Other Units

• Recognized Board से 10th / Matriculation या equivalent (10+2 system) pass होना चाहिए।
• 10th में minimum 50% aggregate marks जरूरी हैं; rounding off नहीं होगा।
• Candidate के पास notified trade में National Trade Certificate होना चाहिए, जो NCVT या SCVT द्वारा issued हो।
• Relevant ITI trade उसी Division/Unit में available होना चाहिए जिसके लिए candidate apply कर रहा है।
• Required educational/technical qualification application submit करने की date तक complete होनी चाहिए। Final result awaited candidates apply न करें।

RRC NWR Apprentice 2026 में कोई written examination या interview prescribed नहीं है। Selection merit list के आधार पर होगा।

• Merit = Matriculation percentage + ITI percentage का simple average.
• Matriculation percentage में सभी subjects के marks लिए जाएंगे, किसी selected subject/group के नहीं।
• ITI percentage provisional/final certificate में दिए marks के आधार पर लिया जाएगा।
• Same merit marks होने पर older age candidate को preference मिलेगी।
• Date of Birth भी same होने पर जिसने Matriculation पहले pass किया है उसे preference मिलेगी।
• Final merit list Division/Unit-wise, Trade-wise और Community-wise तैयार होगी; कोई centralized final merit list नहीं बनेगी।
• Merit के बाद original Document Verification और prescribed Medical Examination होगा।

Fee online payment gateway से Debit Card, Credit Card, Internet Banking आदि के माध्यम से जमा होगी। Successful transaction के बाद e-receipt print/save करें। Payment कटने के बाद application download न हो तो “Verify Payment” option से status reconfirm करें। Fee payment के बाद application particulars में edit/change allowed नहीं होगा।

• SC/ST candidates को Document Verification के समय Central Government format में competent authority द्वारा issued caste certificate देना होगा।
• OBC candidates को Central Government format का caste certificate + Non-Creamy Layer Certificate issued on or after 01.04.2026 और prescribed OBC Declaration देना होगा।
• EWS candidates को prescribed Central Government format में valid Income & Asset Certificate देना होगा।
• Ex-Servicemen / Armed Forces reservation claim करने वालों को applicable Discharge Certificate / serving certificate देना होगा।
• Ex-Servicemen quota में deceased/disabled ex-servicemen के children, ex-servicemen के children, serving jawan/officer के children और ex-servicemen को notification की priority व्यवस्था के अनुसार consider किया जाएगा।

RRC NWR Apprentice 2026 में PwBD reservation trade suitability के अनुसार लागू है। PwBD seats overall notified total के भीतर included हैं।

• Locomotor Disability / Cerebral Palsy category के लिए relevant disability कम से कम 40% होनी चाहिए।
• Hearing Impairment में better ear में conversational range पर 60 decibel या अधिक hearing loss का criterion दिया गया है।
• Visually Impaired reservation notification में notified compatible trades/low-vision conditions के अनुसार है।
• Multiple Disabilities वाले candidates को MD category में treat किया जाएगा।
• Reservation benefit के लिए Central/State Government द्वारा constituted competent Medical Board का prescribed disability certificate जरूरी है।
• Trade suitability examples: Diesel Mechanic, Electrician, Electronics Mechanic, Welder, Machinist, Painter, Fitter, Carpenter, Pipe Fitter और COPA के लिए notification ने specific locomotor suitability conditions दी हैं।

1. RRC Jaipur official website पर जाएं और RRC NWR Apprentice 2026 online application link खोलें।
2. Personal details / BIO DATA ध्यान से भरें।
3. Registration के समय 12-digit Aadhaar number भरना होगा; DV के समय original Aadhaar/document प्रस्तुत करना होगा।
4. Name, Father’s Name और Date of Birth Matriculation certificate से exactly match होने चाहिए। Mismatch पर candidature cancel/debar हो सकती है।
5. Active mobile number और valid email ID दें और पूरे engagement process तक active रखें।
6. केवल एक Unit select करें और उसी Unit में अपने relevant ITI trade की vacancy verify करें।
7. Multiple applications submit न करें; अलग details/email/mobile के साथ multiple forms भी summarily reject किए जा सकते हैं।
8. Photo, signature और required details upload करके fee, यदि लागू हो, online जमा करें।
9. Final submit से पहले सभी entries check करें; उसके बाद edit/change allowed नहीं होगा।
10. Final application और fee e-receipt का print/save रखें; Document Verification के समय application printout मांगा जाएगा।

DV के लिए उसी photograph की दो अतिरिक्त copies ready रखें। Old/unclear photo या actual appearance से significant mismatch होने पर application reject हो सकती है।

• Training period और stipend Railway Board के prevailing rules/directives के अनुसार होगा।
• Hostel accommodation उपलब्ध नहीं कराया जाएगा; selected candidates को अपने रहने की व्यवस्था स्वयं करनी होगी।
• Training शुरू होने से पहले candidate, और minor होने पर guardian, employer के साथ Contract of Apprenticeship करेगा।
• Training पूरी होने के बाद Railway में permanent employment/absorption का कोई automatic right नहीं मिलता। Employer पर job offer करना mandatory नहीं है।

RRC NWR Apprentice 2026 में Document Verification के समय prescribed Annexure-IV medical certificate देना होगा, जिसे Central/State Hospital के Government Authorized Gazetted Doctor, Assistant Surgeon से नीचे rank का न हो, sign करे।

• RRC NWR Apprentice 2026 में एक से अधिक applications submit करने पर सभी applications reject हो सकती हैं।
• Selection के बाद Division/Unit/Trade change request consider नहीं होगा।
• Original testimonials produce न करने या details/certificates में discrepancy मिलने पर candidature cancel हो सकती है।
• Wrong/fake certificates मिलने पर selection/training के बाद भी discharge किया जा सकता है।
• Document Verification के लिए बुलाए candidate को TA/DA/conveyance allowance नहीं मिलेगा।
• Canvassing in any form candidature disqualify कर सकता है।
• Application printout/certificates की copy post से RRC को न भेजें।
• Online submission/printing helpdesk number 07 October 2026 से website पर उपलब्ध होगा, working days में 10:00 AM से 5:00 PM तक।

Q1. RRC NWR Apprentice 2026 में कितनी vacancies हैं?
North Western Railway की 8 Divisions/Units में कुल 2008 Act Apprentice training slots notified हैं।

Q2. Application कब शुरू होगा?
Online application 07 October 2026 से शुरू होगा और 06 November 2026 रात 11:59 बजे तक चलेगा।

Q3. Qualification क्या है?
Recognized Board से minimum 50% aggregate marks के साथ 10th और notified relevant trade में NCVT/SCVT National Trade Certificate जरूरी है।

Q4. Selection के लिए exam होगा?
नहीं। Merit 10th और ITI marks के simple average के आधार पर बनेगी, फिर Document Verification और Medical Examination होगा।

Q5. Age limit क्या है?
06 November 2026 को minimum 15 years complete और 24 years complete नहीं होना चाहिए। Reserved categories को notification के अनुसार relaxation मिलेगा।

Q6. Fee कितनी है?
सामान्य candidates के लिए ₹100 है। SC/ST, PwBD और Women candidates से fee नहीं ली जाएगी।
