Arithmetic: UR 5 + SC 3 + OBC 1 = 9। FED(OG) और CMTD(OG) पद PwBD के लिए suitable नहीं माने गए हैं। Vacancies subject to variation हैं।
Application Fee
₹350 + applicable taxes/charges। SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen और Women candidates को fee exemption है। लेकिन Central Government civil employment में Ex-Servicemen reservation benefit लेकर regular employment पा चुके ESM को fee waiver नहीं मिलेगा। Multiple posts के लिए अलग-अलग application और अलग fee देनी होगी। Paid fee refundable/adjustable नहीं है।
Age Limit & Relaxation
- Age: 18–27 वर्ष।
- Crucial date: online application की closing date यानी 14 सितंबर 2026।
- DOB proof के लिए Matriculation/SSC certificate ही स्वीकार होगा।
- ST: upper age limit में 5 वर्ष, केवल reserved post पर लागू।
- PwBD: 10 वर्ष।
- Departmental candidates: closing date पर Central Government में कम-से-कम 3 वर्ष regular और continuous service होने पर 40 वर्ष तक; ST departmental candidate 45 वर्ष तक। यह concession तभी जब past service संबंधित post duties के efficient discharge में useful हो।
- Age relaxation claim के लिए online form में relevant category सही भरना जरूरी है। Central Government employee को मांगे जाने पर NOC और prescribed service certificate देना होगा।
Eligibility Criteria
Construction Assistant ‘A’ – Fitter
- 10th/SSC pass under 10+2 system।
- Required Fitter trade में ITI / National Apprentice Certificate (NAC) या equivalent।
- Required trade में 2 वर्ष experience।
Construction Handler – Electrician
- 10th/SSC pass under 10+2 system।
- Recognised ITI से required Electrician trade certificate।
Fire Engine Driver (Ordinary Grade)
- Heavy Motor Vehicle का valid driving licence।
- Motor mechanism का knowledge; minor defects हटाने की क्षमता।
- Heavy motor vehicle driving का कम-से-कम 3 वर्ष experience।
- Recognised Board से 10th pass।
- Physically fit और strenuous duties करने में सक्षम।
Civilian Motor Transport Driver (Ordinary Grade)
- Motor cars और Light Motor Vehicles का valid driving licence।
- Motor mechanism knowledge तथा minor defects हटाने की क्षमता।
- Motor car driving का कम-से-कम 3 वर्ष experience।
- Recognised Board से 10th pass।
- Desirable: Heavy Vehicle valid driving licence।
Eligibility—age, qualification और experience—closing date पर निर्धारित होगी। केवल higher qualification prescribed essential qualification का substitute नहीं है और additional qualification के लिए weightage नहीं मिलेगा। Candidate Indian Citizen होना चाहिए।

- Construction Handler: Level-1

Posts All India Service Liability carry करते हैं; promotional avenues applicable Recruitment Rules और Government orders के अनुसार होंगे।
Selection Process
- Online applications की provisional screening।
- सभी posts के लिए Computer Based Test (CBT)।
- CA‘A’ और CH के लिए Endurance/Skill Test नहीं।
- FED(OG): CBT merit से कम-से-कम 1:15 ratio में Endurance Test; qualify करने पर Skill Test। दोनों qualifying nature।
- CMTD(OG): CBT merit से कम-से-कम 1:15 ratio में Skill Test; Endurance Test नहीं। Skill Test qualifying nature।
- Final provisional merit सभी posts में CBT merit पर; FED/CMTD के लिए applicable qualifying tests pass करना जरूरी।
- Documents verification, medical examination और Government/Appointing Authority requirements के बाद provisional appointment।
1:15 shortlisting ratio organisational requirement के अनुसार बढ़/घट सकता है। किसी stage पर re-evaluation/re-checking का provision नहीं है।
Exam Pattern
CBT bilingual Hindi/English होगा, General English को छोड़कर। अवधि 120 मिनट, कुल 100 प्रश्न।

Qualifying marks: UR 35%, OBC 30%, अन्य सभी categories 25%। Notification में CBT negative marking का कोई rule नहीं दिया गया है, इसलिए कोई negative-marking claim नहीं जोड़ा गया है। Multiple shifts में CBT होने पर scores normalise होंगे।

CBT questions essential qualification के commensurate level के होंगे और notification के अनुसार subject के लिए special study की आवश्यकता नहीं है।
FED Endurance & Skill Test
Endurance Test
- Filled sand & water buckets 100m: 45 seconds
- Squats (Uthak Baithak): 20

- Bent Knee Sit-Ups: 15
Test candidate के own risk पर होगा; prior medical fitness check की सलाह दी गई है।
FED Skill Test
DCP और Water Fire Tenders को ramp/road पर चलाना; road rules/symbols; pre-start routine checks; motor mechanism; planned maintenance including tyre rotation; defect detection, first-line repairs/general maintenance; major repair के बाद vehicle testing/taking over; live emergency drills; medical first aid, first-aid firefighting; Fire Engine Driver do’s/don’ts; commonly used spares की identification/nomenclature; heavy vehicle toolkits; accident action; stores/spares/POL demand; firefighting water pump engage/disengage। हर candidate कम-से-कम एक tyre change/process demonstrate करेगा, कम-से-कम 3 minor defects explain/rectify करेगा और 3 daily routines करेगा। Fire ingredients, types, prevention और first-aid firefighting का general awareness भी test होगा।
CMTD Skill Test
Ramp और road driving; road rules/symbols; routine pre-start checks; vehicle motor mechanism; Heavy/Light Motor Vehicle driving; lube oil, coolant और water inspection; vehicle cleanliness; defects/deficiencies inspection; lubrication और minor adjustment। CMTD के लिए Endurance Test नहीं है।
Other Important Examination Rules
- Tie: पहले older DOB को higher merit; DOB भी same हो तो first name का alphabetical order।
- Scribe: eligible PwBD/PwD candidates के लिए notification में prescribed medical certificate/undertaking conditions लागू। Own scribe option online form में opt करना होगा।
- Compensatory time: eligible candidates को 20 मिनट प्रति examination hour।
- Answer-key objection: CBT के बाद online objection window; ₹200 प्रति objection।
- FED Endurance/Skill और CMTD Skill Test केवल Visakhapatnam में होंगे।
- Exact CBT date/time/venue admit card, registered mobile/e-mail से बताया जाएगा।
How to Apply
- sbcrecruitment.in पर online apply करें। Offline application/document SBC को भेजना नहीं है।
- एक post के लिए एक ही application दें। Multiple posts के लिए separate complete applications और separate fees।
- Final submission के बाद SBC application mistake correct नहीं करेगा; particulars correction request स्वीकार नहीं होगी।
- Valid active e-mail/mobile दें; बाद में change allowed नहीं।
- Application submit होने के बाद printout personal record के लिए रखें।
Uploads: photo 100–150KB; signature 80–150KB; reserved-category caste certificate 100–1000KB; DOB certificate; highest qualification proof 100–1000KB; applicable ESM/PwBD/scribe certificates/undertakings और अन्य documents।

Document Verification / Appointment Rules
Age, education, identity, address, category/caste validity आदि documents extant DoP&T policy के अनुसार verify होंगे। Provisionally selected candidates को DV date/venue registered mobile/e-mail/post से बताया जाएगा। Appointment relative CBT merit, applicable qualifying skill/endurance test, document verification, medical examination और Government/Appointing Authority requirements के अधीन है। Admit card issue होना eligibility acceptance नहीं है।
Exam Centre / ID Rules
Application में उपलब्ध list से 3 examination-city choices चुननी होंगी; SBC administrative reasons से centre/city बदल सकता है। Centre/date/session change request स्वीकार नहीं होगी। Exam में Admit Card और original valid photo ID—Aadhaar/PAN/Passport/Driving Licence/Voter ID/Photo Bank Passbook—जरूरी है। Ration Card और Learner Driving Licence valid ID नहीं हैं। Admit card और ID में नाम mismatch होने पर entry रोकी जा सकती है।
Reservation / Certificate Conditions
SC/ST/OBC/EWS reservation extant Government orders के अनुसार है; PwBD और ESM horizontal reservation हैं। Reserved benefits claim करने वाले candidates को prescribed valid certificates रखना/produce करना होगा। Armed Forces personnel को applicable undertaking upload करना होगा। PwBD benefit के लिए competent authority disability certificate आवश्यक है।
