Union Public Service Commission ने Advertisement No. 09/2026 के तहत 12 post categories में कुल 40 vacancies निकाली हैं।
Agricultural/Mechanical Engineering, Medical, Science, Veterinary और संबंधित Engineering qualifications रखने वाले पात्र उम्मीदवार post-wise आवेदन कर सकते हैं।
Online आवेदन 25 जुलाई 2026 से शुरू हैं और 14 अगस्त 2026 को शाम 6:00 बजे तक स्वीकार किए जाएंगे।
योग्य candidates के लिए Central Government में Gazetted एवं professional posts प्राप्त करने का यह अच्छा अवसर है।
SC/ST एवं OBC Relaxation
Reserved vacancy के लिए SC/ST को base age में 5 वर्ष और OBC को 3 वर्ष relaxation शामिल है। ऊपर दिखाई गई reserved-category ages पहले से relaxed ages हैं।
PwBD Actual Maximum
40%+ relevant disability और post suitability पर base age +10 वर्ष; OBC के लिए कुल +13 और SC/ST के लिए कुल +15 वर्ष। Base 35 वाले suitable posts में UR/EWS 45, OBC 48, SC/ST 50 वर्ष; base 40 वाले suitable posts में UR/EWS 50, OBC 53, SC/ST 55 वर्ष—जहां संबंधित category relaxation admissible हो। Overall maximum 56 वर्ष है।
Central/UT Government Servant
कम-से-कम 3 वर्ष continuous regular service और same/allied cadre condition पर up to 5 वर्ष। Base 30/35/40 के लिए UR/EWS actual maximum क्रमशः 35/40/45; जहां reserved-category relaxation admissible हो वहां OBC 38/43/48 और SC/ST 40/45/50 वर्ष।
Ex-Servicemen / ECO / SSCO
Advertised category-wise upper age पर 5 वर्ष relaxation, बशर्ते closing date तक attestation के बाद कम-से-कम 6 महीने की continuous Armed Forces service और prescribed release/service certificate conditions पूरी हों।
Age/DOB proof: Matriculation/10th certificate या Board mark sheet में दर्ज Date of Birth final मानी जाएगी। बाद में DOB change request स्वीकार नहीं होगी।
Category condition: Reservation benefit के लिए caste Central Government list में होना चाहिए। OBC candidate को closing date 14/08/2026 के संदर्भ में non-creamy-layer declaration देना होगा।
Essential Qualification: मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से Degree in Agricultural Engineering या Mechanical Engineering.
Experience/Additional Condition: 2 वर्ष का अनुभव: कृषि मशीनरी की testing/evaluation; या teaching/trainer, जिसमें tractors तथा agricultural implements/machinery के operation या maintenance का अनुभव शामिल हो। अनुभव Central/State/UT Government, PSU, Agricultural University, recognized research institution/council, semi-government, autonomous या statutory organization से होना चाहिए.
Essential Qualification: Indian Medicine Central Council Act, 1970 के तहत मान्य University/State Board/Council/Faculty से Degree in Unani Medicine तथा Central Register या State Register of Indian Medicine में enrolment.
Experience/Additional Condition: अलग अनुभव अनिवार्य नहीं.
Essential Qualification: मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से Master’s Degree in Science in Botany या equivalent.

Experience/Additional Condition: Compulsory rotating internship पूरी हो। Internship incomplete candidate written examination/RT में उपस्थित हो सकता है, पर चयन होने पर appointment से पहले internship पूरी करनी होगी.

Essential Qualification: Recognized MBBS तथा accepted PG: M.Ch./DNB Surgical Oncology; या MS General Surgery/ENT/Orthopaedics अथवा MD Obstetrics & Gynecology/DNB संबंधित discipline के साथ Surgical Oncology में 2 वर्ष special training.
Experience/Additional Condition: First PG degree के बाद concerned speciality/super-speciality में Senior Resident/Tutor/Demonstrator/Registrar/Assistant Professor/Lecturer के रूप में कम-से-कम 3 वर्ष teaching experience.
Essential Qualification: Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical / Metallurgical / Electronics and Communication Engineering में Bachelor’s Degree.
Experience/Additional Condition: 3 वर्ष experience: steel works/steel rolling mills/plant machinery या machine tools manufacturing unit; या iron & steel industry और raw materials की production, planning, development एवं research.
Essential Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry या Veterinary Science; साथ में Veterinary Council of India या State/UT Veterinary Council registration.

Equivalent qualification: “Equivalent” claim करने पर competent authority का number/date सहित order या letter upload/produce करना होगा।
Experience proof: Prescribed/complete experience certificate में duration, pay और duties स्पष्ट हों। Part-time, daily-wage और visiting/guest faculty experience shortlisting के valid experience में नहीं गिना जाएगा।
Medical teaching posts: DNB qualifications applicable medical teaching regulations के अधीन हैं। 3-year DM/M.Ch. relevant teaching experience में count हो सकता है; 5-year DM/M.Ch. में अंतिम 2 वर्ष experience में count होंगे। GDMO/Medical Officer experience teaching-post eligibility के लिए मान्य नहीं है।

Applications अधिक होने पर desirable qualification, higher qualification, higher/relevant experience या अन्य notified criteria से shortlist किया जा सकता है।
UPSC आवश्यकता पर RT/CRT आयोजित कर सकता है। RT की category-wise minimum suitability Commission case-to-case तय करेगा।
Shortlisted candidates interview में जाएंगे; selection केवल interview या RT + interview से हो सकता है।

UPSC ने किसी post के लिए topics, subject-wise syllabus, question distribution, duration या negative marking घोषित नहीं की है। इसलिए अनुमानित syllabus जोड़ना सही नहीं होगा। यदि RT/CRT आयोजित किया जाता है, तो उसका scheme/syllabus अलग official notice में दिया जाएगा।

यदि Recruitment Test/CBRT आयोजित होता है, तो Blindness, Both Arms affected – BA और Cerebral Palsy category के eligible PwBD candidates को इच्छा पर scribe facility मिलेगी। अन्य RPwD categories में Government Health Care Institution के Chief Medical Officer/Civil Surgeon/Medical Superintendent का prescribed certificate देना होगा कि writing limitation के कारण scribe आवश्यक है।
Candidate अपना scribe ला सकता है या Commission से scribe मांग सकता है। Own scribe की qualification उस post की minimum qualification से अधिक नहीं होनी चाहिए। Relevant disability कम-से-कम 40% होनी चाहिए।
Interview में जरूरी Original Documents
Interview के समय finally submitted Online Recruitment Application का printout, application में uploaded original documents/certificates, उनकी self-attested copies और interview summon letter में मांगे गए अतिरिक्त items प्रस्तुत करने होंगे। जरूरी originals न देने पर interview में बैठने से disqualify किया जा सकता है और travelling-expense reimbursement भी नहीं मिलेगा।
- Matriculation/10th DOB proof और valid Photo ID.
- Degree/Diploma/Provisional certificate तथा सभी academic-year marksheets.
- Experience certificates, professional registration और अन्य claimed qualifications.
- SC/ST/OBC, OBC non-creamy-layer declaration, PwBD और age-relaxation certificates, जहां लागू हों.
- Equivalent qualification का competent-authority order/letter तथा name-change documents, जहां लागू हों.
- Hindi/English के अलावा किसी भाषा में certificate हो तो Gazetted Officer/Notary-attested transcript.
Reservation एवं Certificate Verification Conditions
SC/ST/OBC/PwBD benefit prescribed Central Government proforma और competent authority के certificate पर मिलेगा। OBC candidate का non-creamy-layer status closing date के संदर्भ में valid होना चाहिए। Category change की बाद की request स्वीकार नहीं होगी।
PwBD reservation/relaxation के लिए relevant disability कम-से-कम 40% हो और post उस disability के लिए identified suitable हो। Temporary disability की “likely to improve” condition reservation के लिए eligible नहीं; progressive, non-progressive या not likely to improve condition eligible मानी जाएगी।
Government Employee NOC एवं Departmental Permission
Regular Government service में candidate को अपने Head of Office/Department को लिखित रूप में आवेदन की सूचना देनी होगी और prescribed declaration देना होगा। Central/UT Government employee age relaxation claim के लिए advertisement date के बाद employer letterhead पर issued certificate चाहिए, जिसमें regular appointment और non-casual/non-adhoc/non-contract status स्पष्ट हो।
Face Authentication, Identity Verification एवं Banned Items
Examination venue/Interview Hall में face authentication, identity verification और frisking mandatory होगी; candidate समय से पहले पहुंचे। Mobile phone—स्विच ऑफ अवस्था में भी—pager, smart watch, pen drive, camera, Bluetooth/communication device या अन्य electronic equipment प्रतिबंधित हैं। Venue पर safe-keeping की व्यवस्था नहीं होगी।
Medical Fitness एवं Appointment Condition
Selected candidate sound bodily health में होना चाहिए और Government द्वारा अपेक्षित medical examination/medical authority की fitness conditions पूरी करनी होंगी। UPSC की recommendation appointment की guarantee नहीं है; appointment order संबंधित Ministry/Department जारी करेगा।
Training, Probation एवं Posting Liability
Specialist Medical Posts की Service Conditions
Specialist Grade III Assistant Professor posts में private consultation/laboratory practice सहित private practice prohibited है। आवश्यकता पड़ने पर selected officer को Defence of India से जुड़े service/post में training सहित कम-से-कम 4 वर्ष service के लिए लगाया जा सकता है; यह liability appointment/joining के 10 वर्ष बाद या सामान्यतः 45 वर्ष age के बाद लागू नहीं होगी। Probation satisfactorily complete होने पर confirmation/permanency होगी।
Misconduct, False Claims एवं Debarment Rules
False information, material fact छिपाना, impersonation, fabricated/tampered document, unfair means, examination-hall misconduct, prohibited communication device, staff को harm/harass करना या canvassing candidature rejection, criminal prosecution, UPSC/Central Government debarment और serving employee के विरुद्ध disciplinary action का कारण बन सकता है।
Interview Travel Allowance एवं Bank Documents
Delhi के बाहर से interview के लिए आने वाले candidates को applicable rules के अनुसार Second/Sleeper Class Mail/Express train fare तक Commission contribution मिल सकता है। दोनों journeys के TA forms और hard-copy tickets लाएं; online payment के लिए NEFT form, bank passbook front page या cancelled cheque में से applicable bank proof रखें।
