Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (CSIR) ने Advertisement No. R&A/01/2026 के तहत Technician (1), Group II (1) के कुल 43 Group-C पदों पर direct recruitment के लिए आवेदन मांगे हैं।

इस भर्ती में COPA, Desktop Publishing Operator, Computer Hardware & Network Maintenance, Medical Lab Technician, Draughtsman, Instrument Mechanic, Laboratory Assistant in Chemical Plant और Interior Designer जैसे trades शामिल हैं।

संबंधित post code के लिए 10th/SSC with Science subjects में minimum 55% marks के साथ prescribed ITI/Trade Certificate अथवा notification में दिया गया relevant apprenticeship/work-experience route पूरा करने वाले पात्र उम्मीदवार आवेदन कर सकते हैं।

SC/ST/OBC candidate यदि UR vacancy के विरुद्ध apply करता है तो उसे caste-category age relaxation नहीं मिलेगा।
SC/ST/OBC candidate यदि Ex-Servicemen या PwBD category के अंतर्गत भी covered है तो notification के अनुसार दोनों applicable categories की cumulative age relaxation admissible है।
Date of Birth Proof: SSC/Matriculation/10th Standard/SSLC/HSC certificate या appropriate Government Authority का Birth Certificate स्वीकार्य है। Board certificate में DOB न हो तो DOB वाला School Leaving Certificate स्वीकार किया जा सकता है।

Vertical reservation: UR-19, OBC(NCL)-11, SC-06, ST-03, EWS-04. इसके अतिरिक्त कुल 02 PwBD और 04 Ex-Servicemen posts horizontal reservation के अंतर्गत हैं।

Relevant experience केवल minimum essential educational qualification प्राप्त करने की date के बाद का count होगा। Part-time, daily-wage तथा visiting/guest faculty experience valid experience में count नहीं होगा।
Experience Certificate में joining date, relieving/end date, duration, emoluments और nature of work स्पष्ट होना चाहिए तथा certificate competent issuing authority से होना चाहिए।
Final qualifying result 17 September 2026 तक declared होना चाहिए। Equivalent qualification claim करने पर competent authority का number/date सहित order, letter या notification upload/produce करना जरूरी है। Higher qualification को स्वतः equivalent assume नहीं किया जाएगा।
Job Requirement: ये posts Support Staff के रूप में classified हैं और selected staff से Scientific & Technical Staff को skilled assistance देने की अपेक्षा है।

HRA, Travelling Allowance तथा अन्य admissible allowances Central Government rates के अनुसार मिलेंगे। CSIR rules के अनुसार LTC, medical-expense reimbursement और Children’s Education Allowance जैसी benefits भी उपलब्ध हैं। Residence उपलब्ध होने पर applicable CSIR allotment rules के अनुसार accommodation दिया जा सकता है और उस स्थिति में HRA admissible नहीं होगा।
Advertisement में कोई official “in-hand salary” figure नहीं दिया गया है; इसलिए अनुमानित monthly in-hand amount नहीं दिया जा रहा।
Selection Process

Application Screening: duly constituted Screening Committee applications की scrutiny करेगा और shortlisting criteria तय कर सकता है।

Trade Test: shortlisted candidates को Trade Test के लिए बुलाया जाएगा। यह qualifying in nature होगा।

Competitive Written Examination: Trade Test qualify करने वाले candidates Paper-I, Paper-II और Paper-III देंगे।

Trade Test और Paper-I/II/III के minimum threshold marks Selection Committee तय करेगा। Paper-II और Paper-III केवल उन्हीं candidates के evaluate होंगे जो Paper-I का prescribed threshold clear करेंगे।

Final Merit: केवल Paper-II और Paper-III में प्राप्त marks के आधार पर तैयार होगी।
Tie-Break Rule
  1. Concerned subject/trade paper में अधिक marks वाला candidate higher रखा जाएगा।
  2. Concerned subject/trade Written Test में कम negative marks वाला higher रखा जाएगा।
  3. Merit में considered papers में कम negative marks वाला higher रखा जाएगा।
  4. फिर older Date of Birth वाला candidate higher.
  5. फिर Essential Degree/qualification पहले acquire करने वाला higher.
  6. अंत में first name के alphabetical order से tie resolve होगा.
केवल minimum qualification रखने से Trade Test/Written Examination के लिए call का automatic right नहीं बनता; Screening Committee applications को short-list कर सकता है।

Syllabus / पाठ्यक्रम
Paper-I — Mental Ability Test इसमें General Intelligence, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, Problem Solving, Situational Judgement आदि topics शामिल किए जाएंगे।
Paper-II — General Awareness Official advertisement में General Awareness subject निर्धारित है, लेकिन इसके लिए अलग detailed topic-wise syllabus नहीं दिया गया है।
Paper-II — English Language English Language के 25 questions होंगे। Official advertisement में detailed chapter/topic-wise syllabus अभी नहीं दिया गया है।
Paper-III — Concerned Subject / Trade संबंधित Post Code/Trade से 50 questions होंगे। इसका detailed Trade-wise syllabus CSIR द्वारा बाद में official website पर notify किया जाएगा।
Trade Test Trade Test संबंधित trade का qualifying test होगा। उसका detailed trade-wise syllabus भी CSIR द्वारा बाद में official website पर notify किया जाएगा।
किसी unofficial syllabus को official syllabus मानकर नहीं जोड़ा गया है। CSIR ने Trade Test और Paper-III का detailed syllabus “in due course” official website पर जारी करने की बात कही है।

Paper-I — Mental Ability Test: General Intelligence, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, Problem Solving, Situational Judgement, etc.

Paper-II — General Awareness: General Awareness is prescribed as a subject. No separate detailed topic-wise syllabus has been specified in the current advertisement.

Paper-II — English Language: 25 questions are prescribed. No separate detailed chapter-wise syllabus has been specified in the current advertisement.

Paper-III — Concerned Subject/Trade: 50 questions will be based on the concerned subject/trade. The detailed syllabus will be notified by CSIR in due course on its official website.

Trade Test: The Trade Test is qualifying in nature. Its detailed trade-wise syllabus will also be notified by CSIR in due course on the official website.

Official CSIR Technician (1) recruitment portal पर New Registration करें। Name, Email और Mobile Number verify करने के बाद User ID/Password प्राप्त करें।

Login करके profile सावधानी से भरें, सही Post Code चुनें और Education, Experience, Additional Details तथा required documents complete करें।

Preview में पूरी application verify करें। Applicable candidate ₹500 fee SBI Collect से जमा करके payment details/e-Receipt application में upload करे।

सभी steps 17 September 2026, 05:00 PM से पहले complete करके successfully submitted application का print सुरक्षित रखें।

एक candidate multiple Post Codes के लिए apply कर सकता है, लेकिन प्रत्येक Post Code के लिए अलग complete application, applicable documents और applicable fee देनी होगी।
Correction Rules
Separate correction window घोषित नहीं है। Profile verify/lock होने के बाद locked profile details modify नहीं की जा सकतीं और final submission के बाद application details change/edit करने का request स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा।
एक Post Code के लिए multiple completed applications दिए जाने पर notification के अनुसार latest completed application consider की जाएगी।
भविष्य के चरणों में काम आने वाली जानकारी
Trade Test और Government / PSU Candidates का NOC
Screening में shortlisted candidates को पहले qualifying Trade Test के लिए बुलाया जाएगा। Government / Autonomous Bodies / PSUs में कार्यरत candidates को Trade Test के समय No Objection Certificate (NOC) देना अनिवार्य है; NOC न देने पर Trade Test में बैठने की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी। Advertisement में Annexure-XI के रूप में prescribed NOC format भी दिया गया है।
Hard Copy और Original / Supporting Documents
Successfully submitted Online Application का Physical/Hard Copy print-out और advertisement में बताए गए enclosures CSIR द्वारा जब मांगे जाएं तब प्रस्तुत करने होंगे। Qualification, experience, category, PwBD, Ex-Servicemen तथा अन्य claims supporting documents के verification के अधीन रहेंगे। Hindi या English के अलावा किसी अन्य language में document होने पर उसका duly attested English transcript देना होगा।
e-Admit Card और Examination Communication
Trade Test/Written Examination के लिए e-Admit Card/Roll Number online जारी किए जाएंगे। अलग से postal call letter नहीं भेजा जाएगा। Recruitment से संबंधित intimations/communications CSIR website पर प्रकाशित किए जाएंगे।
Scribe और Compensatory Time Rules
  • PwBD तथा अन्य eligible categories के लिए compensatory time और Scribe/Passage Dictator सुविधा applicable Government guidelines के अनुसार होगी।
  • Physical limitation affecting writing के लिए prescribed medical certificate का format Annexure-VII में दिया गया है।
  • Own Scribe use करने वाले eligible candidate के लिए undertaking Annexure-VIII में है।
  • Own Scribe की qualification candidate द्वारा घोषित qualification के अनुसार होनी चाहिए; prescribed condition का उल्लंघन होने पर post से संबंधित claim forfeited हो सकता है।
  • RPwD Act Section 2(s) के अंतर्गत specified disability लेकिन 40% से कम disability और writing difficulty वाले eligible persons के लिए Annexure-IX certificate और Annexure-X undertaking दिए गए हैं।
  • Annexure-IX वाला medical certificate अधिकतम 6 months या medical authority द्वारा certified shorter period तक valid हो सकता है।
Initial Posting
CSIR Headquarters और इसकी संबंधित Units Delhi-NCR, Pune और Mumbai (Maharashtra) में स्थित हैं। Selected candidate को requirement के अनुसार शुरुआती posting इन तीन places में से किसी पर दी जा सकती है।
Probation और Confirmation
Selected candidate appointment के बाद post का charge लेने की date से एक specific probation period पर रहेगा। Advertisement ने probation की exact अवधि नहीं बताई है। Competent Authority probation को extend या curtail कर सकता है। Successful completion के बाद confirmation extant rules के अनुसार consider होगा।
Service Benefits और NPS
New entrants CSIR द्वारा adopted National Pension System (NPS) के provisions से governed होंगे। Appointment पर applicable Central Civil Services (Conduct) Rules, 1964, Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1965 तथा Council पर applicable other service rules लागू होंगे। Technical & Support Staff के लिए CSIR Assessment Promotion Scheme के अंतर्गत career advancement provisions भी उपलब्ध हैं।
Ex-Servicemen के Future Verification Documents
  • Retired/Released Ex-Servicemen के लिए prescribed certificate Annexure-XII में है।
  • Serving Armed Forces Personnel के लिए prescribed certificate Annexure-XIII में है।
  • Civil post में ESM category benefit लेने वाले candidates के लिए undertaking Annexure-XIV में है।
  • Serving Armed Forces candidate को applicable rule के अनुसार closing date से one year की stipulated period के भीतर engagement complete करके Ex-Servicemen status acquire करने की eligibility documentary evidence से establish करनी होगी।
गलत जानकारी, Misconduct और Debarment
False/fabricated information, material information suppress करना, impersonation, unfair means, test content को unauthorized तरीके से disclose/transmit करना, canvassing या improper influence जैसी misconduct पर candidature disqualify की जा सकती है। Applicable case में CSIR recruitment से temporary/permanent debarment, criminal prosecution और joining के बाद service termination तक action हो सकता है।
