MP Police Constable Driver 2026: 1000 Posts Apply Online

Exam Shifts: First shift reporting 08:00–09:00, instruction reading 09:50–10:00, exam 10:00–12:00. Second shift reporting 13:00–14:00, instruction reading 14:50–15:00, exam 15:00–17:00.

Horizontal breakup में Special Armed Force के 200 posts में Open 150, Ex-Servicemen 20 और Home Guard 30 हैं। District/Other Police के 800 posts में Open 600, Ex-Servicemen 80 और Home Guard 120 हैं। Vertical reservation UR/OBC/SC/ST/EWS rules के अनुसार official vacancy table में लागू है।

• Home Guard reservation 15% है और केवल Constable posts के लिए लागू है।
• Ex-Servicemen horizontal reservation 10% है।
• Police Department को PwD recruitment से exempt रखा गया है; इसलिए disability reservation लागू नहीं है।
• Vacancies final selection के समय बढ़ या घट सकती हैं।

• MP Police Constable Driver 2026 के लिए required qualification application भरने की date तक complete होनी चाहिए; बाद में qualification हासिल करने वाला candidate eligible नहीं होगा।
• सभी required age/qualification/Home Guard/Ex-SM/identity certificates 29 October 2026 तक उपलब्ध होने चाहिए।
• Government employee को exam में शामिल होने के लिए competent appointing authority की prior permission और selection होने पर previous service से accepted resignation/NOC देना होगा।
• Disciplinary misconduct, ill-health या similar grounds पर government/semi-government/defence service से removed candidates eligibility खो सकते हैं।
• दो से अधिक जीवित बच्चे, जिनमें से एक का जन्म 26 January 2001 या बाद में हुआ हो, होने पर Government rule के अनुसार ineligibility लागू हो सकती है; rulebook में multiple birth exception भी दिया गया है।

Age calculation 29 October 2026 के आधार पर होगी। Minimum age 18 years है।

• Vikram Award और eligible inter-caste marriage incentive category में 5-year incentive relaxation का provision है।
• Home Guard / non-commissioned Home Guard candidate की last date तक minimum 3 years active service complete होनी चाहिए।
• Ex-Servicemen age calculation में defence service period deduct किया जा सकता है, subject to the rule that resulting age upper limit से 3 years से ज्यादा न हो और other notified conditions पूरी हों।
• एक से अधिक relaxation grounds होने पर maximum beneficial applicable relaxation rule follow होगा; हर relaxation automatically cumulative नहीं है।
• Local-body contract teachers/assistant teachers और certain honorary/voluntary employees को rulebook में age relaxation नहीं दी गई है।

• SC/ST/OBC/EWS reservation के लिए Madhya Pradesh domicile mandatory है।
• Other State candidates केवल Unreserved/Open seats पर compete करेंगे।
• Transgender candidates को MP rules के अनुसार OBC category treatment का provision दिया गया है; physical standard District Magistrate-issued Certificate of Identity में दर्ज gender के अनुसार लागू होगा, लेकिन Constable Driver post female candidates के लिए notified नहीं है।
• Reserved candidate यदि UR standard बिना age/education/physical relaxation के meet करता है, तो merit के आधार पर UR में count हो सकता है; relaxation लेने पर reserved category में ही count होगा।
• Home Guard horizontal reservation 15% और Ex-Servicemen 10% है।
• Eligible Home Guards को written exam exemption/service-length marks के notified rule के अनुसार consideration मिलता है: 5 years service पर 5 marks, 5–10 years पर 10 marks और 10 years से अधिक पर 15 marks।

MP Police Constable Driver 2026 में equal percentile होने पर पहले proportionate marks और उसके बाद अधिक आयु वाले candidate को preference दी जाएगी। Waiting list advertised posts के 15% तक बनाई जा सकती है और result से one year या next exam result, जो पहले हो, तक valid रहेगी।

Rulebook का syllabus chapter भी यही three-part distribution confirm करता है। Multi-shift exam होने पर MPESB Normalised Equi-Percentile/percentile methodology लागू कर सकता है।

• Question/answer objection link upload होने के बाद लगभग 3 days तक objection लिया जाएगा।
• प्रति question objection fee ₹150 + applicable charges है।
• Final answer key subject-expert committee के decision पर बनेगी और committee decision final होगा।
• Cancelled questions के marks rulebook formula के अनुसार proportionately adjusted किए जा सकते हैं।
• Multi-shift / multi-stage examinations में percentile/NEP scaling, Z-value/T-score आधारित methodology लागू हो सकती है।
• Result के बाद re-calculation / re-evaluation का provision नहीं है।

Special Armed Force:

District Force:

Medical examination की videography का provision है। District Medical Board decision से dissatisfied candidate notified procedure के अनुसार Divisional Medical Board review seek कर सकता है; conflicting medical opinions में State-level Medical Board process हो सकता है।

Driver candidates के लिए 800 metre run में one attempt मिलेगा। Physical Efficiency Test maximum 40 marks का है और minimum qualifying requirement 40 में से 8 marks है। Trade Test केवल qualifying nature का है।

Home Guard / Ex-Servicemen Relaxed Running Standard:

• Date of Birth proof: Birth Certificate / 8th / 10th / 12th marksheet as applicable.
• Educational qualification certificates/marksheets.
• Heavy Vehicle Driving Licence.
• MP domicile certificate where reservation/relaxation claimed.
• SC/ST/OBC Non-Creamy Layer/EWS certificates in prescribed format.
• Home Guard minimum service certificate.
• Ex-Servicemen service certificate and MP domicile where applicable.
• Government employee service/NOC/prior-permission certificate where applicable.
• Inter-caste marriage incentive / Vikram Award / NCC or priority-bonus related certificate where claimed.
• Married candidates को children birth certificates where required by rule.
• Travel fare claim करने वाले eligible MP SC/ST/OBC candidates के लिए bank passbook first-page photocopy.

Document Verification पर originals और self-attested photocopies दोनों जरूरी होंगे। Incorrect/false certificate पर candidature cancel और legal action हो सकता है।

• SC/ST permanent/temporary certificates competent revenue authority से prescribed format में होने चाहिए। Temporary certificate rulebook में 6 months validity के साथ दिया गया है।
• OBC certificate में Non-Creamy Layer status जरूरी है; temporary format की validity 6 months बताई गई है।
• EWS Income & Asset Certificate में family annual income ₹8 lakh से कम होना चाहिए और notified asset limits भी satisfy करनी होंगी।
• EWS asset limits में 5 acres से अधिक agricultural land, नगर निगम क्षेत्र में 1200 sq.ft से अधिक residential house/flat, नगर पालिका में 1500 sq.ft से अधिक और नगर परिषद क्षेत्र में 1800 sq.ft से अधिक residential house/flat जैसी restrictions दी गई हैं।

• Recent colour photograph, signature और two-line handwriting scan upload करना होगा।
• Photo white background पर, front-facing और दोनों कान clearly visible होने चाहिए।
• Photo application date से 3 months से पुराना नहीं होना चाहिए; photo पर name और date का clear mention rulebook में मांगा गया है।
• Polaroid photo valid नहीं है।
• Dark glasses वाला photo स्वीकार नहीं होगा; regular spectacles use करते हैं तो photo में वही spectacles हो सकते हैं।
• Application में लगाए photo की कम से कम 5 copies selection process के लिए सुरक्षित रखें।
• Signature clear होना चाहिए; short signature, English CAPITAL letters signature या multiple signatures valid नहीं हैं।
• Missing/unclear photo-signature-handwriting पर application reject हो सकता है।

• Application में Aadhaar Number / Aadhaar VID entry का provision mandatory रखा गया है।
• Exam से पहले और exam के दौरान multi-level biometric verification होगा; Aadhaar biometric unlocked रखना चाहिए।
• Original photo ID—Voter ID, PAN, Aadhaar, Driving Licence, Passport आदि में से accepted ID—ले जाना जरूरी है।
• Rulebook के अलग sections में e-Aadhaar wording अलग है; safest option original photo ID + Aadhaar साथ रखना है। UIDAI-verified e-Aadhaar जहाँ accepted हो, उसी official instruction को follow करें।
• Exam centre पर downloaded admit card/TAC और black ball-point pen भी रखें।

1. MP Online या MPESB official portal पर recruitment link खोलें।
2. Eligibility, post/cadre preference और qualification carefully verify करें।
3. Personal details, permanent body identification mark, photo-ID details और Aadhaar/VID भरें।
4. Required marksheet number, obtained marks और maximum marks सही भरें।
5. Photo, signature और two-line handwriting scan upload करें।
6. Special Armed Force / District Force और unit preference carefully select करें।
7. Form submit करने से पहले preview/review करें।
8. Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking या MP Online Kiosk के माध्यम से applicable fee pay करें।
9. Successful payment receipt और application copy save/print करें।
10. Correction चाहिए तो 03 November 2026 तक prescribed correction fee के साथ करें।

Application में candidate को cadre/unit preference देनी है। Rulebook में 58 district/unit options दिए गए हैं:

• Selected unit में appointment के बाद minimum 5 years service complete करने के बाद ही transfer eligibility होगी।
• Selected candidate को home district posting नहीं दी जाएगी।
• Administrative need के अनुसार posting MP के भीतर या बाहर, Police/other state departments/units में हो सकती है।

Candidate को application में 4 exam-city preferences भरनी हैं। संभावित exam cities:

Seat availability के आधार पर Board preferred city के स्थान पर अन्य city allot कर सकता है; exam-centre change request accepted नहीं होगी।

• Defined Contribution Pension System applicable rules के अनुसार लागू होगा।
• Training में physical/intellectual training और arms handling आदि शामिल हो सकते हैं।
• Training successfully pass करना mandatory है; fail candidate को rulebook अनुसार one additional opportunity मिल सकती है।
• Prescribed training से permanent/temporary exemption का provision नहीं है।

Rulebook में कुछ notified priority categories को written exam marks का 5% additional benefit देने का provision दिया गया है, subject to valid certificate and applicable Government rule. इसमें certain war-conflict dependents, ex-servicemen, surplus employees, work-charged/contingency-paid employees, NCC ‘C’ certificate holders और specified displaced Indian-citizen categories शामिल हैं। Claim केवल valid supporting certificate के साथ करें।

• Exam hall में mobile, calculator, Bluetooth device, digital watch, recording device, sunglasses, whitener, loose paper आदि prohibited हैं।
• Reporting time के बाद exam-centre entry नहीं मिलेगी।
• Admit Card post से नहीं भेजा जाएगा; website से download करना होगा।
• Exam के दौरान signature, left-thumb impression और handwriting verification कराया जा सकता है।
• UFM/impersonation/fake-document cases में candidature cancellation, FIR और legal action हो सकता है।
• Model answers/final key/result MPESB website पर जारी होंगे।
• Character verification में fact छिपाने या गलत जानकारी देने पर appointment/selection cancel हो सकता है।
• Written/physical stage में successful होने के बावजूद document verification/medical में ineligible होने पर selection नहीं होगा।
• Eligible MP SC/ST/OBC candidates को notified conditions के अनुसार written/physical test travel fare reimbursement मिल सकता है; bank passbook copy रखें।
• Legal jurisdiction MP High Court के अंतर्गत रहेगा।
