Bihar State University Service Commission (BSUSC) ने Assistant Professor के 3687 संविदा पदों पर भर्ती के लिए official notification जारी किया है। यह भर्ती Bihar की अलग-अलग universities और 211 नए Rajkiya Degree Colleges में Hindi, Economics, History, Political Science, English और Sociology subjects के लिए निकाली गई है।

Educational Qualification
Candidates के पास संबंधित subject या उसके equivalent / allied subject में Master’s Degree होनी चाहिए। Candidate का academic record अच्छा होना चाहिए और नीचे दी गई eligibility conditions पूरी करनी होगी।

Selection Process & Marking Scheme
BSUSC Assistant Professor Recruitment 2026 में selection 100 marks के आधार पर होगा। इसमें Academic Qualification के 88 marks और Interview-cum-Demonstration के 12 marks रखे गए हैं। इस भर्ती में written exam नहीं है।

Interview Details:
Interview-cum-Demonstration में कुल 12 marks होंगे। इसमें 6 marks Teaching Skill Demonstration और 6 marks Interview Board interaction के आधार पर दिए जाएंगे।
Shortlisting:
Screening process में marks के आधार पर candidates को interview के लिए normally 1:3 ratio में shortlist किया जाएगा। अगर किसी subject में eligible candidates कम होंगे, तो उपलब्ध eligible candidates को interview के लिए बुलाया जा सकता है।
Interview-cum-Demonstration में कुल 12 marks होंगे। इसमें 6 marks Teaching Skill Demonstration और 6 marks Interview Board interaction के आधार पर दिए जाएंगे।
Shortlisting:
Screening process में marks के आधार पर candidates को interview के लिए normally 1:3 ratio में shortlist किया जाएगा। अगर किसी subject में eligible candidates कम होंगे, तो उपलब्ध eligible candidates को interview के लिए बुलाया जा सकता है।
Note: Merit list academic qualification और interview-cum-demonstration marks को जोड़कर तैयार की जाएगी। Interview में दिए गए marks final होंगे और review / re-evaluation नहीं होगा।
Merit List, University Allotment & Joining
BSUSC Assistant Professor Recruitment 2026 में final merit list Academic Qualification और Interview-cum-Demonstration के marks को जोड़कर तैयार की जाएगी। Selected candidates को university allotment merit-cum-choice basis पर किया जाएगा।

Terms of Appointment
यह appointment पूरी तरह contractual basis पर होगी। Selected candidates को Bihar की universities और Rajkiya Degree Colleges में Assistant Professor / Contractual Faculty के रूप में नियुक्त किया जाएगा।

Selected candidates की appointment initially provisional basis पर हो सकती है। Joining के बाद documents, certificates, testimonials और application में दी गई information की verification की जाएगी।
