatory Time Rules
- Visually impaired candidates को magnifying font की सुविधा दी जा सकती है।
- RPwD Act की Section 2(r) के अंतर्गत Benchmark Disability और writing limitation वाले पात्र उम्मीदवार scribe सुविधा ले सकते हैं। Blindness, Both Arms affected और Cerebral Palsy वाले उम्मीदवार आवश्यकता होने पर scribe ले सकते हैं।
- अन्य disability categories के उम्मीदवारों को Government Health Institution के Chief Medical Officer, Civil Surgeon या Medical Superintendent से निर्धारित certificate देना होगा।
- Section 2(s) के अंतर्गत 40% से कम disability लेकिन लिखने में कठिनाई वाले उम्मीदवार को notified competent medical authority का निर्धारित certificate देना होगा।
- Scribe की आवश्यकता online application में पहले ही चुननी होगी। बाद में किया गया अनुरोध स्वीकार होना सुनिश्चित नहीं है।
- उम्मीदवार अपना scribe स्वयं और अपने खर्च पर ला सकता है। Scribe की qualification उम्मीदवार की qualification से एक step नीचे तथा अलग academic stream में होनी चाहिए।
- Scribe उसी examination का candidate नहीं होना चाहिए और एक scribe एक से अधिक उम्मीदवारों के लिए कार्य नहीं कर सकता।
- निर्धारित undertaking और medical certificate परीक्षा केंद्र पर प्रस्तुत करना होगा।
- Eligible candidates को प्रति परीक्षा घंटे 20 मिनट compensatory time मिलेगा।
Manager (Fire Services): Physical, Driving, Training एवं Bond
- Application Verification के बाद Physical Measurement Test होगा।
- इसके बाद Driving Test आयोजित किया जाएगा।
- Physical Endurance Test में Running, Casualty Carrying/Sandbag Carrying, Pole Climbing, Rope Climbing और Full Ladder Climbing तथा Descending जैसे events शामिल होंगे।
- सभी qualifying tests पास करने वाले उम्मीदवार ही Interview में जाएंगे।
Exact physical standards AAI द्वारा अलग Press Note में घोषित किए जाएंगे; विस्तृत विज्ञापन में numerical standards नहीं दिए गए हैं।
- Application Verification के समय Permanent Light Motor Vehicle Licence प्रस्तुत करना आवश्यक है।
- चयन के बाद induction से 2 वर्ष के अंदर Heavy Vehicle Driving Licence प्राप्त करना होगा।
- समय पर Heavy Vehicle Driving Licence प्राप्त न करने पर promotion और तीसरे annual increment से आगे के लाभ प्रभावित होंगे।
- चयनित उम्मीदवारों को निर्धारित Fire Services Training करनी होगी। Training अवधि में basic pay और लागू allowances मिलेंगे।
- उम्मीदवार को training पूरी होने के बाद कम-से-कम 3 वर्ष AAI में सेवा देने के लिए ₹5 लाख का Surety Bond भरना होगा।
Medical Standards
- नियुक्ति AAI के निर्धारित medical fitness standards पूरी करने पर निर्भर होगी।
- Post Code 3 Manager (Finance) और Post Code 12 Junior Executive (Finance) को छोड़कर अन्य पदों में Colour Blindness या Night Blindness मिलने पर उम्मीदवार को अनुपयुक्त घोषित किया जा सकता है।
- PwBD candidates की suitability संबंधित post की identified disability category और functional requirements के अनुसार जांची जाएगी।
- Medical examination का खर्च उम्मीदवार को स्वयं वहन करना होगा।
Biometric Verification एवं Examination Conduct
- CBT और बाद के stages पर biometric data लिया और verify किया जा सकता है।
- उम्मीदवार एक ही post की examination में केवल एक बार उपस्थित हो सकता है।
- Impersonation, unfair means, forged document, गलत जानकारी, canvassing या prohibited electronic device के उपयोग पर candidature रद्द की जा सकती है।
- नियुक्ति के बाद ऐसी irregularity मिलने पर service भी समाप्त की जा सकती है।
Final Merit, Offer Letter एवं Posting
- जहाँ Interview लागू है, provisional merit CBT और Interview performance के आधार पर बनेगी, subject to qualifying tests, eligibility और document verification।
- CBT कई sessions में होने पर scores equate/normalize किए जा सकते हैं।
- नियुक्ति character, antecedent और अन्य background verification के अधीन होगी।
- Offer of Appointment registered email और/या AAI website के माध्यम से जारी किया जा सकता है।
- चयनित उम्मीदवार को भारत में AAI के किसी भी office, airport या establishment में नियुक्त किया जा सकता है।
अन्य महत्वपूर्ण Official Conditions
- AAI आवश्यकता के अनुसार recruitment process, vacancies, selection stages या schedule को modify, restrict, enlarge अथवा cancel कर सकता है।
- सभी corrigendum, syllabus, exam schedule और subsequent notices केवल AAI website पर प्रकाशित किए जाएंगे; उम्मीदवार नियमित रूप से website और registered email जांचें।
- विज्ञापन के अलग language versions में अंतर होने पर English version प्रभावी होगा।
- किसी legal dispute का jurisdiction Delhi होगा।
