Registered eligible candidates 02 August 2026 तक Online Form भर सकते हैं। Entrance Examination 16 August 2026 को Ranchi में आयोजित की जाएगी।

JCECEB ने Academic Session 2026-27 के लिए B.Sc Nursing Post Basic Course में Admission हेतु Online Application शुरू कर दिया है।
Application Status: New Registration शुरू है। Eligible Candidates 02 August 2026 तक Online Form भर सकते हैं।

Age Limit
Official Status: B.Sc Nursing Post-Basic Course के लिए Advertisement No. 39 और 40 में अलग से minimum अथवा maximum age limit निर्धारित नहीं की गई है।
Important: B.Sc Nursing Basic Course की 17 वर्ष वाली age condition को Post-Basic Course पर लागू न समझें। वह condition केवल Basic Course के लिए दी गई है।
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidate ने recognized University/Board से Intermediate, 10+2 या equivalent examination पास किया हो।
- 1986 या उससे पहले 10+1 पास candidates भी eligible हैं।
- Candidate के पास General Nursing and Midwifery अर्थात GNM Certificate होना चाहिए।
- Candidate का State Nurses Registration Council में Registered Nurse and Registered Midwife – R.N.R.M. के रूप में registration होना चाहिए।
- Candidate का Medically Fit होना आवश्यक है।
Special Eligibility for Male Nurse
New Integrated Nursing Course लागू होने से पहले trained Male Nurse को State Nurses Registration Council में Registered Nurse होने के साथ Midwifery के बदले Indian Nursing Council द्वारा approved समान अवधि की training का प्रमाण देना होगा। Training निम्न में से किसी एक क्षेत्र में हो सकती है:

- Psychiatric Nursing
- Neurological and Neuro Surgical Nursing

Local Candidate Preference: पहले Jharkhand Local Resident के सभी eligible candidates का admission किया जाएगा। सीटें रिक्त रहने पर अन्य eligible candidates को admission दिया जा सकेगा।

Training Fee and Service Bond Rule
- Selected trainees को State Government द्वारा निर्धारित training fee और अन्य applicable charges का भुगतान करना होगा।
- Course पूरा होने के बाद Government Employee को Jharkhand Government के institution में 5 Years Service देना अनिवार्य होगा।
- निर्धारित सेवा पूरी नहीं करने पर सेवाकाल में प्राप्त वेतन और training expenditure के समतुल्य राशि एकमुश्त जमा करने की बाध्यता हो सकती है।

Payment Mode: Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking या UPI के माध्यम से fee जमा की जा सकती है। Fee non-refundable है तथा bank/payment gateway charges अलग से लग सकते हैं।
Payment Warning: केवल amount deduct होना पर्याप्त नहीं है। Application Portal पर payment status Successful होना जरूरी है। Pending, Failure या Rejected payment के कारण application reject हो सकता है।
Exam Centre
Exam City: B.Sc Nursing Post-Basic Entrance Examination 2026 केवल Ranchi District Headquarters में स्थित विभिन्न examination centres पर आयोजित की जाएगी। Exact centre Admit Card में दिया जाएगा।

Merit List and Tie-Breaking Rule
Entrance Examination में प्राप्त marks के आधार पर प्रत्येक priority code की अलग-अलग Combined Merit List तथा Category-wise Merit List तैयार की जाएगी।
दो या अधिक candidates के marks समान होने पर:
- पहले अधिक आयु अर्थात पहले जन्मे candidate को preference मिलेगी।
- इसके बाद भी tie रहने पर candidate के first name के English alphabetical order के अनुसार merit तय होगी।
Selection Priority Order

Reservation Rules
Jharkhand Government की current reservation policy के अनुसार EWS, BC-I, BC-II, ST, SC और PH Categories पर reservation लागू होगा।
BC-I/BC-II Candidates: Reservation benefit के लिए applicable Non-Creamy Layer condition और prescribed caste certificate प्रस्तुत करना आवश्यक होगा।

- Intermediate/10+2 अथवा equivalent qualification certificate और marksheet.
- GNM Certificate और सभी संबंधित marksheets.
- R.N.R.M. Registration Certificate issued by State Nurses Registration Council.

How to Apply
- Official B.Sc Nursing Post-Basic Application Portal खोलें।
- New Registration पर click करके registration शुरू करें।
- Candidate Name, Gender, Date of Birth, Category, PwD Status, Qualification, E-mail, Mobile Number और Address भरें।
- भरी गई entries preview करके सही होने पर registration submit करें।
- Registration Number और Password registered Mobile/E-mail पर प्राप्त होगा।
- Registration Number तथा Password से Login करके application complete करें।
- Photograph, Signature और Left Thumb Impression upload करें।
- Declaration स्वीकार करके final submission करें।
- Applicable Application Fee online जमा करें और payment status Successful check करें।
- Final Application Form और Payment Receipt को save/print करके सुरक्षित रखें।
Application Precaution: एक ही Mobile Number या E-mail ID से एक से अधिक application स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा। Login ID और Password किसी अन्य व्यक्ति के साथ share न करें।
No Hard Copy: Online Application Form का printout JCECEB Office को भेजने की आवश्यकता नहीं है। इसे अपने record और counselling के लिए सुरक्षित रखें।
Application Correction
Registered candidates 03 August 2026 को Login करके Name, Father’s Name, Date of Birth, Category/Quota और अन्य गलत entries में available correction कर सकते हैं। इसके बाद correction का कोई अवसर नहीं मिलेगा।
Final Correction Warning: 03 August 2026 correction का अंतिम अवसर है। इसके बाद किसी entry में सुधार हेतु application स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा।
Admit Card
Admit Card examination date से लगभग 4 दिन पहले JCECEB website और Post-Basic Application Portal पर उपलब्ध कराया जाएगा। Exact examination centre, reporting time और examination instructions Admit Card में दिए जाएंगे।
