मध्यप्रदेश उच्च न्यायालय, जबलपुर ने मध्यप्रदेश के जिला एवं सत्र न्यायालयों की स्थापना में Assistant Grade-III के कुल 1174 रिक्त पदों पर सीधी भर्ती हेतु विज्ञापन वर्ष 2026 जारी किया है। इस भर्ती के लिए Graduation, valid CPCT Score Card तथा मान्य one-year Computer Application Diploma/equivalent qualification आवश्यक है। ऑनलाइन आवेदन 17 अगस्त 2026 दोपहर 12:00 बजे से शुरू हैं और अंतिम तिथि 15 सितंबर 2026 शाम 05:00 बजे है। चयन 100 अंकों की Online Preliminary Examination और 50 अंकों की Hindi Typing Skill Test से होगा। Preliminary marks final merit में नहीं जुड़ेंगे।

Preliminary-qualified candidates appearing in Hindi Typing Skill Test must separately deposit ₹743.40 portal charge. Fee is generally non-refundable/non-adjustable.
Age Limit – 01 January 2026
Minimum age 18 years. MP/Other State Male UR and MP Male EWS: maximum 40 years. MP OBC/SC/ST Male & Female, all women candidates and PwD candidates: maximum 45 years. Eligible MP Government/Board/Corporation/Autonomous employees and Nagar Sainik: maximum 45 years. Eligible MPHC/District Court contract employees may receive service-based relaxation subject to notified conditions and absolute upper ceiling 55 years. Ex-Servicemen age is calculated by deducting Armed Forces service from actual age; resultant age must not exceed the applicable upper age limit by more than 3 years. Reservation/age benefits are subject to MP domicile rules.

Educational Qualification
1. Graduation: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University.
2. CPCT: Passed CPCT Score Card conducted by MAP-IT or equivalent qualification recognized by MP Government.
3. Computer Qualification: One-year Diploma in Computer Application from institution recognized by MP Government or notified equivalent route, including recognized university/open university computer diploma, DOEACC/NIELIT diploma-level examination, Government Polytechnic Modern Office Management, one-year ITI COPA, notified B.E./B.Tech/MCA/BCA/M.Sc./B.Sc. IT/CS and approved Polytechnic computer-related diplomas as applicable under the notification.
Reservation & Domicile Rules
MP OBC/SC/ST/EWS reservation and related age benefits are for MP domicile candidates under notified rules. Other-state OBC/SC/ST/EWS candidates are considered under UR framework. Women reservation is 35% horizontal compartment-wise, Ex-Servicemen 10% horizontal and PwD 6% horizontal in notified disability groups.

Selection Process
Stage 1: Online Preliminary Examination – 100 marks. Stage 2: Hindi Typing Skill Test – 50 marks. Preliminary Examination is only a screening test and its marks are not added to final merit. Approximately 1:5 candidates per vacancy are shortlisted for Hindi Typing Skill Test; all candidates tied at the cut-off may be included. Final category-wise merit is based on Hindi Typing Skill Test marks. In final tie, older candidate gets preference.

Hindi Typing Skill Test – Complete Pattern
50 Marks | 10 Minutes | Approx. 350 Hindi Words | Remington Gail. Typing is computer-based. Computer and keyboard are provided by authority. Delete Key, Arrow Keys and Mouse are disabled; correction is possible only through Backspace. Evaluation follows CPCT norms using typing speed and accuracy. Each omitted/missed word: 0.50 mark deduction; each typing error: 0.50 mark deduction; each Backspace use: 0.10 mark deduction; mode: Unrestricted Mode.
Minimum Qualifying Marks: General/OBC 55%, SC 45%, ST/PwD 40%, EWS 49.5%.
Model Answer & Objection
Proposed Model Answers will be published after Preliminary Exam. Objections must be submitted within 7 days in prescribed offline format with authoritative supporting source to Principal Registrar (Examination), Administrative Building, High Court of Madhya Pradesh, Jabalpur. Email/other modes are not accepted. After consideration, Final Model Answer will be prepared and no further objection will be entertained after preliminary result.

Typing Stage Documents
Preliminary-qualified candidates must submit prescribed application form and self-attested required documents for Hindi Typing Skill Test by the notified deadline. The envelope should carry category/post details and be sent/submitted to Principal Registrar (Examination), Administrative Building, High Court of Madhya Pradesh, Jabalpur through the prescribed mode. Incomplete documents may lead to ineligibility.
Appointment, Service Bond & District Allotment
Appointment is subject to medical fitness, document and antecedent verification. Selected candidates must execute a prescribed ₹2,00,000 service bond and serve for at least 3 years. District allotment is based on category-wise merit and district-wise vacancy availability through counseling. No specific district is a matter of right, and post-counseling district change/mutual-transfer claims are not entertained under the notification.
Important Eligibility & Disqualification Conditions
Candidate must be an Indian citizen. Marriage/spouse and two-child eligibility conditions under service rules apply as notified. Canvassing, suppression of criminal/prosecution information, forged documents, impersonation, prohibited electronic devices and other unfair means can lead to cancellation/debarment/legal action. Government/Public Institution employees must produce applicable NOC/relieving documents. No TA/DA is payable for Preliminary or Typing Test. Rechecking/revaluation of typing marks and re-examination are not provided.
